General Air Duct Cleaners

Went to pickup items at 9am - 1 hour after opening time - still closed. Called South Hadley location. Was told opener has covid. Understandable. However, manager is trying to find someone to open. Maybe the manager should go open?! Glad I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and now wont have anything to wear because its locked in the store.

After walking out of Belmont laundry due to a horrific customer service experience I just had there, (read review) I proceeded to drive to General Cleaners in Holyoke for my dry cleaning needs. What a difference in customer service as soon as I walked through the door. The lady inside greeted me cheerfully and was dressed in a uniform and could not have been more helpful. Thankfully it looks like I may have found a new home for my dry cleaning needs as Belmont Laundry is NOT the same company it used to be. Im thankful a friend recommended General Cleaners to me. Their service so far has been impressive and hopefully it will continue to be so I dont have to return to Belmont West Springfield. Thank you to General Cleaners for great professionalism.

General Cleaners out rates all others in this area. We wouldnt consider using any other company. They are the very best at what they do! All customer service experiences exceeds our expectations, albeit, administrative, counter staff or delivery. They are all Professionals!

General Cleaners in Holyoke does good dry cleaning but extremely poor customer service. The people who work there are either overtly mean or rude. When I call the cleaners, they hang up frankly and without a goodbye or thank you for calling. It seems that if you speak to someone, it is a huge inconvenience for them to respond. They will not go out of their way to help you and are extremely unaccomodating. The staff here need a good training on what customer service really means.

This place lost the pants to a mens suit and reimbursed very little after weeks of waiting and calling them.. Its going to cost me much more to replace suit now. Will never recommend or return to this place. I suggest you use anyone else but them

Picked up my jacket/they claimed to have cleaned same but the inside had beard hair.doesnt seem cleaned to me!.I got a refund for the cleaning @least
