Michael the technician that came out was so nice and polite and went above and beyond to get my heating back on for me during the freezing weather. He said he wasnt going to let me go without heat. I recommend this company and I will use them in the future if I need too.

I would highly recommend Black Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! Michael came out to our house to help us with a blockage and went above and beyond what I was expecting. He even stayed later in the evening to help me locate my sewer line. I will definitely be calling him again for any type of plumbing issues I may face in the future and need an expert.

We purchased a home in Abilene and desired to add gas to our 1955 fireplace. Black Plumbing sent Michael Shearer to solution the design. We were very impressed with abilityto visualize the solution. Drill through walls and masonry and like Santa, they shimmied down the chimney to layout the iron piping. After the work was done they pressure tested, it failed. They found that the old iron pipe from the city to the house had a hole. It had been leaking in the middle of the yard for years. It was a great find. So we also had to replace our main gas line. Consideration was given for the additional work, and we are extremely happy with the outcome and overall cost. Great job, Black Plumbing! Merry Christmas!

Had two plumbers out to diagnose my shower issue and neither of them could figure it out. Michael had it fixed in no time. Great service and great prices. Will be using black plumbing again in the future.

Great experience with Michael from Black Plumbing! He showed up when he said he would. He was professional. He communicated well through text and phone calls. He worked efficiently and my husband and I feel Black Plumbing was very fair when they charged us. I would recommend them to my friends and family and I plan on using them in the future.

Please ask first what the charge is for an estimate and the job before they come out. My dad is 77, he was charged over $700 for estimate and $2300 , $3000 total!! for the small job repair to repair a toilet pipe.The issue was fixed and they got the job done fairly quickly. From a review previous to mine, it seems they take advantage of old people. $$$$

Had them come out to bid .... replacing drain lines from cast to PVC for code updates.I demo everything and they wanted 8,000.00 to put the pvc in... no thanks inspector referred me to another plumber and they did it cost plus labor for only 750.00. Saving me 7250.00.... Ill never call them again

The work they did for me was done quickly and done well, but VERY expensive. For 30 minutes work, a valve and about 3 feet of pipe, it was over $400.00. They put in a new water heater for my dad, and charged him over $1800.00.....ridiculous!

I had Mike Shearer come work on my toilet for me and he did some great work very efficient and tidy.

Michael and Arron were on time, fixed my problems and left me very pleased with their professionalism, experience and ability to make my problems disappear!

Disappointed in their charges. They worked for slightly less than an hour and I was charged for an hour and a half after they sat out in the truck for 20 minutes doing the paperwork. Since they were dishonest with a small job I wont be using them for the 2 big jobs I have.

The work was adequate the only major problem was the crew did not clean up after themselves. When I called, more than once, I was told they had talked about the problem. The last time I called, I was told that I was the only customer to complain about the problem. Well, I guess this may be the first and only time that I will call on this company for plumbing work.

Travis came and worked on our old mobile home and fixed a leak we could not get to. Not cheep, but leak got fixed and Travis was a really good.
