Tony has taken care of us a couple of times. He is great and we appreciate him. Paige and Lindsey in the office are wonderful as well. We request Tony to come back and he will be the one to check it through the maintenance offer.

Ever since using Daffan, I have had nothing but positive things to say. I started using this service about 5 to 6 years ago. They don’t try to trick you into buying a whole unit, they fix what’s broken when it’s needed, and do a great job.

Super efficient, respectful, and professional. Got the problem solved quickly and I liked that he asked if I had any questions following the fix.

Very fast response time and James was amazing. He came and found the issue right away and had us back up and running. James was was also very polite and described everything he was doing. Definitely will recommend them and use them again in the future.

I loved that I was able to call and speak to a person after hours. I got scheduled quickly, and my technician was able to move up my appointment time. Cooper was exceptional. We called Wednesday morning, and spoke with a very kind young lady, who assured they would have someone out the same day before 5:00. The technician called before coming and quickly located the problem and fixed our AC unit. He also pointed out a potential problem with our secondary unit and resolved that issue as well. We have been using Daffan for several years. When we bought our home the units were fairly old. The team at Daffan kept them running as long as possible. Eventually we had to replace both units. Cooper responded quickly last summer when we had AC problems, and we found Daffan’s rates very reasonable. In fact, we signed up for the yearly heating/AC maintenance plan and had our first visit yesterday. It went smoothly, at no cost, and he gave us some good repair saving tips. There were no hidden charges and no attempts to sell us something we didn’t need.We appreciate Cooper’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and go-beyond attitude. In fact, as we visited, he realized I had not been able to get anyone to climb up on our roof and stop up some holes where mice were getting into the area below our roof. To my surprise, after our service call was over and he was on his own time on a Friday afternoon, he got his ladder, climbed up and began stopping up holes, nailing boards, and tightening some bolts just to be neighborly and kind. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn’t take it. How many people do that? Thank you, Daffan, for sending Cooper our way. He represents you well.

I’m so glad we called Daffan when we first bought our home. Their office staff always contacts us when we’re due for maintenance—friendly and efficient customer service. And we couldn’t be happier with Cooper, who regularly services our A/C and heating units. It was time for our annual service and Cooper came out to inspect our system. He went into the attic and found the plenum had separated. He immediately called for an installer to help him re-attach the plenum. Needless to say our electric bill has been rather high since we were heating the attic. Can’t wait for the next couple of electric statements.Cooper was very proficient and professional. Very easy to talk to and he explained virtually everything. He should get a raise in pay. Daffan has been handling our 15+ units at GSC for a few years now and has been nothing shy of the best. Their prompt reply’s and service are exceptional. Our business is customer service and taking care of the clients that attend our venue. That being said Cooper is also an expert at customer service and has gone out of his way at the drop of a hat to make sure our customers HVAC were working properly no matter what. Even when Cooper was out of town on vacation he was on the phone with a excellent tech (Kyle) not as familiar with our layout and got 3 units up and running in no time. We just completed our semi-annual service. Our tech was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our system operation, inside and out, and answered all my questions. Great experience. I definitely recommend their services.

I responded to a flier Daffan sent in the mail. I contacted the number listed and spoke to a very nice woman at the main office in Gbury and made an appt for the Sville mgr to come to my house and service my AC. Cooper arrived on time, he was very professional and very friendly. He greeted my 4month old, very shy Lab pup like they were old friends. He got right to work cleaning the unit inside and doing check up on the exterior parts of my unit too. I was so impressed by Coopers easy friendly manner and his patience while he answered all my questions about my AC/Heat pump. Plus he thru in some dog training tips as well. Hey Coop I got that Jolly Ball for my pup. She loves it! Ive recommend Daffan and Cooper to a coworker of mine and he too loved their service and Cooper. Daffan rocks!

I cant Express enough how friendly, efficient and hard working cooper, tracie and the other two men were that worked and helped us get our new unit installed and working. We loved Daffan, and Cooper, before we ever moved to Stephenville! We enjoyed Daffan’s service when we lived in Granbury for 10+ years. After relocating to Stephenville, one of our first calls was to Cooper and Daffan. We asked for their help with our A/C unit in our new house, well very epically long story short, we needed a new system and Cooper helps us keep it running. We couldn’t recommend both Cooper and Daffan more highly. We have never been disappointed, even when they were telling us things we didn’t necessarily want to hear!! Love y’all! The Browns

The technician and receptionist were both excellent - professional and friendly. Tech came out same day and quickly addressed the problem. However, I was charged $617 for a simple gas furnace igniter replacement - this is on average a $20 part and the tech was at my house for less than 30 min. I get that there is a $100 service fee but this means they are charging $500 for a half hour of labor?! Ridiculous. Will not use again

My pee trap on my HVAC froze and busted the drain pipe. They came out and replaced the pipe and added more sensor to detect leaks. Colt was very helpful and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company. The new unit works well and the service is excellent.
