I want to share my experience with smart a/c, I highly recommend their service which has been excellent, they were honest, excellent communication and fantastic service. Billy was very clear on the requirement of the job, he is well informed and communicated every aspect of the repair ( was a small leak in the compressor) instead of pushing me to buy a new unit, like 4 other service providers did. he spent a lot of time working on it to thoroughly repair it, as the work required more time than usual, he was kind enough to provide me with two portable air conditioning units at no cost so i could teach my dance class, that for me is an act of kindness and thoughtfulness as a business owner, and i am so grateful to Billy and his team, i shall recommend him to all my friends and clients, as he is amazing, Bless you Billy and your team

My heater and A/C went out Kevin found the problem right away and fixed it right away for reasonable price.I have recommended them to several friends and everyone have been very happy.Thanks again Kevin Ill give you an A+I would like to add that we have used them for about 10 years or more and have bought 5 units altogether for 3 different home so yes we are extremely happy with their services.

They were quick to respond to all communications. Jennifer and Billy were great in explaining what would be done. We replaced two complete HVAC systems (upstairs and downstairs). The complete process was done in two days. The staff arrived on time and left no mess to clean up.

Unbelievable how crazy this driver drives he almost rain us out of the way and he was laughing and giving us the middle finger I won’t suggest trusting them to work inside your home

What I absolutely love about Smart A/C is their exceptional customer service. Today, I had an issue with my A/C and called them at 9 AM. They returned my call by 9:03 AM, even though I hadn’t left a message. They scheduled an appointment for the same day, and Billy arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, called to order a part, and made a dash across town to pick it up before the store closed at 5 PM. It was 4:10 PM when he left my house, showcasing his dedication and commitment.I’ve been relying on this family-owned business since 2017, and they’ve never let me down. They are always responsive, punctual, and thorough in their service. If you haven’t yet signed up for their maintenance plan, I highly recommend it. It not only helps save on repair costs but also prevents disruptions during the sweltering summer heat and freezing winters.

We called because we needed a final inspection of our old office space. They were able to come out the next day and perform all the work provided.They were quick, efficient, and the the price was great!

I would give 100 stars if possible! We have been without air for over a month! The warranty company and the HVAC company strung us along for 25 days! We finally called smart and the system is up and running same day!!! *** Update*** 24 hrs later, air still wasnt working. Tech came back out repaired the issue for free!

I was very pleased with Kevin and the service he provided. The price was reasonable and I will be using them again as the need arises. Nice to have a good company in the area.

Excellent service from the back office through the service call. My tech was Nick - nice, efficient, knowledgeable and hard working Smart A/C is lucky to have him on their team what a great tech. I feel confident that my unit is ready for the hot Houston weather this summer and is going to do just fine keeping my home comfortable all summer long. The back office did a great job too, by keeping me informed of any appointment changes, arrival times, and explaining everything that is included in the annual service, I knew exactly what to expect. The company delivered and even went above and beyond which was Nicks fault by straightening my vent lines to make air flow more efficient, he even resealed a leaky vent connection collar to prevent moister and mold issues. I cant tell you how much that meant to me seeing his thoughtfulness. The final feather in Nicks cap, even my dogs loved him, thats when I knew I could completely trust him, they know the true heart of people. Smart A/C Services needs to keep and pay Nick well and find more techs like him. If your looking for A/C Service, give Smart A/C Services a call, Im glad that I did, you will be too.

Technician was able to come out the morning I called. He was very courteous and showed a lot of care and detail when servicing my ac unit. (Even checked my lines to see if it was clogged) Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Noticed our upstairs AC wasn’t blowing cold air last night. Call first thing in the morning and Nick came over same day to get it repaired + drained our clogged lines. Very professional with fair pricing. We will definitely call Nick again if for future maintenance and repairs!

Awesome job! The owner is super knowledgeable and helped me get a great new HVAC system. They were very prompt and were able to replace my antique system with a new 3.5 ton Goodman one in a day. I would definitely recommend Smart AC Services.

This company installed my air conditioner and furnace more than eight years ago. I am very pleased with the service from them. They are very professional, prompt and reasonable. My unit was serviced today.

This was the most expensive service I had ever used, changed a fuse that cost $5 max for $125 and installed a new thermostat for $75. Although they gave me the pricing over the phone, but they never told me that this is a 10min. job.I’ll never recommend them or call them again.

Smart AC is very quick with a response after contacting them. Kevin is very knowledgeable and very courteous in providing customer service. Billy (CEO) cares about his customers and answers emergency calls always when calls are directed to him. Smart AC replaced my 20 year old Goodman combo unit with a Trane combo unit and I couldn’t be happier.

Kevin checked my my air conditioner and did all the maintenance needed. Billy installed my system about 10 years ago and has maintained it ever since. They are very professional and do what’s needed with no hidden or extra costs.

Your techs arrived 10 minutes after my call to Billy. Nick and the other tech found the problem right away and fixed it.As usual, every techs who come to my house are polite, professional and give fast, reliable service.My only improvement is an itemized invoice. I would highly recommend Smart AC to anyone. My blower motor went out and other companies said it would take up to 2 weeks to get it in. Billy pick up my call on the first try and he had a blower motor available! He got his people to come out within the hour. Kevin was one of the guys on site. He was very polite. Wow first time having to use a hvac company and I was a little nervous about hiring a company to come out. I’m a very private person and I really don’t like people at my house. But I tell u when Kevin showed up to my door. He was professional as can be and made me feel so comfortable with letting him inside. He rang the door bell, then he even stepped back to be seen and visible as I open the door. I really appreciated that. He came in and got right to work solving the problem right away. He told me his findings with the lowest price first to see if that solved the problem. Which it did but he also let me know if that didn’t work another way to fix it but it maybe would be a little bit more. Very honest. Even trying the lower costing way first to help my family, also if that didn’t work I would have trusted Kevin’s expertise. Thanks guys shout out to Kevin that tech knows his stuff. I’m saving y’all’s number for sure.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Very professional and friendly. Having to deal with AC issues when its over 100 degrees is NEVER a good thing, but the crew at Smart AC made the whole process less painful. Their pricing and financing was great. The removal and install was seamless and clean.

I had leaked on my AC I called Billy, he gave an immediate response. One of his staff Kevin came to fix the issue, he was thorough he showed me the problem and how it was fix. He was very courteous and professional . I trust Smart A/C Services they were actually referred to me by a close friend who trust them.

My unit quit functioning in the middle of the night, so I called a few a/c companies first thing in the morning. One wanted $200 service call, a few others were $100 and most were not open til Monday. I came across Smart A/C Services and they responded immediately with only $65 service fee, which was waived when Billy came out and got my unit running in minutes. He replaced my capacitor and gave me an additional 10% discount. He also found that the last company I used did not put any of the caps back on the unit (the same company told me I needed a completely new a/c and furnace.) Billy said though my unit was older it was top of the line and had a few more years of life and he rather keep it running til it doesn’t. Smart A/C is not only an ethical company their rates are more than reasonable and I will not use any other company again.

Have been using Smart AC for 7 years now for a variety of work, including regular maintenance, AC repairs and more. Billy, the owner, as well as his field reps and also his office staff and other techs have all been superb to work with. Polite and professional, without any marketing spiels beyond the basic repair need.The tech assigned this time and last was Kevin who is so personable and thorough and pleasant to talk to.

Smart A/C installed 2 new compressors outside as well as the furnace in the attic 2 years go. They are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and never push equipment or services you may not need. They check everything during the yearly maintenance plan. We are very satisfied so far.

Honest and professional. These guys worked with me over the phone to understand the problem and confirm they had the part to fix it, which meant they were able to quickly get my AC back up and running wasting none of my time or theirs.The technician was very communicative, showed me what was wrong and took time to answer my questions honestly. No BS and no shady sales tactics. The price was slightly over what I expected, but absolutely reasonable for the work performed and considering the market conditions.

Needed to have our furnace replaced, and called Smart A/C Services after being connected with them via homeguide.com - Cindy picked up right away was able to schedule Billy to come out the very same day for an inspection and quote on the work that needed to be done. He was on-time, very professional, and took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. The quote was very competitive and they were able to schedule me in to come out the next day to start the new furnace install. Again Billy and his team arrived on-time, and got all the work done in the quoted time frame. He then took time to go over the install, test the system, ensured I was 100% satisfied before leaving and ensuring the work area was spotless. Ive been using and recommending Smart A/C for about 15 years. These guys are the best in the business. They know their stuff. Theyre always polite, punctual, and respectful of property. I love that they either remove their shoes or use shoe covers when entering the home.

We had a leak on the ceiling and wall due to overflow from the AC. We called Smart A/C Services, and they came by in 30 minutes to fix the issue. We learned that the AC on second floor had automatically stopped for the last few days. We have been calling them for AC issues for the last 5, 6 years and are very happy with them. We will sign up for the yearly AC maintenance and checkup. Great company! Great service!

The technicians were neat and clean with shoe protectors every step of the way they did excellent work and went over and beyond to make the repair exactly what it needed to be!

Called these guys out on Friday evening right before closing, they came out and inspected the unit and were able to give me a proposal the following day. After giving them the go ahead, these guys (and the lovely Cindy) were able to come back out within a hour to start and finish the job they said they weren’t going to be able to complete until Monday. They sympathized with us because our ac had been broken for going on 4 days. When I arrived to the house to inspect the job, the whole team was there working away at it. I cannot thank these guys enough and I will be the first to recommend them moving forward.

Billy and his guys saved our weekend! I had planned big party for Saturday night and my A/C broke down Friday night!
