I wish I had the same great experience others have reported. Called in to check on availability of a part another location had reported this location showed to have in stock. The person answering the phone listened to my question, but took him a minute to figure out what part I was speaking of, despite giving the same description to the prior location. Said he had 2 people in line ahead of me and he would go look for the part to make sure it was in stock. 59 minutes and 44 seconds later I hung up after being placed on hold and redialed the store. A different person answered the phone. He immediately knew what part I was speaking of and said they had none in stock. I mentioned I had been waiting an hour for the other guy to give me that information. He said they were short staffed and slammed with business and just didnt have time to take care of everyone. During these times of retail challenges and struggling to get help, I understand that to some degree. I mean, I waited for just under an hour before I hung up :) . He then apologized for me being placed on hold for something that should have been told to me within a few seconds. For that, I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 - at least someone there was real enough to empathize and apologize for the situation.
