Called in morning, part was available and picked up part plus additional items needed to add secondary return to existing system. Found this place cheaper than home Depot and customer service was great.

Home owners should not be upset that they cannot buy from the store; they are regulated and can only sale to licensed hvac technicians.As per service I have to say that Craigs as well as Bill Quinns customer service have never been less than excellent on every transaction.

Rarely have I visited a store which lacks so much in servicing their customers. I went to Johnstone Supply last Friday to purchase a part - gave them the module number and everything, and I assumed they would give me the right part. So when I go to install it on Monday, it didnt work. I checked the box number and saw that they gave me the wrong part. I then called the store to tell them, and they did confirm that they handed me the wrong part and to come back to get the correct one. When I arrived, we exchanged parts, but the man refused to give me a refund for the incorrect part because I had already installed it. How in the world am I supposed to know if i had the right part or not till I installed it? Am I supposed to presume that the guys at the store will not hand me the right part in the first place? If an employee makes a mistake, then there is absolutely no reason for me to have to pay for that mistake. Furthermore, even if i should, the employee should, at the very least, apologize for doing so. I have been in the HVAC business for 30 years, and never have I had such problems occur, especially when visiting other stores like Goodman, Century AC, and Trane. Ive even called their headquarters and had a conversation with the supervisor who agrees the whole situation is unacceptable and has assured me that this matter will be solved.

They had what I wanted, called Carrier first due to the part I needed was a Brayant unit but Carrier never returned my call this has happened before from Carrier about not returning calls. They want u too use the internet they dont want to talk to customers anymore.

I’m a liscenced and certified hvac technician and I’ve been in this business a long time. I’ve dealt with numerous hvac contractors across the southern states and I have to say these guys wasted a bunch of my time by selling me the wrong parts. I even gave them model and serial info etc. a complete waste of my time. Not to mention you walk in this location and there never busy yet the service still stinks. These guys are mentally slow and challenged. Take your business elsewhere, there are many other locations and hvac supply houses in the Houston area.

I bought some digital gages and I tried to use it for the first time and they didnt work so I took it back and they told me that they will send it to repair and they refused to give me a new set of digital gages so I pay a amount of $$$$$$$, its not the first time I had a similar experience with a temperature meter that I bought from them and same thing, less then one year, meter stopped working, they sent it for repair got it back after few months same thing meter stop working send it back they tell me that meter is out of warranty and they tell me to buy a new one for $$$$$$$$ a lot of money,which thats what I paid for that meter just wasting money, costumer service is not good at all.

I buy very often in this store but every time I come it takes a long time for them to serve me today, like many other days, there is only one person serving and that makes the purchase delayed, today I only came to buy a roll of copper and I was there for 54 minutes I think they should have more staff
