SHA’s crew are the most respectful guys around! Had a fairly new gas heater stop working and the repairs still didn’t get it fixed so David replaced the whole unit with a new one. Brad and Graham were so professional and friendly. Like that these guys are in shape and look the part too. Very clean appearance, truck and leave no mess behind. You don’t see that often anymore. Awesome company that takes care of their customers!

My experience with Stephenville Heat & Air was greatI called their office one morning because our AC wasnt working properly. I fully expected to be put on a schedule for later in the week but they were able to make it to my house in a few hours. Seth (the technician) sent me a text to let me know he was on the way. He showed up and solved the issue quickly and also was very friendly and helpful. Great local company!

When most companies are thinking about closing down for the day, these guys were more than happy to come fix our AC. In fact, I was prepared to have to wait until the next day to get anyone out.The repair man that came out was very honest that he was not 100% sure the AC was completely fixed but he would be more than happy to come out again at no charge if we continued to have problems. Sure enough, he was right. When I called to let them know I needed to be put on the list for the next day, they offered to come out that night (after business hours) to work on the AC.When they returned, the repair man was again very honest that there was still a chance that one other part could be the issue. However, they would rather make another trip out than charge me for a part that might not be broken. What? Did I hear this correctly? You would rather charge me less and drive out again (24 miles round trip)?This company could have very well replaced a part that might not have been broken to insure they wouldn’t have to make another trip out and in doing so they could have made more money. I would have never known the difference. Instead, they were honest and incurred more business expenses without charging the customer. What and honorable company! I’m very impressed!

Brad and Graham were very professional and courteous. The company sacrificed profits for satisfaction while encountering a crazy circuit board. We were provided 3 window units for the weekend while waiting on a coil order. They kept us informed of timing and apologized for any inconvenience. Our home was treated with respect. All around good guys. This type of service is almost unheard of today. Thank you SHA. Great experience for the third time now.

We’ve used Stephenville heating and air twice now and absolutely love their service. They are quick to respond to a call, they have fixed our issues twice now, and they always try everything else before recommending replacement. We are completely pleased with them and plan to use them again in the future. Very reasonable pricing too.

My older York condenser unit stopped working sometime late morning, so I called Stephenville Heat & Air and within an hour Seth was at my house diagnosing the issue and in another hour he replaced the fan motor, a capacitor, and checked the freon level to make sure all was good. My house was back to cooling within a couple of hours of when I noticed there was an issue. Great service!

The men that installed my CH/A system are great! The service from the company starting at the initial assessment to finishing the install was punctual, kind, professional and FUN! Our house remodel has many contractors coming through and one of them mentioned today that they were most impressed with the A/C system. After scoping out the system myself, I could tell there was attention to detail through every part of the installation from: the placing of the vents, sealing the joints, duct placement, etc. All of the materials used looked state of the art and highly rated too. You can’t go wrong with this company. I HIGHLY recommend Stephenville Heat & Air!

Being a holiday weekend, we weren’t sure how soon we would be able to get someone out to look at our faulty AC unit. David was amazing and got us back up and running in no time. They have always been reasonably priced and get the job done in a timely manner. The workers are all one big family of clean cut, well mannered Christian young men. These guys were more professional than I could have ever asked for. They had to trouble-shoot a bit and ended up needing to order a part from the factory... They communicated well and kept me informed throughout the entire process. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called Stephenville Heat and Air for an issue occurring with our first time to run our AC this Spring. David Walker came same day and fixed the problem quickly. I also asked for a quote/proposal for a barndominium HVAC install. David was very straightforward with his system recommendation. He noted the various options that were available and gave his opinion and reasoning for the system that would best fit the needs of our project. His explanation was clear and his pricing was based on industry standards. I will be using Stephenville Heat and Air for our install.6-12-23Our HVAC Unit (Heat Pump) went down Friday evening , 6-2-23. I called Monday morning, 6-5-23, and received a response and service call that day to access the issue. After replacing the capacitor first, it was determined that the compressor had locked down on our 19 year old unit, and the logical solution was a new unit. Although not the news I wanted to hear, the technician had clearly explained pricing and purchasing options available. The pricing was illustrated on a pricing sheet by the size of units and gave me confidence in the value being presented. I received a written quote with pricing, install details and warranty information Monday evening. After reviewing and accepting the quote, equipment was procured and install was scheduled for Monday, 6-12-23.They showed up promptly at 7am and were finished with the disassembly and install by 3pm. They enhanced the return air duct with larger properly size intake ducts and installed an attic walkway for easier and safer access to the air handler unit.They display expertise in their work and have provided a quality finished product at a fair price. Very professional! I highly recommend Stepheville Heat and Air for any HVAC work that you may need.

Over the last few days, temperatures in Stephenville have dropped to 0°. We found that we were having trouble with our heater & were scrambling to get someone over to fix it before we became human popsicles. Stephenville Heat & Air quite literally came to our rescue & got us up, running and thawed out in no time. We’re so thankful for them. Especially considering they drove on icy/snowy roads to get to us. Seth was very nice & very professional. We appreciate him getting to us so quickly. We 1000/10 recommend SH&A!!!

Stephenville Heat & Air is the BEST! Our old A/C stopped cooling over the weekend and I left SH&A a message about the problem. They showed up first thing Monday morning and patched things up until they could get a new unit delivered and installed. Furthermore, they didnt charge for the original service call or materials....only the new unit which was very reasonably priced. They also thoroughly cleaned up after the installation and filed the warranty papers. I highly recommend Stephenville Heat & Air for prompt, courteous and reliable service!

Not only was the job done very well and very fast, their installers went out of their way to include a condensation pump and drain line to ensure that my system drained properly. When our original HVAC system started needing repairs, they were honest and dependable in repairing the system for as long as it could be repaired, even going so far as to call the manufacturer to see if there was any remaining warranty, and then installing a replacement when it simply needed replacing. They offered third-party financing options, too. Their staff is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them to be truthful, practical experts. Great service. Our A/C went out late Saturday night. I called at 7am on Sunday and received a call back within 15 minutes. Our house is cool again. Very reasonable price too!!!! Call these guys if you need service!

I came home to find my house at 90°F! I called around and most companies said it would be a few days before they could send someone out.But when I called Stephenville Heat & Air, they were able to send someone out the same day (in fact, it was less than 2 hours later).Seth (Im sorry if i missed remembered your name!) was lovely, and even though my house has a weird layout, he was able to get the problem fixed, and it was inexpensive to boot.Highly recommend them!

I needed a Nest thermostat installed because Im 70- and cant see that well any more and called these hometown AC guys and they were out to my apartment within an hour. Flat rate and great service. Took only 15 minutes and worked first time. I need the Nest at my age because I dont have to get out of bed and walk downstairs to change the temperature of the AC or I can just turn on the fan just by asking Alexa.
