The worst possible electrical company you can go with. I am a homeowner who went through the building process with IES with no support. They send third party contractors who do not speak English so that you can both try to figure out what each other are saying. They give you no support at all through the building process and act like you are an electrician when it comes to figuring out what you need for your resident. I only seen my project lead for my job a total of three times for the entire process which he gave me an excuse that he was spread thin with all the projects he had. I had to pay for numerous items that I did not receive services for and overcharged for other services I did not request because of the language barrier with the third-party contractors. Do not go with IES if you value your money just my personal opinion.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. IES Residential, Inc. was contracted by the builder of my brand new home and less than a year after purchase, their electrical work almost caused a fire that burned my home down and put my family at risk. This incident occurred on the hottest day of the year in July which led to my A/C being triggered off and after countless attempts to not only reach them but my builder (Rocklyn homes) and the A/C company that installed the unit (Arctic Air), neither company accepted responsibility. I had to reach out to an independent A/C company to fix my A/C and relieve me an my family of 90+ temperatures in humid Atlanta and it cost me $972.48 in repair cost. Of which I paid and sent to IES Residential along with the attached photos of the burn out thinking that they would accept responsibility and reimburse me for my expense but they dragged me through 5 months of back and forth and even requesting phone call logs from my cellular company of which I provided and they still refused. I found this to be unacceptable because the issue was cause by their electrical work. In fact, this could have been resolved in less than a week but it appears that IES Residential, Inc. is only interested in protecting builders and offseting repair cost to the homeowner. This was very disappointing and I would advise anyone considering hiring IES Residential to avoid them if possible. I worked directly with Dan Stoenica, Kelly Stoenica, Chris Kirkland and Krista May.

I am a custom home builder who has been working with IES as our electrical trade partner and they have been wonderful. I have worked with several supervisors in the field and they are very knowledgeable, respectful and do what they say they will do. If your looking for a new electrical trade partner I would look no further.

IES Residential has been very thorough in listening to my needs and working with me to find creative solutions. As both Architect and Owner, there were several detailed code issues I inadvertently created that Rusty found work arounds that worked perfectly. Lastly, there training program is the best I’ve heard of. Training is the key to consistently and it shows in there work. I will definitely use them again on both personal and client projects.

I’ve been working with IES for over a decade with their Residential and their Multifamily division. They have always worked arm and arm with me and my owners to be great Partners. Rusty Polley and Burke Moreland are two of my favorites and stand out as excellent.

As a custom homebuilder, were very proud to partner with IES. They are able to handle all our projects, large and small. Our relationship dates back several years, and were looking forward to many more in the future.

Paid to have a surge protector installed when I built my house. They sold us on protections from various surges. They never installed it. We had lights blown from a surge, took a month to actually talk to someone in management. They told me not their problem, check with the manufacture of the surge protector. EATON. i told them i had an electrician go out and verify the surge protector was never installed. They told me they can only go back and install one, since Id already paid for it.I wasnt able to get reimbursed for replacing my lights. They made excuses on every turn. BEWARE OF THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY
