My name is Jolanda from Vancouver WA. Aaron has been a blessing from the first day he showed up to help with my AC. My husband passed away 15 years ago and as a widow it’s been challenging finding good honest people to help when help is needed. Aaron showed up on a 100 plus degree day! I had called several different companies and their quotes were far more than a widow and single mom could afford. Arron showed up on the same day and explained what he tested, what was needed and what it would cost. He was honest, sincere and earnestly was there to provide a great service without leaving me broke. He was very reasonable and assured me anytime I ever needed help that he would be here. I have never trusted anyone more than Aaron. Well, now he’s moved to Texas, and even though he’s on the other side of the states, he immediately replied to my text from Texas! He asked me all the important questions and even walked this 60 year old grandma through some basic assessments of my AC unit. With that he was able to help direct me in what I truly needed to fix my unit! I had been quoted 12 to 14 thousand dollars to get another unit. And what I needed was a new thermostat! It is a blessing to know that God watches over me in times of need and so thankful for Aaron for having the best work ethics while truly caring for people and always willing to help. Anyone needing services or meeting Aaron will know exactly what I mean once you talk to or meet him. Aaron called me back right away, came out the next day after finishing another job. I wanted a mini-split in my shop, another upstairs in our home, cold air intake needed to replumbed and gave me a bid on a future project. He identified the problems, offered suggestions and sent me a bid the next day. His work was excellent, on time with follow up all long the project. He finished the majority of the work in one day and returned when he said he would to complete his work. He deserves the highest praise for a job well done!

After I futzed around for a month with another company - 4 service calls, an expensive part, a lot of head scratching and NO air conditioning - they threw in the towel. It seems I am not really in anyones service area, and they were the first ones who would even come to Pottsville. I found Cygnature and Aaron online, and that is the best thing I have managed all year. It was already late afternoon, so I was not looking forward to another very hot night, but Aaron showed up about 6pm (no overtime charge either) and went to work. I told him what the others had done with no result. He started checking everything very methodically, explaining his thought processes and clarifying what had been done and why. He said the problem was no air flow. He climbed up in the attic to make sure the duct work was intact, then exposed a section just ahead of the blower motor. An unnecessary piece of insulation had fallen in front of the fan and blocked the flow! He removed it and suddenly there was cool air circulating! Why the other guys did what they did and never checked air flow... Aaron is my hero. Honest, open, professional - he showed up when I needed him, did a thorough investigation and solved the problem without trying to upsell me on a bigger unit. He has a strong work ethic, is personable and looks like Daniel Craig (a nice bonus for a little old lady). He has been in the business 26 years and it shows in his work. He is on my speed dial now, and I highly recommend him.

I bought a 25+ home a few year ago and it had the original system still in place. A few weeks before my wedding in 2019 the AC stopped working in the beginning of August. I had guest staying at my house, and hosting a BBQ right after the wedding. Panic time. I searched online for someone to help and I found Aaron. He was out the next day to take a look.He could have taken advantage of me in my mental state but instead he looked for the right solution. I had a small leak somewhere and I lost too much R22 gas to provide cold air. He told me he just needed to add a couple gallons and that was it. Made sure it came up running good. His price was fair and actually a lot cheaper than I expected to pay after doing my research online. He even told me not to waste my money trying to locate the leak. They can be hard to find and by the time they are all done it would be more economical to replace the whole thing. I might just have to have it topped every year with R22 until I can save up enough money to replace it.Next year that’s what I did. He came out and topped it off and had to replace a capacitor.This year when I had enough to replace the whole AC and Heating system I knew exactly who to call. He advised me on buying the right system for my house, which wasn’t the most expensive system offered. Aaron treats his customers like family. His honesty and hard work are a welcome sight in today’s world. I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors and anyone who needs ac work. You will not regret it.

Aaron came out the same day the service call was placed. Aaron was very knowledgeable and professional and troubleshooted my furnace quickly and efficiently. He found the issue he thought it might be and made the repair. The quality and affordability of Cygnature Heating do come together, just as their tag line states. I recommend this company.

The best experience ever with HVAC service ! Our AC gave up the ghost during this record breaking heat wave . All the other companies were talking like 4 weeks to get us any help . Contacted Aaron on Tuesday , He came that evening & took a look then he even hooked us up with a loaner window unit for our bedroom to enable us to be able to get some sleep seeing it was 93 inside our home . Thursday morning arrived @ 6:45 am & had our new AC installed & up & running before lunch ! Will have our business for good !

Aaron with Cyganture Heating is definitely an HVAC expert. Before coming over he discussed with me a couple of things I could do to try and fix the issue myself to save me the cost of having him come out. After attempting a couple of his suggestion to no success we scheduled a time for him to come out. He quickly troubleshot the issues and was more than willing to share some of his information with me so as to save me money in future cost repairs as well as a quick AC education. I Called him on Monday one of the hottest days in history and he assured me that he would make over the next day and he did. Even though I wasn’t at home at the time he made the repair and then came back and got paid. Really exceptional customer service with him. I now have an HVAC guy. Thanks again Aaron great Job.

Aaron was so accommodating with scheduling. Popped by within a day after the furnace went out. Great communication and educated us on different options and products. We had him install a new furnace and add central AC for thousands less than other Bend HVAC quotes. He got the entire job done so quickly. Will always call Cygnature for future needs.

Air conditioner died just before July 4 weekend. Aaron drove all the way to DFW to find what we needed. Excellent job in the middle of 100 degree weather. We highly recommend this company!!

Just by God’s goodness, I found this company in an emergency situation. It was 90 degrees in my house. Aaron came out ASAP and fixed the AC issue. Very professional, friendly and courteous. They have a NEW customer!!

I needed a ductless AC put in my house in the middle of a heatwave and they were at my house within a week, had it installed and running great. Everyone else put me on a waitlist for weeks. Very professional and friendly.
