Parker and Nate came by friendly as ever and fixed our problem with the water main quick as could be. Even stayed to help make sure nothing was gonna leak and that every toilet, tub, and sink worked with no problem. Definitely happy to have these guys swing by again as I know I will be in good hands!

I was extremely impressed with John and Fix It Services. They were able to come out the same day my water heater sprang a leak. They offered a fair...competitive price for the installation of a new better quality water heater. John was very professional and took great pride in his work which showed in its great quality... no short cuts... very professional. I will go back to Fix It Services should I need their services for other projects I may have in the future.

Nate and Parker were great technicians. They answered all my questions and concerns anout my water heater installation The company also kept me informed with all appointments and charges. Great job to the customer service team and the service technicians.

James and LJ came out to examine my water heater issue and was very nice and detailed about what was going on. James was in contact with the property owner to make sure the issue was explained and a plan was set to fix the heater. LJ was very kind to hold a conversation while everything was being handled so I was made comfortable and fully aware of the kind of repair and time it would take for the job

This company is awesome! They have a man name John that works for the company.He did a great job at my house! It was super cold out side he installed a generator and did not stop working late at night in the cold! The guy did a great job! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Lewis installed a new hot water heater in my home. My water heater was at least 25 years old and understandably was in really bad shape. Lewis explained everything that needed to be done in ways I could understand. He was incredible, professional, friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job. I am so glad to have hot water again and thankful that Lewis got that done with the least amount of stress as possible. The staff I talked to were also extremely helpful, friendly and professional and were a pleasure to talk to. Thanks again.

I had a water leak. James and Darien discovered I needed to replace my water softener. They came back the next day installed the new water softener. While doing so they encountered a problem that they took care of and left my home with a new water softener and no more leaks. These two men are trustworthy, professional and caring people. They are an asset to this company.

I called fix it services and was told about the $99 service fee. I understand how a service fee works. My issue with this company is that I was not told on phone there was a 4 hour minimum. Had I known about the four hour minimum I never wouldve hired this company -- so I never wouldve had a $99 service fee.Fix it services is refusing to refund the$ 99 service fee. They should have disclosed they had a 4 hr minimum. I understand why a company would have a minimum 4 hrs. it is shady not to disclose it and let the customer decide if they want to use their company.I had another plumber come out. it took him less than 45 min to fix my plumbing issue.

Super fast, super friendly! We had drainage issues in our laundry room and in no time Joey and Zack had it fixed. They explained everything thoroughly and the cost is very fair. If you need plumbing work, we recommend FIX IT!

I have a storage facility in Temple and one of the spigots were leaking like crazy! I have struggled with vendors and finding companies that follow up. I called Fix-It prepared to call around for different quotes, but their professionalism and knowledge secured the job on the first try! Christina answered every phone call in a polite and friendly manner, which is rare these days. She was on top of communication between myself and the technician. The techs, LJ and James, were absolutely wonderful! They finishished the job way sooner than I had anticipated and did it correctly! They were thorough, efficient, and professional! A lot of companies should take note of how Fix-It operates because many could stand to benefit from adopting some of their business practices! They are now my only plumbing vendor! Great job, guys!

Carl was visiting us on behalf of a home warranty company that our landlord retains. The problem was an leak in the hot water connection under out kitchen sink. Carl was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and coordinating with the home warranty company and the home owner. He was sorry to report that, because the problem was due to lack of maintenance (the spigots and connections were significantly corroded), the home warranty company would not pay for the repair.Our leak is not repaired, but Carl did us a favor by emphasizing the need for our landlord (and, by extension, all landlords) to conduct preventative maintenance that would have avoided the leak in the first place. Thank you, Carl! You provided our landlord with a valuable lesson in home maintenance.

Plumbers arrived on time and were very professional. They made sure to keep shoe covers on as they went in and out of my home. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

My home warranty used this company & they came out and replaced my hot water heater on Christmas Eve!!! So thankful they were open and picked by the home warranty, they were friendly! Amanda communicated w me and answered my very early phone call when our house flooded due to hot water heater!

Replaced garbage disposal with a smaller unit due to coverage restrictions. There was a direct line from old one to drain, but not anymore, now it has several turns and takes longer for the sink to drain. Very disappointed 😞Update: December 2024, I called due to the connection on the replace drainage from Ocyober 2023 blew apart. It was a mess but after some renewed faith, they came out with in a couple hours and fixed the drain better than it was and didnt charge us anything! Awesome job John! Please dont use this company they will rip you off You will have to find another company it happened to me. They did a very bad plumbing job for me. So I will be spending more money because of them. They left the old sewer line under my house in my contract it says they will remove it. Now I have to pay someone to do itMy toilet still stops up. I rate them a zero. The crew should have their own supplies to put down on flooring to protect the owners carpet. Fortunately we had tarps and rugs to protect the rusted water from going into our carpet. Bringing a tarp would be an advantage to the protect flooring. Friendly crew.

Amanda has been an amazing service Rep. We have done multiple three-way calls with my extended Home Warranty company in addition to her own phone calls and e-mails to them. I have heard her fight for me with the home warranty company. She is a professional, down to earth and has a real concern and care for the customer. I had even talked to her after normal business hours. (She needs a Pay Raise right now!) Even though the Warranty company is dragging their feet, and it has been over 3 months for a simple Sink Leak. Amanda has talked to her supervisor and have decided to fix my sink as she continues to fight for me/the Customer. The Plumber was very friendly and eventually got the job done regardless of the bad service from CHOICE Home Warranty. Amanda is amazing and this company is very blessed to have her as an employee.

Mr. Carl was Outstanding!! We had a problem with our plumbing and he went above and beyond and contacted the City of Elgin and they are going to fix the clean out plug no charge to us.. Carl is a superstar!!!

He suggested a couple, gave me a quote and got it done all in a few hours.Theyll be my go to for my home and anyone that asks.Easy, honest, simple and informative.He fixed the relief valve so if it blows it wont ruin my home, fixed the expansion tank leak and replaced problematic shark it connectors at the water heater. All in I think 4 hours or less depending on if you count the time he took to grab parts.All around very happy. $585 was the cost. I called around for like work and the price for just fixing my expansion tank came close to the above cost from competitors in the area.Solid solid people here.Edit - gaslit me on latest job. Theyve lost their touch. Ok was just Scotty. Scree that guy. Everyone else here is wicked awesome still.

Had them scheduled for a morning service received a phone call from them saying they were fifteen minutes away and they were on time,tech got here looked at problem and went right to work had job finished in about thirty minutes he was knowledgeable and polite he also cleans up after the service I would use this service again

Had a broken hot water pipe behind the wash machine. Called around and Fix It was the only one able to get to me same day. When Joey (Favorite) got there he was very personable easy to talk to. He got the situation under control answered every question i threw at him and now the wash machine water pipe has a permanent repair. Some might say ok they did their job. Punctuality, availability, good customer relations...no intention of calling anywhere else now.

Currently working tirelessly with us and a stopped up shower and toilet upstairs. They explain everything in detail and are always friendly and genuinely care. Jordan and Jacob came out to look at a water softener that was in need of repair. Upon first look they immediately told me I would be better off replacing the system versus years of costly repairs. They told me they could install and remove the old system in one day. It took quite a bit of time, but they assured me it would be completed that day an it was. I was satisfied with their service, and would recommend them to anyone.Great service.

If you have a water heater installed, check all of the pipes and fittings before the one year warranty expires. Company used galvanized pipes and fittings that are unable to handle the hard Texas water. We are now stuck with a leaky water heater and company will not fix after a year and two months.

Yes, once again Fix It came to our rescue!! issue could have been so much worse had I not had their expertise and ability to actually trace/track the leak, which was not easy when we are on slab! Drying out now and all will be good as new. Alway my first call! Never disappointed!

Very professional. Each time we’ve needed a service, someone has responded quickly with a quote; the quote is explained. Christine and Amanda take calls and dispatch and they are great.Joey and Parker responded to our first-time call. Joey correctly diagnosed our problem and gave us quotes based on what work we chose to have done; we had two choices to unclog pipes. They returned on another day to hydrojet the pipes. He and Parker teamed up and resolved the issue. On our 2nd service call Joey and John came out to descale our tankless water heater and were very efficient; explained the process.3rd service call when we discovered our shower was leaking. This time John explained what might be the causes. John had to find a replacement part, provided the quote and no more shower leak! My husband and I are impressed with these employees of FixIt. They will be on our call list if we have future plumbing needs.

Mike came to our home very promptly to install our hot water heater. He was very professional, he actually looked for a better price for a Rheem hot water heater. I did not expect for Mike to check for a lower price with the same great quality. I appreciate Mike’s attitude while doing his job. Fix it services is easily the best plumber and HVAC service I have ever worked with! They were able to identify the problems with my water and my AC quickly and get it fixed. They were friendly, and the service was excellent.

I am so grateful for Fix it Services! I have been a customer of theirs for approximately 3 years. I have them do maintenance checks on my A/C and Heating unit, twice a year. On November 27, 2023, an HVAC technician, Clint came by for the winter maintenance check. Grateful he did because Clint not only explained the kind of heating system, I have in my home but patiently listened to me when I asked him several questions pertaining to my air and heating system. We have had Clint twice now as our technician working on our HVAC unit. We have owned our home less than a year and had multiple issues and dumped thousands into it. He was straight with us and told us that we were wasting our time and money with this unit and to really think about getting a new one. He was very good about explaining what was wrong, what was the best step going forward, and how to prevent any issues in the future.He was very timely in getting us the information and was back here within 2 days and getting the new unit in. He worked 13+ hours in 95-100 conditions to ensure we ( my husband and I and our 4 small kiddos) had working ac before he left.He also went out of his way to get us a portable ac unit so that we had a way to cool at least a portion of our house until the new unit was up and running.We are extremely grateful for his kind attitude towards us and our kids, how quickly he worked to get the job done, how much he paid attention to detail and making sure everything was running exactly as it should, and the clear and honest feedback when it came to products, pricing, etc.If you need any work done, he’s the guy to get!

Joey and Westin were professional, respectful, informative, and quick. They came to us through our home warranty program to address a leaky water heater. They were quick to assess the issue, worked quickly with the warranty company to fix it and provided me with a lot of information for maintaining our 20 year old hot water tanks and what the next options will be when the tanks finally go (nothing lasts forever). Westin provided general maintenance/safety tips for drains, disposals and HVAC before he left which I will implement.

Nathan came out to fix a leak in a tub faucet and he was fantastic. He assessed the issue and got it fixed quickly and efficiently using high quality materials The best part was that he did it all while being friendly, polite and respectful. I was really curious about the process and even asked him to show me where the water shut off valve is considering I only recently moved into the home and he was incredibly thorough in all his responses. Really appreciate the great service!

I just had the best service from Clint of Fix It Services!Clint was extremely courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and unapologetically helpful throughout my experience with his service. Clint helped with our ac unit that was not working properly and even on hot day after hours he came in with a smile to assist. Also, while fixing my unit Clint provided me with maintenance instructions and tips on maintaining the unit as he has over 21 years on working with these appliances. If you are having issues with your ac unit and want a personable, honest and helpful response I HIGHLY suggest you ask for Clint to assist.

Update to my original review: Over the last two weeks chaos happened and I had to work directly with Heather to resolve some 3rd party technical issues. Her service went above and beyond. She was patient. She listened and acted to resolve the issue. She made this issue a non-issue. She is a problem solver!Original Review: I do not have the words to express how awesome these guys are! I had a sewage emergency on a Saturday afternoon and set out to call every plumber I could. And, Fix It! made it to me first. I am so grateful that they did!They are straightforward and honest and their work is top notch! Jordan, Dana and Mike took away the stress of a very stressful situation. The guys kept me informed every step of the way with great communication and customer service. The owner stopped by to check on the job and make sure everything was running smoothly. I had two shower fixtures placed today, and I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable Weston is! He was the one who gave me the initial quote and came by and did the repairs afterwards. He gave me great insight and tips about upkeeping the maintenance, plumbing q’s and a’s and so on. If I ever come across another issue I’m calling fix it and asking for Weston :)

I recently decided to go directly to a plumbing company rather than through my home warranty since they have not done a great job in the past year. There was always an excuse and denials.I looked online and found Fix It Services! I Decided to call them and see if they could help me with my plumbing issues.Not only did they (Dana and Westin) arrive in a timely manner, they had amazing customer service and were very clear and helpful with letting me know what needed to get done.They went above and beyond what I have ever seen a plumbing company do. The work they did for the amount I paid overwhelmingly was greater than the cost!They were able to fix the issue without breaking our wallet!I look forward to calling them with any future repairs that we may need! Not so good. $99 up front to only be told by plumber it was going to be an additional 800 for a simple swap out of exiting to new, basically the same system. Maybe go with a general plumber or do it yourself for a small job.

Parker and Joey did a fantastic job of repairing our busted pipe inside a wall. They also explained the process to repair and what caused the leak. I would definitely recommend Fix-It plumbing, especially Parker and Joey. I would like for them to reconsider charging people extra to do cutouts in the wall to get to the pipes. It seems like to me that should be included in the service and not as an extra fee.

I called around this company was the only one that had someone available to come out the same day to look at my air conditioner. My fan motor broke. They gave me a price and repaired it the next morning. Awesome Service they did what they said they were going to do and they did it in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

This is hands down the only Plumbing Company I would recommend in the area! I have used many other companies during my 22 years of home ownership, Fix-It Services are hands down, the most professional and competent plumbers I have ever dealt with. A small issue turned into a big issue for me (replacing the main sewer drain under a slab foundation due to age), they presented multiple options in order to fix the issue. I personally went with the most permanent fix, as I don’t want to deal with more issues in the future. These gentlemen would work daily in order to ensure the least amount of time without use of affected areas. They truly went above and beyond what is expected of a plumber! I cannot thank Joe, Jordan, their team, and the tunneling crew enough for the professionalism and expertise they provided. They kept me up to date via face-to-face communication daily, again I CANNOT stress how much I would recommend this company!

The plumber was here within a few minutes of my requesting service for my clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal. My repairmans name was Nathan and he was very courteous, explained everything to me before hand that he was going to do and let me know that the disposal needed to be completely replaced. I will definitely use this service again for repairs. The job was completed at a quick pace but thoroughly done. Great cleanup job afterwards. I will recommend this company and this nice young man for plumbing service.

The good news is I called at 8:15am. There was someone there by 9:00. The repair was made the same day. The bad news is the price you charged was at least twice what it should have been. Upon reading other reviews this seems to be common practice for Fit It. For the price you charged it would have been added value to repair the drywall. Surely you have staff with this knowledge? I will make sure to get multiple quotes next time. Kevin did agree to waive the $185 leak detection fee. While that is appreciated that in of itself is an outrageous fee for a 30 minute job.

The plumber ruined part of my floor with his shoes, and the company couldnt even bother to reply to BOTH of my emails about it, much less try to fix or compensate for the problem.

My a/c went out and my home warranty company assigned Fix It to provide service. The office called by 8:05 the morning after the service was assigned to them and said they could come out the same day, whatever time is convenient! They were punctual and dedicated to ensuring my a/c was working properly the same day! The techs went over and above sitting on hold with my warranty company for an hour, driving into Austin to get parts, and even changed my air filter in the house Id been procrastinating on replacing. Nathan was at our house within 20 minutes of us talking to a dispatcher. He figured out where our yard leak was coming from and fixed the problem within a few hours. Fix it! Services is AMAZING! Our A/C started freezing up and they sent out technicians Joe & Justin, who diagnosed the issue and ordered the part for me, but not only did they get it situated they also sent out portables to keep us cool during the wait on our part and kept my family cool the entire time! While I loved their availability due to the fact that I called them and they had a technician out in less than two hours of my calling them (technician was great by the way) I’m very disappointed because I was going to call them after they quoted me a good price to have all of the galvanized plumbing under my house replaced however they sent more technicians to my home today unannounced (I work from home but that doesn’t mean I can just come to the door whenever, luckily my husband was here to get the door) just to turn around and increase the estimate by about $2,000. I think it’s super sketchy how I was quoted $4,150 originally and then after I got approved for the $6,000 financing they increase the estimate to $6,000. While I think that is still a decent estimate considering it’s a ton of work I think everything was done very poorly and again very weird how they decide to increase the price after they saw how much of the financing I would be able to use. The estimates came with a very vague breakdown of what was included as well.

Great Job! I found Fix IT! in google maps looking for a plumber and selected them based on reviews to tackle an outside water faucet. I wasnt sure how it was put together so looked for a professional. The gentleman who came out were Josef Favorite & Joe Marchuk, Very friendly guys and quickly resolved the issue. They had the replacement hardware on hand and inside 20 minutes they were done.I recommend giving FIX IT! a shot, they were on the ball with a quick solution.

Mike was very friendly and on time. Our flood switch was turned off and so that water had stopped. He made sure to show us how to turn it on the next time and answered all my questions. He also helped remove showerheads and was overall extremely pleasant and professional!

I feel its important for other potential customers to be informed of what has transpired throughout my experience with FixIt. This companys negligence, lack of accountability, and poor customer service needs to be documented and everything below is factual.The sequence of events were as follows:-The AC drain pipe in the attic needed to be rerouted per the buyers ask.-FixIt was hired to complete the job. After they assessed the issue, they had stated that the only solution was to install a condensate pump.-3 days later, the pump fails (manufacturer defect), so they install another. After 24 hours, the AC hadnt turned off, so we called them back out to assess.-They reported the capacitor needing to be replaced, which was completed.-After another 24 hours, the AC still hadnt turned off and the thermostat was reading over 90 degrees in a very cool home. -We called them back out again, to which they stated they would not service me anymore and would need to find services elsewhere.-I called another company out to assess the issue again, to which they found that the capacitors high voltage and low voltage wires had been wired in reverse during installation, causing the damage to the transformer and thermostat which were both blown now and needed to be replaced.-We called FixIt back out to repair the damage that was caused, which was then completed, although there was never a Nest thermostat reinstalled as per original condition.

We have hired Fix it services for our plumbing issues and they have always done good quality work. Most recently Jordan and Westin re-piped the drains in our small bathroom and did a great job! The rates were reasonable for the work that was needed. Fix it services will be my go to for any plumbing problems that may arise in the future. Thanks guys!

Joey and Dillon were both amazing. Had issues with a toilet and not only did they fix it, they explained exactly what and why to what they were doing. He not only fixed the problem but he wanted to make sure that my disabled spouse would be able to have his shower without the drain backing up AND he gave me several great tips to help me keep it that way as well as a formula that will keep it from building up again. thank you fixit for all your help!

Wife hired a few months ago. Our water tank is STILL unapproved through the city they finally fixed the deficiency but have yet to contact the city. So Ill be doing that on my end extremely inconvenient. Workers who came by are very respectful though the operator is not very responsive. Unfortunately this was my experience with them.*UPDATE I found out they did in fact contact the city and provided photos of the fixed deficiency which it passed. Im upgrading from a 2 star to 3 as the lack of communication and the time it took to fix this issue and we come to find out that we over paid by over $700 for this srvice and parts that other services providers would have charged. Overall would not recommend.

Called due to a commercial toliet flushing continually. The technician showed and said the stop valued would need repaired, Handle would need repair and valve repair. I declined the qoute for $900.00 plus dollars. I let then know that I would be out next week to take a look.After arriving, I removed the top plate cap and found right there that the relief valve had completely fallen apart. This is a $30 part and a 30 minute job.The biggest issue I have is I was charged a $145.00 diagnostic fee. Which was clearly not done.This is dishonest. I do not recommend using Fix it services.

RIP OFF!!!! This was a very disappointing experience!!! Charged me way too much and never fixed the problem!! Tech was unprofessional and rude. Phone rep was even ruder I spent a lot of money to have them fix AC and after 2 trips still not fixed. I went to a different company and it’s now fixed! Oh yeah, sent me a “possible “ fix quote after 10 days of it still leaking!!!! For another $700. WHAT A JOKE

TLDR - Everyone is awesome - Heather, Kevin, Joey - A+++ Thanks so much!!While it was such a headache to deal with my warranty company and try to get them to honor their contract, the silver lining is thats how I learned of Fix It Services and ended up using them to replace my hot water heater without using the warranty after all (grr).I have nothing but great things to say about everyone weve dealt with. The first technician who came out to diagnose the issue, Westin, was polite and quick to do what needed done and refer back to the warranty company.We ended up having some other technicians come out to give us a quote on the repair outside of warranty, and that was Kevin and Joey. They were fantastic. They took their time to answer our questions not only about the water heater but also about some water pressure concerns we had, and even talked about our water softener. They were very friendly, funny, and knowledgable. They did not mind spending time talking to us and swapping stories (and no, not because they were being paid for every minute they stayed either... lol).While we still tried to sort out our warranty issues over the course of a few days, Heather in the office continued to be such a delight to work with. She understood all of our frustrations (as did Kevin & Joey), worked really hard to be an advocate for us with the warranty company and dealt with a lot of back and forth phone calls and questions of both my husband and I while also dealing with the warranty company. Every single time we spoke to her she was polite and friendly, truly sounded eager to help and was not once bothered with us when we kept having to take some more time to decide how we wanted to move forward. - She did everything she could to swap schedules around and keep the technicians available for us as soon as possible, as we had already been without hot water for over a week.Kevin & Joey came back out to do the job, after waiting around on us for awhile to make the decision this morning. They were just as friendly as before, and were super efficient and professional in getting the install done correctly and quickly. They answered some more questions, provided some knowledge on flushing our system, tested our water hardness for us, and provided an estimate for a water softener. Every step of the process working with this company was a breeze and thats not easy to say about a lot of companies and contractors that are randomly assigned by warranty companies.

When we first had an issues, we hired Fix It. Nathan was our plumber -- He was on time, professional, and extremely courteous. He was honest and treated the plumbing as if it was his own home. I highly recommend using them for plumbing because they are fast and very wholistic in their approach. Not just a short-term fix it service, but a desire to help your house work right for the long-haul.Then, once we realized that the fix needed to include tunneling under the house (concrete slab) 25 ft and finding the broken pipe and fixing it, we were blown away by the speed and workmanship. This time, it was Jordan Sisley who was leading the team of plumbers, and they did a fantastic job fixing everything and making certain this would never happen again by reinforcing the pipes, then filling everything back in under my house. Jordan helped us in so many ways through this 3-week process. Definitely will use them the next time we need any plumbing service.

We called 20 plumbers for a break that happened over the Christmas weekend and were told that it would be a week out for some vendors. Never a good time when you have to call the repair man, especially around the holidays. Joey fixed our issue, and was quick, efficient, and friendly. Would recommend his services any time.

Would not recommend. Spent hundreds of dollars to not have my issue resolved. They did not evaluate the problem before suggesting a specific service that would work. Instead he made suggestions on all the services he could perform that could potentially fix the problem but would charge us for each one. In the end none of the services performed fixed anything and I still had to pay . The tech that was sent out seemed untrained and unknowledgeable. A true professional would have been able to target the problem then give me a quote to fix the issue. This tech was not able to identify the problem but seemed to be going down the list of treatments that he could charge me for. I truly feel scammed out of hundred of dollars paying for services that did not fix the issue. Now I’m stuck with having to go spend more money with another plumbing company because I refuse to spend more money with this one.

Joey and Parker were fast efficient, consider the problem with minimal destruction lol. Cleaned up when they were done. Explained each process before they did it. And also gave a pricing. Before they did anything. They were a real comfort at a time of distress. They will be the only ones I call for future problems!!

This is second time in two days that I have used Fix It service and both times they were very professional and great customer service. Great work at a great price. I just moved into our new house from Nevada and we never had as good and friendly experience as we did with Fix It. I highly recommend this company from the person that answers the phone to the service person that comes out. After the work is complete they make sure that everything is safe and in good working order. I will never use anyone else for any repairs besides Fix It

Technician did not try to troubleshoot the issue. Took one look at everything and wanted to replace the entire water supply system for $5,500 (which, even if necessary, is 4K more than I paid at another property for the same job). Took someone else less than an hour of Labor to find the shut-off and fix the problem without having to replace anything. Will certainly not call these guys again.

We called them after hours and they had Zack at our house the next morning. It was a tough clog, but Zack got it all fixed up for us. They were quick and very professional. We will recommend then to everyone for their plumbing needs.

My wife and I bought a house that had concrete in the toilet flange, unbeknownst to us. We tried for 2 weeks to get it fixed, not able to figure out what was going on. Mr. Favorite came right out and helped us immediately, with a smile on his face and a great attitude. I got a different plumbing company out originally who insisted that I needed to do a lot of unnecessary work. Fix It came out and just fixed my leaky pipe, saving me a lot of money. They were able to come out the same day I called, sooner than expected, and gave me a quote onsite instead of making me wait days like the other people. They were back the next morning, and were able to make it earlier again. Westin was great! He got everything fixed and showed me pictures of the leak and explained everything really well. He was very nice. I will definitely use Fix It in the future.

I want to give a huge Shout Out to Fix it Services, specifically to Westin, Taylor, Kevin and the dispatch team for coming to our rescue. The modest older home I bought for my son and his mentally handicapped daughter (my granddaughter) in February developed a leak around the meter. On a Friday evening, the Gatesville water department came out and determined that it was not their issue because water was running through the meter and they turned off the water to the home, leaving my son and his mentally challenged daughter (my granddaughter) without water. I called around trying to find a plumber, and they were the only plumbing agency that returned my call: and did so within hours. They came out and quickly analyzed the situation, which was the 52 year old PVC waterline going from the meter to the house was the source of the leak. They gave me three choices and quotes for the respective repairs. I chose to replace the entire waterline due to it being 52 years old and I and I did not want another leak to fix as the line degraded. They quoted yesterday that they would be able to get to it in approximately a week. I explained that I had my son in a hotel, as he needed water to care for my granddaughters special needs. They then went above and beyond, surprised me and showed up today and replaced the line, and even did a few extra things above and beyond the contract scope. What an amazing team! My home warranty company referred Fix It to me to repair a backup I was having. Shawn came out and attempted to clear my pipes but said he had to come back the next day to use a camera and a special water pressure service to clear my pipes at a high cost to me. I agreed. While he was at my home on the first day he was insistent that I login and give him a positive review while he sat and tried to assist me with doing so. I told him I would get to it later. He also gave me a quote of $500 for a RootX treatment and another type of cleaner for my indoor pipes which I declined. He told me this was a discounted price After paying out of pocket my plumbing issues was resolved but only for 2 weeks and then it was just as bad as before his attempts to solve the problem. He came out a third time and was unable to resolve my issue but explained something about a connector being upside down so he couldnt get to a pipe. My house is 20 years old and all the times I had a plumber out in the past this was never mentioned as an issue and other plumbers were always able to resolve my problem. As stated in a previous review I believe this company charges as much as they can to make money from its customers and I feel very taken advantage of from them for taking my money, trying to charge me even more money, and not even having a clue how to resolve my problem. I do not recommend Fix It

There is not much I can say about FIX IT SERVICES and how awesome they are that is not already known. This crew is amazing. The best way to find out is by hiring them yourselves, you wont regret it.Their attention to detail, their care for their work and pure professionalism is unheard of in plumbing companies around here and trust me we went through a couple before FIX IT came out and did it right.My horror story with our home warranty company isnt relevant here except for the fact FIX IT came in and saved the day. Not only did they completely remove all the shotty work done by our previous plumber they also removed all the old stuff under the house the old plumber left behind. They take extreme pride in their workmanship to the point of rerouting duct work and electrical lines off the ground and tieing them up to the joists to get them off the ground and make our crawl space easier to navigate.Jordan and Joe were our main two guys with Westin, Zack, Shawn and Kevin bringing in the power, they worked from 9am to 10:00pm on the first day just to get us to a somewhat operational point. As guys were finishing jobs they were rolling out to our house so they could team up and get done as much as possible, even after offering them cookies and telling them to go see their families they refused to leave until we at least had water back on. By the 2nd day we were 100% re-piped and operational. We have other plumbing needs to address later such as faucets and little minor things and there is no one else I want working on my house than them.Like I said I cant say enough about this crew and their drive to produce not just a quality repair but a quality relationship that will both last a life time.Thank you FIX IT SERVICES!

We paid the full price of $145.00 for flushing out the hot water tank. They left without completing the job. They left the hot water tank empty. We have no hot water. When we called we were told that we would have to pay the full fee that we already paid if they came back today.

Contacted them and had a technician at the location later that day. They were very polite and professional. Shawn came out and was great. He was very knowledgeable. Sink wasn’t leaking at the time but got a hold of their restoration service guy and had him come out and look at what could be wrong as we had mold in the vanity but no signs of a leak. They were prompt to come out also.

I had a leaky fitting for the hose outside of my house - from previous experience with other fittings on my house, I knew the fittings on this house were a bit tricky. Deonte and Tabitha arrived quickly, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had the problem resolved quickly, especially given the trickiness of the way my house was originally plumbed. Plus, they were very friendly and played with my dog whenever he wandered by.

Given time frame of 12-3, today, after dozens of calls to others saying 1-2 weeks out. Wesley and Jimmy showed promptly at 12 and replaced leaking shutoff valve to toilet and installed hand held bidet. All said, less than 1 hour to complete.

Zach was wonderful took his time to find my problem. We had been dealing with our toilet leaking and not flushing since the ice/snow weather. I would definitely ask for Zach again if we were to have any problems again.

We used Fix It from our American Home Shield contract, and Shaun not only showed up when promised but he was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what it took to fix the issue. He was really good and much appreciated. Our sink is now running like brand new now.

They will not answer phones and have horrible customer service. Amanda guaranteed that she’d get someone out to my house within a few hours and then after that time I called back as no one had shown up. They didn’t have me on the schedule. They don’t care about customers at all and false advertisement. Go somewhere else!! Run far far away.

Mother in law was charged 180.00 dollars to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. The faucet actually leaks more now. She has tried to contact the person who did the repair to get an invoice but hasnt had any luck. Sounds like the guy saw his chance to take advantage of an elderly person and did so. I would definitely think twice before using this company, nothing worse than someone that takes advantage of the elderly.

Have to get my water heater replaced, called my home warranty and they sent out fixit services. Mind you I have already spoke to multiple licensed contractors I felt it best to go threw my home warranty and after being told that I need a water pressure regulator that is “required” and a thermal water heater expansion tank. I am extremely frustrated that someone can sit there and lie to my face and try to scam me and my home warranty out of money. $1000 from home warranty and another $1450 out of my own pocket for a job that cost way less than $2500.I am also out $75 for someone to lie to my face which is completely sad.I’ve made a formal complaint about this business to BBB and my home warranty company about this issue.Save you’re self from this issue and get quotes from other contractors.I DO NOT RECOMMEND fixit services, nor will I ever go with them after this incident.Unprofessional, and extremely money hungry people that are working for fixit services.
