Absolutely the worst A/C company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. The salesman and I spoke many times before I made my decision to go with them to replace my A/C and furnace in my attic. I called him on the day of installation to see if he would be here to make sure everything would be handled as we agreed and he said he would not but he had communicated it all to them to go as expected. Well my concerns were they told me I required a larger unit than I have ever had and I have replaced my A/C unit twice since living here ( lived here since 1991) and nobody ever said I required a larger unit previously. My concerns were I did not want a loud unit and I did not want a lot of extra vents in my ceilings to accommodate this larger unit. The salesman assured me that would not be required, we only needed one extra return vent placed in my hallway that would be 16x16 for the unit to work at optimum. He also said this unit would be quieter than the one I have currently which is a Trane. I have always used only Trane. Well on installation day the guy who was being communicated with took it upon himself to do differently. He had them go into my master bedroom & bathroom and cut holes for the vents larger & no return vent in the hallway at all. They replaced vents not like mine currently. They also broke my pull-down ladder and damaged a hallway bathroom door (a hole cracked into the door), the walls were scratched and knicked & scraped in many places in my hallway and they put their dirty hands all over the walls. They knicked & scraped my paneling on the entry into my home where they entered and also the entry into the hallway. They knocked a hole into my garage ceiling by sticking their foot through the ceiling while working on my ductwork. They actually came to me for full payment with all these damages not addressed so I said I would need to have this addressed prior to full payment. I asked for a meeting the next day with the salesman and the person over the installers who made the mistakes which he admitted to but assured me it would all be repaired properly. I decided to call the owner of the company to discuss the damages because none of this should have occurred yet it needed to be repaired before they get paid. I can honestly say I have never in my lifetime experienced such a unprofessional, rude, and threatening person in my lifetime as the owner. He yelled at me and told me I could be sued since the ladder was broken by their guys as they were reinstalling it. He said, “ Here’s what you are going to do, you are going to pay my guys tomorrow before they enter your house.” I told him they would be paid once my home was repaired. He decided to send a 3rd guy the next day with a ladder to install yet the ladder was nothing like my ladder it was a different kind which looked like it was for in industrial style business. I would not allow it to be installed because it was not like mine. He called me again this day while his guys were here and started his yelling at me again on the phone. He was on speaker so everyone heard his comments. Not one single time did this owner offer any apologies or help in taking care of my home. In fact he told his guys to cut the unit out of my home and claimed he was on his way here. I decided I was going to call the police because this man was threatening me. I have never had such an experience with anybody especially an owner of any business. Well needless to say I paid them most of the money keeping 3K in my pocket to attempt to take care of the damages and replace the ladder. This amount does not take care of the damages and their operations manager contacted me about a week later and I offered to take damage pictures. I have never not heard from this guy since.I tried reaching out to the salesman because his phone number is the only one I knew. No responses. I also asked for my old ladder returned because they took it without my approval and I needed it to make sure I get the correct size to replace. No responses. Nothing. Avoid these people!!!!
There isnt enough space or words to tell you how amazing this company is. Xtreme Air Services has been our go-to company for all things HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical. We were having issues with our water heater and not only did they come out the same day but it was resolved entirely within 24 hours. George and Charles were the Techs who saved us this time and we will continually request them for all of our plumbing needs. Theyre kind, honest, professional and efficient. As a woman they dont speak down to me or treat me less than. They explained thoroughly and were so patient answering all my questions.If youre looking for an affordable repair/maintenance company who wont prey or price gouge you, shows up on time, who send the most professional and efficient Techs this is the company for you. So many companies claim to be honest and they arent. This is NOT the case with Xtreme Air Services. Everyone from there front office staff to there Techs and management team are 10/10 and Id highly recommend them to any neighbor or friend. Ive been a customer since 2014 and the quality of service is why we continue to use them for all our home needs/repairs.
The only thing I want besides a competent person to show up, is communication. I was told before the process what we should expect. Then on the day of service, we got a call 45 minutes prior to let us know the tech was on his way. After service we were shown the issues and what was fixed and then they left. Timely, efficient and courteous. What more could you ask of them?

I appreciate the overall prompt service I received from the dispatch operator all the way down to Matthew my technician, he was outstanding, he came in assessed the situation with my furnace and was able to repair in a matter of about 30 minutes. We were in need of an HVAC system in our home. Steven came and performed an extensive assessment and gave us a recommendation for replacement at a decent price. The installation was done within a day. After a few days the unit didnt seem to cool right. They took a late night phone call and had a technician over the next morning to reprogram the unit. Everything seems to be working great! We are very pleased with the product and the service.
George Siddens and his Assistant came to our home in Royse City to evaluate our water issues. George made us aware of the situation at hand, quoted us a price then proceeded repairing the problem. Upon completion they packed up and we paid the $1600 balance with my cc. George will return if we have further problems with this issue at no cost to us. My thermostat went out I called Xtreme air and they were able to get someone out same day. I thought the thermostat had gone out , but Matthew , The technician was very professional and got the issue resolved. Appears a fuse was out which was replaced and my old thermostat was still good.Blessings
I called late on a Thursday about water heater not lighting. They sent a technician the next morning. Gabriel evaluated the water heater and explained the problem. He also explained my options, and the pros and cons for each option. Gabriel was back on Monday and installed the new one. Very professional, and efficient worker. I will be utilizing other services they offer. Very good experience!

Was assured that they worked in my furnace. Owner called me to assure me they worked in them. They will get someone back out here to work on it in a timely manner. They will get the part and contact me to reschedule appt to get my furnace fixed. Was very impressed that owner called me personally to resolve issue.
Employees are very polite and respectful . Mike was excellent in explaining things in a way I could understand them . When my old unit went out and I didn’t have money for a new one my credit score wasn’t very good and am on a fixed income but they financed a new unit with a low interest rate and payments I could afford. I have referred several people to them who were satisfied with the company and got easy financing. Mike notified me he was on his way and ran into traffic and called to let me know he would be a little longer. The fact that the company is a hour away from me and was willing to come this far and finance my unit and kept my unit serviced regularly says alot about the company
Where do I begin. My air had gone out earlier this week on a Tuesday 5/23/23 and I initially had another company to come out on Thursday, but they didnt show. I remember calling Xtreme air on Wednesday for a quote but didnt get back with them. So, I called them back On Thursday and they immediately sent Colt and his partner out to evaluate my system and let me know options to obtain a new Hvac system. He Colt and partner were personable professional and knowledgeable about everything. When it was all said and down they had me set up to have new system installed the next day, but I opt for Saturday because of work.... they were willing to install immediately. On Saturday 5/27/23, Matthew Holt and his partner got to my house at 9am for removal of old Hvac system and replacement and were done a little before 1pm!!! Both were very professional personable and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with ALL service start to finish from consultation with Colt and his partner to Matthew and his partner installing my new system. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and its staff. I recommend Xtreme Air to ALL who need servicing or replacement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ given!!!!
My system was installed approximately three months ago. I haven’t had any problems. Xtreme Air has shown me impeccable customer service before, during, and after the sale. Their professionalism is textbook. So for me…they ARE the standard.
Since I posted the information below, they called me back and apologized.I hope theyre focused on customer service and honesty like their manager Eddy says they are!They refunded the service call charge of $100 and paid for the other AC companys bill as well. Nice improvement!Called Xtreme when my AC went out last week, courteous set up an appt with me. The tech arrived and without looking at my AC unit l, quoted $1750 to repair it. Called another AC company- who looked at my system and it was $110 to fix. Requested a call from Extreme Airs owner- someone called and said they were thr manager who apologized and offered to reimburse me for my repairs - sent the bill and have not had a response. DONT use this company, it appears to me theyre quoting for unnecessary repairs!!!
We had the pleasure of speaking with Andre while scheduling our appointment. He was very kind and funny. Todd the hvac technician was dispatched to my mother in laws home. She and her husband have been without heat for 2 days. Todd came out within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling. He fixed her heat and now she is happy and warm! We had our system replaced and new duct work in July. The following month in August our electric bill went down by 25%! This morning when we had our first cold morning we were unable to turn the heat on. Juan came out same day with a smile and flipped a switch. Extreme Air has certainly exceeded our expectations from the initial conversation with Colt to the installation and today for a service call. We had 3 bids and they were the lowest bid as well. It was important to me to work with a local family owned business. Highly recommend!!
I had an old, outdated fuse box that needed replacing. XTreme Air came, found a way for me to afford to get this done and had it done in about 5 hours. My son is bed-fast and on a breathing machine. Having my electricity off for even a brief time was terrifying. They set up a generator to support the breathing machine and temperature control in his room while the electricity was off to the house to get the panel replaced. Our home is now much safer and the peace of mind is amazing. They have also completely redone my AC/heating including rebuilding my air ducts, new vents and blower motor in the attic and a great Trane compressor that takes care of the whole house with ease. Really, the only service I haven’t used is their plumbing. No reason. Just already had that completely redone a few years ago.
Yknow, Ive always been reluctant to use the services of larger companies. They make you feel like youre being taken for all they can get, and they tend to talk down to you.That has NOT been our experience with Xtreme Air! We just cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Been doing business with Xtreme Air for more than 5 years now - HVAC and plumbing services. Update! We have now changed our original 1 star review to a 4 star review. Scroll to the bottom to view our experience.NOT happy at all! We first started using this company around 4 years ago and have paid them close to $10,000 total over the years. We recently had an issue with our AC not working. The tech came out and worked on the unit and it worked for a few days and then went out again. He came back and was implying that someone must have gone up in the attic and tampered with something. That definitely was not the case at all. Again, he worked on the unit. Then shortly after he left we noticed a big, wet spot about 4 ft. wide on our bedroom ceiling with a foul smell coming from it. We then had another tech come out to access the situation. He said it was due to a copper pipe that they put in themselves about 4 years ago. We asked them to fix the situation and make it right because we had just spent $2100 to have the unit fixed and now we have this big wet spot on the ceiling. This was no fault of our own. We were told that they would fix the pipe for an additional $600 and then fix our ceiling at the same time. Are you kidding me?? We obviously are NOT valued customers and they made no effort to make this situation right. We will be looking for a new company the next time we have heating/AC issues. We work too hard for our money to be paying out huge amounts to a company who obviously does NOT value us as a loyal customer. Be warned!Updated review:We are very happy to report that the company made the situation right for us. Mr. Shields from Xtreme came by our house so that he could personally take a look at our ceiling damage. He assured us that this was not acceptable and it would be taken care of asap. Phillip came out and did all the repairs to the ceiling and it now looks great. He took his time and made sure it was done right. We are very appreciative and we plan to continue to use Xtreme for our future heating and AC needs. This is how you treat loyal customers! We would recommend Xtreme to others. Had a great experience with Colt!. We had a few AC appointments prior to meeting with this company and none of them seemed as thorough, patient, and ad upfront as him. We had another company come out for a quote 2 days later and they took a fraction on the time and did not call out half of the concerns that were actually present and attempted to rush thru all our questions. Xtreme Air Services appear to be above the rest when it comes to customer service. I truly appreciated the time and attention to detail and overall care that Colt shows. Having a technician who is knowledgeable and intent on making sure his customers understand their situation is very important and Colt was great here. We were getting our Spring Maintenance done last week. All went well. Until an hour after Tony our Tech was on to the next job. It looked like the whole A/C system crashed.Reboot electric - no issue, did not workReboot Thermostat - no issue, still busted.Called Xtreme up and Tony was back 3 hours later on Friday night. He was able to find the issue. Neither of us were happy about what was not working. They had to order a part (Could not until Monday morning!!) and wed be out of A/C for a few days. Stuff happens.Needless to say, they got the part in. All the way from Florida on Tuesday night. 1 day shipped, and got us scheduled for Wednesday.Wed - Tony arrived and we were chilling in the house 45 min later.Much appreciated Xtreme. Back up to5 stars. Juan came today did a exceptional job. Always does. Extreme always did a quality job. I dropped my review down to two stars, and heres why. Simply the cost is too high. I schedule a yearly inspection and by the time the hard sell is over it costs me over $4000.00. That has happened 2 times since I purchased a 25K system. Nothing wrong with the AC. I need filters replaced by the time they are done its 4k again. With inflation the way it is...the cost is going to be more than I can afford...I need to find a person or company that will listen and simply replace the filters.Had Extreme Air replace my water heater with a new one...took the young man a hour to remove and install the new one...people understand...nothing takes less than a hour nowadays. And he did it by himself. Wow...Another Extreme Air success story..they are my go to for most everything in my home...now if they would cook for me...Michael did my Heating and Air inspection and did masterful job. He is very friendly and above all knowledgeable in his job. If I could give him 100 *s I would. Xtream Air is a great company. Always on time, courteous, and professional. Its 38 degrees outside as I write this and its a cozy 68 degrees where Im sitting due to my new system. It was installed yesterday by the team that anyone would wish for when having someone show up to work at your house. They were on time, polite, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know bout the system. Justin and Dakota were the installers and they were meticulous.Everything was carefully removed, replaced and tested right down the check list to make sure it was done correctly. They went through and made adjustments to the options and settings as per the request of my wife and me, and they even programmed the thermostat to my wifes preferences, and it took them all of about a minute or so to do it. The thermostat was easy to use and intuitive.Its also worth mentioning...a lot of businesses use the adage leave it cleaner than you found it but these guys made it a serious part of their process.They brought in more tarps to protect the floor than Davinci had when he did the Sistine chapel. Every piece of equipment or doorknob or anything else they touched or came near was wiped down or swept clean before they left. There was not a single piece of wire insulation, or a discarded screw, or piece of cardboard or packing foam left anywhere. I mean...these guys are meticulous.They did a beautiful job and I can tell the difference in how everything runs. Its quiet, its more efficient and Im saving about a quarter of the electricity having just upgraded my old system to this two-ton 14 SEER system.Again, the installers are Justin and Dakota and our sales rep is Chad. Its going to be quite a while before I may ever need another AC system installed, but if I do, I hope theyre still around, because I will request them. Awesome install, Xtreme Air Services!
My experience with Xtreme Air has been Excellent. On April 6thMichael M. came out to service our AC unit. Michael is very experienced person and knowledgeable of his work. I like that he is detailed and address issues findings regarding small leak, that cause mold on the ceiling. On April 23. Juan and Bobby came out to my resident to clean our Air ducts, both very professional, extremely satisfied with their work. They clean up afterward and d and put furniture back. I can tell the difference in the air. Wow! nice.On April 24, Phil and Charlie came out to the resident for to address the roof leak and the mold. They patch the ceiling, and match the paint job very well and fixed the leak. Job well done.All the technicians very friendly and professional. Love to do business with Xtreme Air.

I have been using Extreme Air for at least 8 years. They used to be a really good company with great service and communication. But they are not anymore. I had an appointment on June 21st for a Spring tune up on my AC and to also have it looked at because it was making a clunking noise when it turned off. Said they would be here between 9am -12pm. When no one showed up by 12:30 I called the office to get an update. She told me they were to busy to come to my appt that day because they had people who’s AC went out and they get priority over Tune up appointments. No explanation for why they didn’t bother to call and tell me they were not coming. I decided to go ahead and make another app. This time she made two separate appts. One for the clunking on June 28th and one for the tune up on July 11th. Someone showed up on the 28th and it cost me $3000 to fix the clunking problem. I was told someone from the office would call me the next day to schedule an appt to come back and check on the AC. No one ever called or came back. But, I still had my appt for July 11th for the tune up between 1pm - 5pm. Received a call that day that the tech was on his way and would be here in about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later no one was here. I called the office to get an update. I was told that again someone else had an AC that wasn’t working, so my tech went there instead. But a different tech would be coming to my house as soon as he finished at the job he was currently working on. At 4:30pm I got a text that he was on his way to my house. No one ever showed up that day. When I got up the next morning I saw an email from Xtreme Air that I owed $69.95 for my Spring tune up from the day before. I called the office and talked to Heather and told her everything that had been going on with the no shows. She said the bill was automatic and she would remove it. She didn’t seem to care about anything else. After I expressed how disappointed I was with the company after all the years I had been their customer, she said she would check with the tech that was supposed to come the previous day and find out what happened and that she would call me back within an hour. Big surprise, it has been 4 days and no call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND XTREME AIR!!

An absolute amazing experience from the moment I called, and I was a bit stressed as I was in the initial stages of looking for AC/Heat service and several things at one time in my home were needing repair or replacement, so the timing of another issue was not ideal. But, their professionalism and intentional and genuine attention to detail including my situational concerns was nothing short of incredible and rare. First off, we found this company through the ads in the mail, and I have been using independent contractors from friends who never really did a thorough job on our system. This business has marketing and advertising techniques that are absolutely horrid. You can not just leave a flyer on someones windshield in the middle of the 100° heat. I now have this flyer completely stuck to my windshield and I have NEVER nor will I ever use this business.

The company has been very easy to deal with. They have been very helpful anytime that I needed a repair/replacement. I had them replace an A/C unit, ducts, compressor and thermostat over 2 yrs ago. And they also still do the twice a year maintenance on the unit. And today, I needed a water heater replaced. Any of the technicians that they have sent out to do the work have been great! Always professional and will keep you updated as to their time of arrival. They clean up their work space after they are finished. And answered all my questions about the replacements. The woman who answers their phone is very nice, too! 5 stars is not high enough. I give them a perfect 10 !!!I highly recommend Xtreme Air Services for a/c, plumbing, electric and more.
Terrible service. Installed a tankless water heater wrong MULTIPLE times. No show to appointments MULTIPLE times without contacting me. Terrible owner/management. No apologies really. Failed to pull permit from the city for the work. Multiple other companies have told me their work is not up to code. Their pricing was also much higher than other companies. My own fault for not price getting multiple estimates first to compare. Would not recommend to anyone.***Update 1/5/24 - Jonathan below called soon after posting the above review. Reported that he would look into the above issues and seeing what he could do to help. No updates. Ive called and left messages with the company. No call back. The city says the company is still supposed to coordinate with them to have someone sent to inspect the work done for proper permitting. Still no updates on this either.
I dont know much about the company but I know Ray Sims was the most thorough and professional service man Ive ever met. He spent four hours, after hours, until almost 11pm to diagnose and fix my problems. If this company has more men like him I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Our heat stopped working during the night in the recent sub-freezing spell.Xtreme Air answered their phones in the early hours and had us scheduled immediately for that morning. Ray drove in the ice and repaired the system. He was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He made sure I understood the issue and even had time to pet our Lab!I recommend Xtreme Air and plan to use them again.
Xtreme Air service provided both plumbing and electrical work for my home. Each technician was friendly, assessed my request, and provided education how the repairs or installation should progress.To date, the work was completed to my satisfaction. The reason for 4 stars is the charges ensued for the electrical installation. The electrical work took about 30 minutes and all the needed equipment was supplied by me. The charge was over $300 to install a electronic timer. The plumbing work was almost $900, but I feel the plumbing charge was justified due to the hours it took to complete the work.Of course, I wanted the electrical work completed since this was their second trip out to assess my electrical desires. I was told to buy the equipment I wanted installed, but never received an estimate of the costs of the installation until the repairman came for installation. I did not get an estimate from another company beforehand, so that was on me.Overall, Im satisfied with the repairs and installation to my home. I would recommend them for their quality work and communication between the company, myself, and the repairmen.

If you are wondering if you need a new this or that, they will be honest with you and tell you no you just need... they wont charge you for useless thing or tell you that you need useless things. I have been a customer for almost 15 years and they have always provided excellent service. The team is professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, Todd is the most rude and unprofessional employee at Xtreme Air! This is the 2nd time that he has been sent to my home (after asking to have a note put in my file the last time that he not come back to my house)and we have had the same disrespectful and pushy attitude twice. First he decided he wanted to come 6 hours before the scheduled time, after I had explained that we needed a late appointment so someone could be there. Then while there he was very rude and pushy and insisting we buy expensive items. Trying to upsell when on a routine maintenance call is unprofessional and being told no three times should have stopped it, but he just kept going. He kept barging into the house, not even a knock and was arguing with my family member throughout the visit. He said I needed a new capacitor and I went ahead and paid to have it replaced, but I don’t even know if it was really needed or even really replaced. I sent a long message to the company and someone saying they were a Supervisor said they would call in Friday morning, but I still have not received a call and it’s Saturday evening. I recommend Xtreme Air to everyone I know and it upsets me to leave this review, but Todd and his visits really made the company look bad. Please look at your employees before sending them out.

Juan was great, he arrived soon after I called, diagnosed the problem, and was able to complete the repair. The whole time being polite and professional.
Doug came and found the issue with our water heater and explained the error code to us. He documented everything he did on his tablet device with before and after photos. Fortunately for us he was able to get the heater to work till the parts come in. His company will do the special maintenance for tank less water heaters. These heaters will collect mineral deposits from the local water supply. If you dont do it, then you will be shopping for a new one after 6 to 10 years. They also offer a 10% Veterans discount. Its 55.00 for the visit and they reduce it from final cost if repairs and parts are needed. Glad we were able to find them on Thumbtack .
Absolutely top notch service as always, Shane was an elite, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, considerate, and kind Tech.They checked in with me to take advantage of my maintenance allowance and got someone to my place same day, almost within an hour - EXACTLY getting here when they said they would and giving me a heads up in advance when they where on their way, that’s how you do business (many big name companies should take notes). Further, they keep a detailed track record of my equipment’s condition, which is super helpful for future visits, and email me a detailed status report of the job upon completion. Also they stayed most of the day to get the job done right, detailed care was performed from every small to big task.Side note, this was the same experience with a different Tech that came out last year, as well as the awesome staff that check in with you.When I need an expensive replacement done in the future, or any job, this is who I’ll be calling! Trust, Transparency, and Quality.
Gabriel was assigned to our plumbing issue. I want to say, He was prompt and found my busted pipe quickly. He repaired the pipe and showed us the damage. He was courteous and I would use this company again and I would and will recommend them.

Communication was not wonderful-was given a time frame for an appointment, no one showed up during that time frame…called an hour and a half after and said no one could make it, it would be next day.Was given a time frame for next day, nobody showed up. Called an hour and a half after time of appointment, and was then given a new time and that someone was on their way. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if the communication had been more up front. I had to reach out to find out if someone was still coming.As far as service-our technician was polite, helpful, and efficient. If I were rating on just service alone, 5 stars. But customer service/communication…not great.
I am incredibly thankful to this company, a different ac company had come out and stated my compressor had taken a dump and needed replacing. With my parents insistence they set up a call for Robert to come out and confirm the diagnosis from the previous company. Robert found additional issues with the inside unit which meant I needed an entire new system. Colt came out and talked with Robert myself and my father showing us everything and made his recommendations. This was on a Thursday, by Saturday the install team was out at my home and had already begun demo of what was needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the system and how I needed to change the filters. Come Sunday morning I was able to check the temperature on my house via an app due to the nifty new WiFi thermostat the guys installed and my house was completely cooled. Our family is forever grateful to this company for their honesty regarding what was needing to be done. And taking their time to make sure the install was done correctly! We won’t be using a different service for our AC unit.

From initial contact to installation, all employees were courteous, knowledgeable and qualified technicians. Sales Reps, Josh and Nick, were very informative in helping me decide to purchase a new Trane system. Installation occurred the next day after purchase. Installers Mike and his crew worked hard all day installing the new unit and complete replacement of the outdated duct work. Final inspection was made by Robert Thompson, who was also very courteous and answered any final questions and concerns I had. Overall experience was quite positive. I highly recommend Extreme Air Services for replacement or service of your air conditioning system, or any other of the many services they offer, such as plumbing, electrical, etc. Finally we look forward to being comfortable this summer and next winter and beyond.

Since my original experience of having my old broken system diagnosed and replacing with a brand new, I have had several routine maintenance checks in fall and spring as advised. Most recently, a wire issue in my wall caused the thermostat to glitch and I needed to call for assistance.No issues at all with the system itself, but I wanted to point out that you hire great people. Every person I have spoken to on the phone has been extremely pleasant, and every single technician who has come out has been kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy.Christopher, David, and Maxam were the most recent 3 technicians I dealt with and they fully explained all of the things they were checking and did not waste time completing the tasks not to mention were nice to talk to in the meantime.Thank you Xtreme Air- I will happily continue to recommend your companyOriginal post, May 2018: My AC quit working, and had so many problems due to age and neglect that I needed a total replacement. MIKE Came in, offered to check our non-covered ac unit, and found possible plumbing issue, at no cost to our extended warranty which only requires 6 month checkups of the house on our upstairs unit. Upstairs passed with a rec of a cleaning. He didnt react to any state of our other issues, which are on us. He was calm, friendly, thorough, and even suggestive without pressure of what we need to do to get our home back in order. We switched to Exteme a handful of years of ago, and havent been disappointed with their recommendations or extended warranties.
We were having clogging issues in our pipes and we have used Xtreme Air services before and thought they would be a good company to handle this job. We had a tech out the same day and he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving. Gabriel is a real professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciate everything that they did to get our house running smoothly again and will definitely refer them and use them again in the future.
The only Xtreme is their prices. My blower motor broke and they quoted me $1600 to replace it with the part under warranty, that quote was just for labor. I told the technician no and that it was way too expensive, he got on the phone with the company and for no reason they knocked down the price to $1000. Still way overpriced, but that shows you how unstructured their pricing is. I went to DT and they only charged me $400 for the exact same job. DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. The Xtreme technicians are also very shady, one guy offered to do the job on the side under his own company, then wanted me to pay him for the job as he was giving me a quote. He expected me to Zelle him money before he even had the part to replace. Total joke of a company

So because of the service and trust I have with the company and the quality of work, I will be getting my two water heaters replaced. I have been in the plumbing service industry for 20 years and in construction for 25 years. Juan was our A/C service tech, from Extreme Air, the experience was fantastic. Juan gave us the best price he could, Extreme Air beat Willards A/C price by 1300 dollars. Juan also had all the parts on his truck, unlike Willard A/C they just told me that they needed to contact the factory. To: Extreme Air Services, please dont send us the link to leave a review when you havent fully fixed all the issues first. We have been very patient and been understanding but enough is enough!My family and I hired this company to have a brand new A/C unit installed. New installation of unit, new vents, new everything basically. It has been such a headache! Close to $20,000 later and we have had lots of issues with not being set correctly and not cooling one room and one bathroom in the house. The sales rep promises you things that the technicians wont install unless they have approval. That was taken care of. Then they send the lazy employees for the technician to deal with, they leaned and slept on the sewer pipe, they punctured a hole into the sewer line, they came to fix it. Other things have happened, not worth stating everything. Keep in mind every time they schedule to come out, then end up rescheduling because they are too busy to fix the issues. Have had an appointment for two days to fix the vent issue and not cooling correctly in those two rooms, the appointment was today Friday 5.12.23 and they rescheduled for Tuesday. WHY?? Why would you do that? There is one elderly person living in the house, and one disabled person living in the house. We are very understanding people, but it feels like well since you have been paid, you just leave us on the back burner. Please fix the Issues, this is gone on way too long. I am willing to change my review when all the issues are taken care of.
Can’t say enough good things and Mark and the team. We needed a 2nd opinion on some repairs to our system, and Xtreme was able to get Mark out on a Saturday morning. He was incredibly thorough and help diagnose the ACTUAL problem instead of what I was told by the original company - saving me thousands. Mark is a great guy and clear communicator. Then Martin and Napoleon came out and more excellence. I had new unit installed and was completed same day. This company has excellent workers. I felt like I was dealing with family. This is 3rd time using this company . I would recommend them . They offer other services. These workers should be commended. Thats why I keep coming back. Thanks again Guys.

He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my unit and even took the time to write down the filters that I need for my unit! Another great experience with Xtreme Air. Plus I had the best technician they have ever sent out. Tony went way above and beyond what he was sent out for. He found a potentially dangerous situation and corrected it for me . He spent a lot of time checking all my heating and answered all my many questions. Xtreme Air has all good honest knowledgeable employees but Tony is best of all. I already m specifically going to request him for another project I want done soon.

They show up but can’t fix anything they’ve broken on previous visits. I’m still trying to determine why my new unit can’t be felt in any rooms but one, but was working fine with the previous a/c until they claim couldn’t be fixed! Messed up paint, door and water damage. Ugh!
Called on Monday for AC not cooling house. Made appointment for Tuesday. They actually arrived before the appointment time. So nice! Got right to work, diagnosed issue and made repairs quickly and what I thought was a fair price. Would for sure use in future.

Really more of a 2.5 stars rather than 3. Service was great. The service technician, Robert, was great and figured out the problem with the ac unit quickly. The service visit price was great but the cost of the part was ridiculous. My unit has a bad capacitor and the technician told me that the part and install was $450. I knew nothing about this part so I said fine, switch it out. As he was doing the install (took maybe 10 minutes) I looked up the part in my phone. Saw the exact same part for $60 with next day delivery. Even considering the install work, the up charge on it is Xtreme. It really is a shame. The people in the phone and the technician were great but I will have to think twice before calling them again for a repair. Maybe just call them for the diagnostic visit only and get the part myself next time? Or maybe they should charge a bit more for the initial service/diagnostic visit and ease up on the price gouging for the parts.
My husband and I have been calling on Xtreme Air Services for 8+ years and we have never been disappointed in their services. Today Dylan Scott came to fix our clogged kitchen sink and was he so courteous and professional. Like he has been in his other visits to our home. We have had Xtreme Air Services repair plumbing, HVAC and electrical and have never been disappointed.
Technian Michael Maxam (Max) appears to be an accurate representation of what this company is about! They are Veteran friendly, Extremely knowledgeable and very professional! A company that can be trusted to shoot you straight and do it right AND affordable!!! Loved these guys!First impression: very bad. The original guy who came out to give me a bid never introduced himself and honest to God he was running all over my house like a madman. He was in and out within maybe fifteen minutes- didn’t do any measurements and didn’t even explain anything to me or give me my options. Gave me a very quick estimate and left. (Turns out, he said I needed a 5ton, and we only actually need a 3ton.)A couple hours later, I actually received a phone call from Eddy, THE OWNER, asking me how my experience was. I was honest. Not only did he tell me the price quote I received was higher than what he would expect, but he asked if he could send out someone new to give me a better experience.Within the next two hours, Nick and Jake (the service manager) were in my house doing a very thorough walk-through and explaining everything to me. Nick emailed me every single estimate so I could look them all over, after running through them all with me. He also told me if I had any questions later on (or if I wanted him to re-explain everything to my husband when he got home😆), that I could call or text him.Their business cards have their personal cell phone numbers, as well as Eddy’s (the owner). Amazing.No, we didn’t end up using them for financial reasons, but I really wish we could have! I was very, very impressed with them (the second time around).
Shane was the best! He literally re-wired our unit completely while explaining how every component works, what the different leds and alerts meant, what the cause of our issue was, and gave us maintenance tips along with things we good do to improve and protect our unit. It was literally a master class on top of outstanding service. This company is highly recommended!
Really good experience all throughout the process. I signed up for a tune up through Lowe’s. Xtreme Air Services called two days later to set up the appointment. The company sent a couple reminder texts and emails a day or so before the appointment. On the day of they called to give me a timeframe of the techs arrival. I even got a text and email with a picture of my tech and his service rating (which was a 4.9 out of 5). His name was David S.The tech was friendly yet professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Asked us if we wanted to learn a little more about what he was doing and went a little more in depth. He found some issues that weren’t necessarily urgent, asked if we wanted to go ahead and fix them now or wait until it was actually a need. He wasn’t pushy about adding on services or charges. Just told us what he could offer and let us decide.He found some other issues in terms of our insulation around the attic door. The attic doorway was reading 85 degrees which was probably affecting our thermostat nearby. Gave us some ideas and pointers for fixing it. He stuck around until he determined all was well.
We bought our heating-A/C from Extreme Air several years ago when we came home from a trip in July and our A/C wasn’t working. On July 4th they came and repaired it. We bought a new system shortly after. Johnny, our service advisor, diagnosed our problem today very quickly and took care of it. I have total confidence in him and the company.
Just replaced my 20 year old 5 ton HVAC system with a Trane HVAC. The three men who were assigned to install my system performed superbly! Complete job took about 8 hours from arrival to departure. I’m very pleased with the professionalism, appearance, manners, courtesy and attitude of my installers. Colt came out and checked my home. Was told by another company I need thousands of dollars with of work but when Colt got here he told me all of my ductwork was perfectly fine and suggested I switch from metal to plastic vent covers to prevent an the issue I was having. He even helped me find the size and showed where I could get them from not charging me a penny in the process. This is the first place I will call after I move. 5 stars!

We noticed that our house was very humid and called to get the issue diagnose and resolved. A technician was able to come within a day and he was quick to review our system and identify the issue. He also provide advice on fixing it and maintaining a good comfort level. Pricing was very fair and we are happy with the price charges. Thank you for such a wonderful job! We will definitely be calling them again for regular maintenance or issues.
From start to finish this company has been nothing but unresponsive, and unprofessional. Initial install of the replacement unit was a mess, installed a damaged unit inside, and claimed it came from the factory that way. Tech stained our carpet, was promised filters and free maintenance which was never delivered.Compressor failed a few months back, was still under warranty, and yet still cost over $2000 to repair with a warranty! And now the system has quit working yet again. Tech says that there is a clogged filter inside the system?! Well I was not the one that opened up that system to work on it, so sounds like the previous tech introduced debris into the system that has now caused it to fail. And of course they were more than willing to quote me over $16k for a new system when I just want the one I have to work.4 days later and we still have nothing, no air, 80 degrees in the house and we have to beg them for any updates at all.Pass on their cheap prices, find one that will actually respond to calls as promised. I will not do business with them going forward, and from this experience, I also will no longer ever consider a TRANE system.
Xtreme air is the best of all the A/C services we have used. We called and they were out the next day. Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable, thorough and able to diagnose a problem with our system that other companies have not been able to do. And it didn’t mean we had to buy a whole new system that two other companies recommended. Xtreme is our go-to service from now on!

The techs were highly-qualified/ professional. These techs worked hard, swift, in-sync and with care. Michael and his team did an excellent job.Whats i am seeing is excellent work and i am highly satisfied. And extremely happy on how the new system ran upon being tested. I was very excited to feel how quickly the sytem cooled the house and then how quickly it warmed up the house.The sytem is running very smooth!After a year these guys are the best! I recently purchased 2 Trane A/C units from Xtreme Air Services. Brandon and Dusty exceeded our expectations by explaining and monitoring the entire process from the sale to the installation. They both went above and beyond to make sure we received the best experience possible. They also didnt try to oversell us more than what we needed. They laid out all the options available and recommended the best option for our home. During the install Jose and Juan managed the install crew every step of the way to insure the entire job was done correctly. They even made sure to keep 1 unit running at all times so our little ones werent uncomfortable with the Texas heat. HVAC is a headache, especially if you need something fast. Xtreme Air stepped up when it seemed like other companies couldnt be bothered. I had an odd-ball project at my house bid out to four different companies, and even during the bid process Xtreme Air Services had the best communication and customer service by a mile. Josh was really responsive and knowledgeable, and seemed to know what we needed for the project. When it came down to it, their price was also hard to beat, so it was a no-brainer picking them for the project.The install went really smoothly also. Josh and the team bent over backward to make it happen ASAP, they sent a big team to get it done fast, and they sent technicians the next day to check everything was perfect and answer any more questions. The team they sent was experienced, and seemed to genuinely care if things went well and we werent inconvenienced.
I contacted Xtreme Air Services to get an estimate for cooling and heating my garage thru my current a/c unit. Colt was my technician. I was most impressed with Colts professionalism and his honesty. My plan was to have hvac work done and to add air vents in the garage. Colt explained that he did not think it was a good idea. He believed that too much air would be pulled from inside my home resulting in uncomfortable temperatures inside the residence particularly when temperatures rise above 90 degrees. Colt said that customer satisfaction, his reputation and the reputation of his company was most important. Colt was unwilling to move forward on a job that he believed would end with a bad result and a dissatisfied customer. Colt suggested that I consider a mini split as an alternative to heat and cool the garage. Prior to Xtreme air coming to my home I had 3 other a/c companies come out to give an estimate for the same work. Not one of them told me that my plan wasnt a good idea. They were all ready to put me on the schedule. I highly recommend Xtreme air services to anyone in need of a/c service. Thank you Colt for your honesty. It is truly refreshing to finally have an experience with an honest person who cares about the customer and not only about making as much money off of a customer that you can.
15 thousand dollars later and we still dont have a working AC that can keep our 1,500 square foot house cool. I dont understand it. Sick of all the smart technology. Dont sell me a product that you dont now how to fix and that constantly needs a software update. We are MONTHS in and our AC is still having issues. More system errors.MONTHS later. We do not have a unit that works properly. Xtreme air is not following through with getting us a working unit. Owner has gone quite. Do not purchase a Daiken unit through this company. They sold us mixed match condenser and air handlers. Finally got them matched again and the unit needs a software update every other week and the 20 different techs that have been out here cant fix it. I am so heartbroken at the money we have spent with this company only to have them shut our AC off at 5:00pm every time they come, leaving our house to get into the 90,s, leave, and say they fixed it. Repeat that times 20. Its unbelievable.
My hot water was in and out for the last three weeks I couldnt figure out what was the problem. I called the builder, several plumbers, and the manufacturer of the heating tank, but no one got back to me but Xtreme Air. Within two days they came out and fix the issue. Happy family thanks to Xtreme Air.
I called in the afternoon and a technician came the following morning. A/C was determined none repairable and installation was scheduled for the next morning. By noon work was done and house was cooling down. The work was thorough and professional. Price was competitive. Would recommend them to family and friends.

From the call placed at almost 9PM on a Sunday night, to the follow up appointment/inspection almost 2 weeks later, Xtreme Air Services has been TOP NOTCH! With the age of our house/system, we reluctantly knew that we would eventually have to have some work done on our system, but we were moved to action when we noticed that it was colder than it should have been and wasnt getting any warmer. I placed a call to Xtreme, prepared to leave a voicemail requesting a technician visit the next day, but was surprised when someone answered and said they could have someone out that evening to assess the issue. When Brad and Josh arrived, they were very thorough and forthcoming with their assessment. Their recommendations were very informative and on point. We were able to make an appointment for the very next day to have our new system installed.The next day, when the Xtreme technicians Dakota, Kelson, Travis, JD and Tony arrived, during the entire installation, they were respectful, knowledgeable and VERY efficient. They came focused on the job at hand and made every effort not to cause any kind of imposition. I was even able to work from home without interruption, while they completed the job. After completing the job around 2:30pm, the house was back to a comfortable temperature by 4pm.Thank you Xtreme Air Services for your outstanding service from start to finish! Its obvious that we made the RIGHT choice!
I hired Xtreme Air Services to replace all the existing ducts in my home as some were mylar and could not be cleaned. When they said they were complete I stated I had no air in the master bedroom and bath. The technician stated it was a long run and would take a day stabilize. My comment was I retired after 40 years in construction; That is not a true statement. He turned and walked away. About 30 minutes later another workman stated something was reversed and he corrected it. I now had air flowing.The day after the installation I reviewed their work in my attic. All looked good from the attic access point but, going back through the attic I discovered 7 of the 14 duct runs were not fully replaced. They still were of mylar material. Also, none of the 14 ducts had dampers that were to be installed at the plenum.After 2 reviews of the installation, two workmen came back and completed the project successfully.If you use this firm, I would strongly suggest you thoroughly review the project when they claim it is completed.

I hired this contractor to serve some rental properties. From the beginning it was a disaster. Over the course of a year, they performed several jobs for me:1. Install an interior air handler. They overbid it by $1,200 and then installed it incorrectly and just left. They knew the job wasnt finished but after three days of nobody coming to finish the job and I had to call them several times and threaten to sue them before they finally came back out. Then it still didnt work, and the tech told me the thermostat should have been replaced at the same time. It took several calls to the service manager to get them back out to finish the install.2. During a quote to replace an interior air handler, they asked if they could have their plumber come out and propose a bid on the apartments water heater. He quoted my wife over $1,200 to fix it (I later found a plumber who did the same work for $200) and when my wife began to ask questions, he became very aggressive with her and the AC techs had to intervene. I told her on the phone to ask him to leave.3. I had purchased an annual service contract for them to come out and service for AC units. So I took a day off of work to meet them. After they didnt show up and several calls, they finally called me and told me the weather was too cold and rainy for them to do the work. This was 2:00 pm. The weather was sunny and 70 degrees. When I called Jake, the service manager, he seemed agitated at my complaint and told me they would refund the service contract cost...that they didnt want to do the maintenance work.4. I had a condenser unit go out and when they sent the tech out to diagnose it, he lost all of the security screws to the security cage. I had to call the service manager Jake, eight times to get it resolved. He kept setting appointments for a tech to come out and source the screws and replace what he damaged. Finally after missing two appointments they simply gave me $50 to replace the screws. But before he offered to reimburse me, he wanted to sell me a condenser, which had already been replaced by another vendor. (it took almost two months to get this resolved.)5. I havent had any dealings with them for months, yet I still receive appointment confirmations via text message for appointments Ive never set. Really, really long text messages.Ive dealt with bad contractors before, but never to this extent. Poor work quality and even worse service. Im glad to have moved on.
