I contacted this company for an estimate on a mini-split installation in my garage. I already had all the necessary measurements, and the project was straightforward, but they insisted on sending an estimator for an in-person visit. I accommodated their request and stayed home for the appointment. When the estimator arrived, he simply took the same measurements I had already provided and left.When I received their proposal, it was nearly twice the cost of comparable estimates from other companies for the same specifications. Based on my experience, their pricing appears significantly higher than the competition. Additionally, their insistence on an in-person estimate, despite having all relevant details in advance, raises concerns about whether their pricing is influenced by the perceived value of the property rather than the actual scope of work. I would not recommend them.

I just finished having some repair techs come out to fix my AC that hasnt working all year (Im lazy) and I had a great experience with this company. They had multiple time and day slots for me to choose from, the techs were cheerful and charismatic and very pleasant all around, arrived early in the time slot for me, and were overall wonderful folks. 10/10 stars, I will be recommending this company to friends who need ac/HVAC repairs in the future!

We have been customers of Conditioned Air for over thirty years. They have always been quick to respond and straight forward with their assessments, estimates and repairs. So much so that we had them install a replacement system when that became necessary some years back. We have a service contract with them and it is well worth it. Last weekend we had a problem. So we called it in, Eric was here within two hours, late on a Saturday afternoon mind you, to take care of us. And that is the way we feel about the experience, we were taken care of...professionally...as always.But in this particular case, Eric was the best of the best as far as Im concerned. He put up with my concerns, answered all of my questions, and got us cool again in no time. I was in the service business for over 50 years, so I understand what reputation is all about. If you call this company, you will not be disappointed. Top notch, and has been as long as we have dealt with them. I highly recommend them.

Conditioned Air Mechanical, LLC is a very good and supportive company. They came after hours and were very professional. I like the fact that they found the problem right away and serviced it without trying to sell me something that I did not need. Unlike the other big companies such and JM I am not saying the name they were reasonable. Thank you for your service and I highly recommend this company.

Quick, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and incredibly responsive. Friendly technicians. These guys are the best and have helped me (and my ailing furnace) in a pinch several times now. Can’t recommend enough!

This company did not do a good job of notifying me that they were FORMERLY Maxx AC before showing up at my house. The number was the same for Maxx AC. I was not pleased with the miscommunication.

Finally a HVAC company that is all about the customers. Eddie Hedger is very knowledgeable and able to help us understand what is going on with our systems. Made sure our pricing fit our budget and was fast and clean with all the work. Great company we recommend it to everyone.

We needed a new AC as ours was over 22years old. Mr. Eddie came out and looked over our current situation and presented us with 2 options for replacing our system. He was very though with providing information on the system and was kind enough to answer all our questions. Once we decided on which option we wanted, he had a crew out the very next day. The guys were very polite and courteous. They worked hard and were very detailed on the installation. Once they were done they went over everything and answered any other questions. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond by coming back out to ensure we were happy with the service and to make sure all questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the service. I would recommend Conditioned Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Just called to get an estimate. Asked for an email and the lady just said we dont give emails over the phone and slammed the phone. I guess they are doing too well to care about gaining more business and being respectful.

Across the board - Conditioned Air not has to be - but IS the finest company for aircondioning and heating needs. They installed and have maintained our units for years and delightfully will be our HVAC company for years to come. Do yourself a favor and add this company to the top of your list.

Their repair personnel clearly has no clue of what needs to be done. I tried to do inspection on a new house and I wanted them to do AC and heat inspection. I was surprised how incompetent they are and how poorly trained their technicians are. Please don’t use them you will be so disappointed.
