Grandson told us to come look in his room LATE Tues night we called Airheads ask for someone to come out fast. We got a call and email with a pic of our technician Kevin came out and was amazing he fixed the problem. But showed us that we had bigger problems. He took pictures and showed us that whoever did the previous job didn’t install correctly. He gave us an invoice and we were able to score an appointment for Thursday. They showed up today and are working on it now. Kevin completed the job cleaned up the area and it feels amazing in here. We now have don’t have to worry just call Kevin At AIRHEADS. You got a need call Airheads you WONT regret it.

Kevin is a Fantastic Technician!! Very professional and personable. Kevin called and gave us a time he would be at our house and he was right on time. He quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem in no time. We asked if he could replace our thermostat (which he had in the truck) after replacing it he went through the thermostat app features. I am very impressed with Kevin’s work ethic and his knowledge of ac systems. I definitely will call you folks when I have air conditioning issues! You have gained my trust. Thank you very much Kevin!!

I had a mold problem in my HVAC and Kevin came same day and remediated all of it, put my system back together, and cleaned out my drain line. He worked late to make sure my family was able to have the heater on that night! I’m very grateful to him and Airheads for their excellent service.

Awesome! Made a same day appointment online. They texted me right away to confirm, then called. Came promptly on time and figured out our issue after some investigating. Was only charged for the service call, since it was a quick fix once they figured it out! They offer a year long warranty as well!

Cody was friendly, professional and thorough. Kept me informed through the process: his diagnosis and what the recommended repair is. Since we bought our house we’ve been using this company and they are always fantastic and will always recommend them to anyone.

Cody our technician was on time, professional and was able to answer all my questions. To include being knowledgable in our Nest thermostat, not many organizations can make such a claim. Cody is pretty thorough and quickly found my problem. He is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my AC had leak and couldn’t be fixed today because we had to wait for the replacement coil to arrived, but I’m very happy that he was quickly dispatched and at my driveway within 45minutes. Other company that I have called was no availability until next week. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Several AC companies on Google maps say open 24 hours I called 6 of them. One answered and it was Airheads.They were able to get a tech (Kevin) to the house the same day. He came out was professional well spoken and extremely knowledgeable. The truck had all the parts needed to repair my unit so there wasnt any trips for material. I added a full service to the unit as well. The price was within the range I anticipated for the area and the repair type. The best compliment I can give is to say I am glad the other guys didnt answer the phone. Kevin if you see this thanks again.

Wonderful and quick service. Called about an AC problem and they had a technician at my door in less than 45 minutes. The technician, Raven Bullock, diagnosed the problem and gave us a repair estimate quickly. The estimate was fair and Raven began the repair. He completed the repair and explained all he had done and showed us where the problem had been and told us things to do to prevent it happening again. He was a very nice and knowledgeable young man. In all, the repair was made in less than an hour. I highly Airheads HVAC

Andrew was awesome…..he had my unit diagnosed within 10 min and explained it all to me and had it fixed within 15 min of that. Great job and I would highly recommend the team of professionals at Airheads!!!!!

I had an appt time of 4-6pm for the fall tune up and thankfully Andrew called he had finished a job earlier. He asked if he could head over to my house. He was so professional and explained what the tune up entailed. Very pleased with his work. Thank you Andrew.

I am very happy with the service we have been getting from Airheads. They were very quick to help us! Jordan came to diagnose the problem, and he was very helpful and explained things so well. Derrick also came out to give us an estimate on a new system, and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable about explaining the different systems and how they work. We are also very thankful that he gave us a window unit to use in the meantime while we wait for the job to get done. George did a great job replacing the smoke and fire damaged ducking and ac units on our job site. I will definitely recommend him and Derrick Derryberry for other jobs!!!

Originally thought this was going to be a good company, they came out the day we called since we couldn’t run our air.Technician came out, charged $119 and said he couldn’t fix the problem since he couldn’t remove the AC drain from under the sink drain to remove clog. We were told once that piece is removed the rest of the service could be conducted.I then did the work that night and removed the clog myself.The technician came out the next evening to complete service. He looked at our unit for 10 minutes and said the coil was leaking and the drain pan had a fracture and he couldn’t do anything else, this was Friday night. He then said he would call for a price quote first thing Monday morning for a new coil and pan and let us know. We never heard from the company. By Tuesday we had another company come and fix our AC unit and still have not heard from Airheads about getting our unit fixed, this was 2 weeks ago.Do not recommend them unless you want to donate $115 to the technician and have absolutely nothing serviced or fixed.

Our AC unit went out and this company did all they could to get us a unit fast from the manufacturer. They kept us in the loop and even help me when I needed to call the manufacturer themselves to get some answers. In spit of the long wait for a part (due to the manufacturer), this company didnt mind me calling nonstop asking for status updates. We went just shy of a month with no AC in 100 degrees temps.

Kevin was amazing he walked me through anything I had questions about. He was ver professional and personable. I will definitely request services again from Airheads HVAC of temple. Thank yall!

Jordan came out for an annual check up on our soon to be 3 year old unit. The Daikin unit has saved us electricity and has been super quiet. The outside unit is right next to our bedroom. Truly a blessing from the noise the old unit produced. He will install the drain safety switch this time to prevent flooding in the house if the drain becomes clogged. Thanks Jordan for the pro tips and saving our carpet, should the drain become clogged.
