This is a great small business. I called Charles Chen at Penguin AC Services, Inc when I saw water dripping from a small pipe under the eave of my roof. I knew the water was coming from my drainpipe on my AC unit.Charles came over the same day and unclogged the drain. He noticed that the pan that captures overflow water under my AC was severely rusted and would soon allow water to leak onto my ceiling, causing expensive damage. He was able to replace the pan the pan the same day. The price was very fair.As a retired small business owner, I appreciate companies that make it easy for me to do business with them and treat me as if they want my future business.Ill recommend Charles Chen and Penguin AC Services to my neighbors, and Ill give them a call next time I need help with my AC or electrical system.

I hope you wouldn’t need them but in case you need l truly recommend them. It has been almost 2 weeks since they provided the service and l would say thatthey are professional, responsive, friendly and trustable.Our AC sewer line was blocked and they opened it for us for a reasonable price. They are very responsive and communicative so informed us that they would be late since it was a busy time that everybody needs service and came on the rescheduled time. They also followed up after they fixed to make sure everything was all right.BTW, they are hardworking and eager to schedule you ASAP. If you need them just call them and they can fit you in.

Jeffery came out especially fast on a urgent Sunday call in the afternoon that went into evening. He was excellent with his service, rates, data and explanations. He helped us be way more informed customers and satisfied with his great services plus with it all being on a Sunday. Highly recommend! Will be using again for sure!

Sunday late afternoon TX heat, our AC stopped working. My husband contacted Penguin Excellence Company and within an hour friendly Mr. Gao and his son showed up. Few minutes later I was told to turn AC on and it worked. Our service man didn’t want to take any payment as he said it was an easy fix, he said next time. I was in disbelief that we got so fortunate to came across this Company. We got ourself a reliable AC company. Will definitely use their services next time we have AC needs. Highly recommend! If I could I would give more than 5 stars.

Jeff is very responsible. My appointment was in 4 pm, but he was late because the work not done. I thought I could wait second day, he insisted coming when 9 PM, and careful check the machine. Jeff is honest person, explaining the problem and giving reasonable price. Jeff is a detailed person, wearing the shoes cover entering room. I would recommend him!

I called them Sunday 7pm they shoved up around 9pm ,well it wasnt nothing broken but overheated and stopped working, they diagnosed right put it to work again gave me couple of instructions and first time in my life somebody told me its free of charge ,excellent service and very quick and honest ,now I know I have guys for my a/c problems ,highly recommending others to call them

After consulting with a few companies and spoke to a few of my friends they recommended me to penguin excellence with positive words. So Ive decided to take a chance to hire them.They did a great job putting in my new cooling system. Very responsible at what they offer and very reasonable pricing. Saved myself lots of money couldnt be more happy. They had also helped me removed the fence and put it back the way it was in order to put in the unit in addition they also took a trip to Home Depot to replace one of the broken fence all free of charge.Highly recommend to speak with them before hiring any other company.

I called them when my A/C came out. They were able to come very quickly. The problem was diagnosed and repaired very fast. I was pleased with the price. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Worse service ever. We asked him to replace the Ac two months ago and it stoped working yesterday. Then we called him to fix it today.He examined outside and described the ac exhaust pipe was leaking and need to weld the pipe.His solution was to make a hole outside and weld the pipe. We didn’t want to do that and instead we asked him to weld it through the dry wall. When he cut the dry wall open, he bursted out water pipe open and leaks water everywhere. Then he took whole 6 hours to fix the water pipe leak. he asked for $880 worth of the cost which was not previously discussed and threaten us to cut open the pipe if we didn’t pay. We ended up paid him 600 for the broken water pipe and huge hole in the dry wall. Please do not ever ever use his service. We ended up have to pay a few more hundreds dollars on top to fix the dry wall problem.

Penguin Excellence provided a great service at a good cost. They were able to make a late afternoon residential call on a Saturday as well, which was a great help. I highly recommend them
