I placed a call with Cold Texas Air around 10am to discuss my situation. I was told a technician would arrive that afternoon. Steven arrived around 3pm. Problem solved at a very reasonable cost. Steven took the time to explain what was done. Same day service!

Cold Texas Air did maintenance on my extremely old unit multiple times. I knew there was no way it would make it through another summer without breaking down. It is family owned & operated and they are genuinely good people.They replaced my entire system inside & out including all the duct work. Cold Texas Air replaced our Air Conditioner to our house at the beginning of June 2022. Steven Padilla came as soon as we called and thoroughly checked the inside unit and the outside unit and knew right away what was wrong. We needed a new outside unit. He ordered it and went and picked it up and came during the hot part of the day and installed it. He is very knowledgeable and professional and gives 100% to get you cool as soon as possible. My experience with them was nothing short of fantastic!! We had been having issues and needed a new ac unit both indoors and out.
