Grave Enterprise

What a great experience! Our undercarriage cover was coming off on I-20 a few miles outside of Sweetwater, TX. We looked up auto repair places and came up with Grave Enterprise. Wow! They had us in and out in ten minutes or less. They wouldn’t even accept any money! If you are looking for an honest place that will take care of you, look no further! We wish we had a place like this in our hometown in Tennessee!

They charged me alot of money, didnt fix the problem, made it worse. Removed bolts and brackets and clamps that they didnt put back on! Now I have damage to my alternator belt and coolant hose. It also took them 7 weeks of having my truck. They refused to fix the problem when I believed it could be lemon parts. They have a habit of losing my phone number, hanging up on me in mid sentence. Never calling me back but angrily tell me that they have phone problems. What a joke.i showed up at 4:56, ran over a mile to get to them before they closed. I asked them to check the work area or whatever for the small parts they left off my truck so that i could limp it instead of towing it. They refused to look, said that never happened. Refused to let me talk to their son who was the mechanic that worked on it. Yelled at me about their supposed phone problems. Renee is notorious for hanging up on me in mid sentence when were both cordial, but never calls me back! Thats not a phone problem, thats a customer service problem. She asked me can we step outside to talk, and I said yes maam it is 5 oclock. She didnt want to talk. She saw that the police she called on me had arrived. I was there all of 6 minutes, she never asked me to leave or mentioned that she called the law on me. I wasnt yelling, swearing or threatening. I was trying to fix my ride. So I knew I had to keep my cool. What else did they remove, and what did they tell the police? Did they abuse the 911? 2 police cruisers and 3 officers and 1 corporal for a 52 140 lb disabled 53 year old who has never harmed a living thing in my life. WOW! I dont know why they were so evil and dishonest with me about so many things. Did they need parts for another vehicle, so jacked my ride up for big bucks? These people are unconscionable. I wish Mr Dave had worked on my truck, I think the outcome wouldve been good for all. It sucks you have to give at least 1 star to post.

I cannot say enough positive things about Grave Enterprise! I was traveling solo and broke down on the interstate. The tow truck driver recommended them and he was absolutely correct. While I waited a few hours there to be picked up by friends, they let me stay safely in their building after hours, offered to drive me to the store, and helped me feel better about being in a sticky situation. They worked after hours to figure out the issue with my car and kept me up to date on parts being ordered and a timeline. Despite feeling stranded, stressed and a little helpless, they put my mind at ease and I cannot thank them enough for all they did to get me back on the road as quickly as possible!

I was stranded on the side of the road in my small RV and wanted to go to Twisted Wrench but my tow truck driver from MK towing recommended Graves. When you get towed somewhere you are at the mercy of the mechanic. They changed the alternator and charged me but had to still jump me to get me going. It stalled and they jumped me again and I was off. I didnt make it 10 miles. While my engine was failing I didnt realize I had gone the wrong way on an access road and then had to go off roading to get to the correct one. I almost made it to the rv park but had to push is then and then eventually got stuck in RV park driveway. I called a mobile mechanic because i knew Graves was closed on the weekend and they supposedly close at 12 on Friday. The mobile mechanic said the new alternator was bad so we called Graves and they said that it would take one day to order the alternator and they would call me and come and change it out. I never heard from them again. My mobile mechanic towed me to New Mexico 700 miles on Sunday. It ended up being a huge fuse to the battery that 5 mechanics failed to see included Graves. That fuse cost me 5000 with tow and all the stuff all the mechanics had tried doing to fix my rv. Dont go to Graves they cant be trusted and they cant follow through when they say they are going to do something.

Such sweet helpful people! My sister was broke down at Roscoe on her way to Abilene from Lubbock. They worked them in on a busy Friday afternoon. They were back on the road in a couple of hours. Cant say enough how much we appreciate them!

Fit us in for an oil change with only a days notice while we were traveling. Friendly people, good service.

Finding a mechanic for a Corvette is difficult. I have trust issues when it comes to my car. Graves Automotive has repaired my air conditioner and recently replaced the water pump. I can do minor repairs but when the job is bigger than me I take it to Graves.

GREAT customer service and did an amazing job at the best price around! Yall go check them out! Oil change and state inspection nice and quick! Will be back!

We broke down at last night coming from Dallas to Lubbock. We called MKM wreckerto tow us into Sweetwater. MKM wrecker recommended Graves Enterprises and towed our vehicle there. Then he dropped us at a motel. Renee with Graves picked us up this morning and graciously took us to get something to eat while her husband repaired our vehicle. We weren’t sure how/when we were going to make it back to Lubbock. I can’t say enough good things about these great people!!
