Had system looked at for the upcoming winter. They contacted me to let me know they were behind and would get to me as soon as their other jobs were completed. I really appreciated the call as many companies leave you wondering. They were able to get to us the next day. We are now are ready for the winter. Great service and great people. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. They were quick to respond which was surprising because it was Sunday. And they were out here in about 30 minutes. Very friendly, fast and he made sure I understood what he replaced and why. I will never call anyone else to work on my AC.

I’ve been using Jessie‘s air for about 15 years now. I have two homes one 30 miles from Stephenville, Jessie’s air has always been there through all the challenges of needing Heating or air conditioning help. They have made special trips for me and provided so much for our homes to work in tiptop shape.

The young man who came to work on my air conditioner today was a real life saver. Nothing is worse than being without AC in the Texas heat. He showed up promptly and was had us up and running within a few hours. He was polite and respectful. I def recommend this business and will use them again.

I recently had a Trane AC unit installed by Jessies Air, and I couldnt be happier with the service and performance. The installation process was smooth, and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The Trane unit itself is incredibly efficient and has made a noticeable difference in cooling my home. Overall, I highly recommend both Trane AC units and Jessies Air for anyone in need of reliable cooling solutions.

I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Jessie’s Air. Last week my 29 year old air conditioning unit, quit. Brian, Roger, Cody and Zoe have taken very good care of me and I now have wonderful, cool air. They were here when they said they would be, they are true to their word and they are perfectionist in getting the job done right, the first time. I highly recommend Jessie’s Air, for your air conditioning and heating needs.

My ac went down yesterday about 2:30. Called Jessies Air Service and they had a tech on site by about 5:00. The blower motor was out and had to be replaced. They had to go to Ft Worth to get the replacement motor and had my ac repaired by 2:30 today (24) hrs . Considering the circumstances, that was a very fast repair. Very professional, great response time. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. They went the extra mile for me .

Returning home from being one all day, I found my AC not working. I called Jessie’s Air and was told he was out on calls in my area and she would relay my message. About 30 minutes later he pulled up and fixed the problem immediately! I am so thankful for service like that.Using Jessie’s Air for any AC problems I have is the best! I’m doing a remodel and my outside AC unit needed to be moved. Brian came up with solutions that saved me money and made it so easy. I will not think of using anyone else.

Everytime I call for service they are there the same day or shortly after. Very good service. Fair price. I highly recommend them.

I’m very satisfied with Jessie’s Air Service. They got me scheduled rather quickly, were on time, and did not try to sell me on anything. I had a tuneup on my hvac completed. The two techs worked hard to ensure system running at its peak. Everyone I have been in contact have been sweet and honest people.

Roger is friendly and answered all questions to help us make up our mind about proper unit, as well as troubleshooting electrical issue. Beau and Austin were helpful and even with obstacles made sure installation went smoothly. Ivan was quick and made sure to answer any questions to help solve issue to make sure we were happy with air flow. Overall, friendly, helpful, and very responsive staff at Jessie’s Air. Brian came out to check the freon in our upstairs unit. While he was there he noticed the motor on the downstairs unit was going bad so he replaced it and saved us from a night without A/C in the house. We had a new unit installed. It was done in less than a week from the time we called. Everyone from the receptionist, sellsman and technician was very professional. I highly reccomand their service.

Brian returned my call immediately and was at our home within an hour to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit. Within a few short hours the motor had been replaced and everything was running perfectly. The service was professional and timely and couldn’t have been better!

It ia ridiculous when you come home from work an your thermostat read HI ( to hot to read typically over 122 degrees)This place is a joke. Since Monday I been calling them. ALL THEY been doing is running me around in circle after another.Since monday an Brian is never in office an that lady does not care. My house been so hot with no Centeral air it has been unbearable. Only time it been bearable is between 2 am an Noon.
