Came in for a blower wheel. Went to a different store before this and they were out of stock. I was given this place as a recommendation. This store is big and they seem to have a good stock of products. Quick to miss if youre driving past it the first time. Overall, a quick and good experience. Only dimmer was the person behind the counter. He could use a course in not being grumpy.

A place where we can find what we are looking for but the retailer treats customers differently.

- 6-8 MFD run capacitor for home AC fan motor? -- (after few minutes of checking) we dont carry those- Whats right capacitance for run capacitor for 3 ton home AC compressor? -- (after few minutes of checking) we dont know- Give me 24 volts control power transformer, please. I mean, 110 to 24. -- 1st attempt, transformer was 277 to 24. 2nd attempt it was 208 to 24. Only the 3rd attempt was finally right. And I heard the guy muttered other people are waiting and he has no freaking clue to my address.Rude, slow, and incompetent.

The store on Murphy, there is only salesperson up front and there are 5 people waiting. Not good for business. Will not visit this location again
