Best AC company out there! Very professional and did a great job. Very easy to get in contact. Finally a company that doesn’t just want your money. Explained prices thoroughly. Very very happy with their service.

I was very pleased with Felix and his team. There was no BS. I gave them the history and issues I was having with my heater and he quickly identified the issue that was consistent with the problem.No up sell, no complicated discussions, just got in there and fixed it at a fair price. He will be my go to HVAC guy moving forward!

If you want a new furnace, they may be just fine. In fairness, their quote for replacement was competitive. I’d spend more somewhere for better business practices.I had a tech that came to look at my furnace and diagnose the issue: said it needed a new motherboard and motor (the motor is “greasy” in his words, but works fine). He recommended replacement but said he’d be happy to provide a quote for repairing the parts. I said that I would be happy to make a decision the next day with both quotes.Next day, no quote. I was told the parts aren’t available for my system (which understandably is an old system). The tech kept saying I just needed a replacement over and over.After 2 calls I found the exact part needed locally and told the tech.Then was told they won’t install just the mother board and they’d have to install the motor at the same time.Found an OEM motor and sent info to tech asking again for a quote on repair.I’ve been asking for a quote for about 1.5 weeks now and have been ghosted by the company and tech.I have no issue replacing the furnace if necessary but the tech has been pushing the replacement while not providing the option of repair he said he’d look into. Every call is another excuse as to why they can’t repair it. Endlessly frustrating and bad business practice.If you want a furnace, I’m sure they’re great. But if you want honest and straightforward pricing on any repair- steer clear

We were referred to Felix by a friend. The AC stopped working on a hot day. He and his company were able to come out the same day to fix it (replaced capacitor). Service was excellent and price is fair. Highly recommend them!

I used these guys based on a friend’s referral to see about getting my furnace replaced. They were quick to answer and came out that very day. They were also less expensive than another quote. They took care of my furnace issue and also installed some wood grill covers I wanted over my ceiling AC. It all went very well and they will now be my “go to” AC guys!

It was right after the hurricane, we got power back after 6 days, but there was a problem with our A/C. We called Saturday evening and they had a technician come out first thing Sunday morning. They found the problem and resolved it the next morning. They replaced the part, which was under warranty, and gave me good advice on my A/C unit for the future. Everyone I spoke with, including the technician that came, were very professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable sharing their work with others.

Ive just got a brand-new Carrier A/C & Furnace system from Houstons Future A/C & Heat. The company owner, Felix, is very easy to work with. He helped me design the best system for my house. Most importantly, his quote beat all other quotes I got from other A/C companies in town by several thousands.Felixs installers are professional. They dismantled my old A/C and installed the new one on a same day. They tested the system thoroughly and cleaned up after the work was done. Felix came back the next day to check and adjusted airflow to fix some hot spots in my house.Were very impressed with Felix and his company Houstons Future A/C & Heat. Called on a Tuesday to have one my AC units that cools my master bedroom and bath checked out since it wasn’t blowing any air at all. Felix not only came out the same day but diagnosed and fixed the problem as well. I was thinking the worse about needing to replace the whole AC system which is a little old by the way. Replaced the capacitor, added freon and was good to go. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He even checked my other ac unit since we have two and added freon as well to that one. I know eventually they will have to replaced but he gave me tips and tricks on how to try and extend the life of the units. He is very knowledgeable in his craft definitely recommend!

Houston’s future ac and heat did a full removal of my old system and installed all new ductwork and equipment. Highly recommend them. Got a good deal of quotes from around town and they definitely get you the best bang for your buck. Very professional. The guys worked efficiently and cleanly. Installed everything the way I wanted and got me the best of everything for what I was wanting to spend. Communication was great. Could not ask for a better experience and recommend them for anyone needing hvac work.

I am in the process of moving and for a new owner to purchase my home, a few repairs had to be done. Servicing the ac was one of the main tasks at hand for this to be possible. A few repairs I did myself and upon this technicians approval of the work, it was time for him to do his part. I’m so glad I stumbled across this company on google! Our AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air and MC Perez and his guys were able to give us an honest prognosis of the problem. Had a problem with my mobile home Ac, the first guy that came to check it out told my mom that the Ac compressor had to be replaced and wanted to charge over 1,500. So I decided to call Houston’s Future Ac and heat to get a different view and estimate, I’m really happy I found this company David helped us that same day, Ac compressor was GOOD!! came out to be a small problem and cheap. I have received the most amazing service. I’ve had some repairs and air ducts cleaned and replaced that was done quick and at a reasonable price. My a/c went out and I needed a new unit I called first thing in the am and had a new unit installed by late afternoon. I love this company and recommend to everyone.

Its very refreshing to work with a company/individuals who have honesty and integrity about them selves in this day and age when everyone is out to scam a buck from hard working individuals.On Friday Royal AC, the company I paid $10000 for a new AC and duct work, came out to do their scheduled maintenance on my unit. After an inspection their tech informs me that I need a new furnace and shuts off my gas line as its a safety hazard. He tells me an assistant manager will be out to discuss my options by 6pm. The manager arrives at 7:15 and basically tells me that he can hook me up with a new system and some free goodies for a mere $6000!!!! WTF.... He then attempts to pressure me into signing a finance deal that evening, but I politely told him Ill sleep on it.I did some research and called Houston Future AC/Heat a little before 8pm that evening. To my surprise the owner Felix answered, listened to my issue and told me hed be out the following day to inspect the unit. As promised he showed up on time and I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. Turns out that not only was the company I was using grossly overcharging me but they also left multiple safety hazards unabated including 2 gas lines that had no stabilization system underneath.Felix not only gave me a fantastic quote for the installation of a new furnace but also identified all of the mistakes and safety issues that Royal AC made during their installation and committed to taking care of everything.His crew arrived promptly the next morning and completed the entirety of the work in 5 hours with minimal hassle. When they were finished they cleaned up everything (which a lot of companies dont do) and left me and my family with the new furnace we needed and THOUSANDS of $$$ saved!Very rare to find a company like that indeed and they have earned my AC and heating business from this day forth. I called this company Wednesday afternoon about 5p and was advised that a technician would be at my home as soon as possible. My ac had not been reaching the set/desired temperature. By 6:15p, MC was there and completed a thorough and efficient check of my system, both in the attic and outside. I was informed that my evaporation coil was leaking severely and would ultimately need to be replaced. After going over a few options, we decided it would be best to get an entirely new system both upstairs and outside to update from using the old refrigerant R22 which has been phased out in the US as of 2020 to the new 410A. I had previously gotten a quote from a competitor ... MCs quote was drastically less. Needless to say, we accepted the quote and the very next day, Thursday, they were there to install. Although MC did not install the system himself, he made sure to stop by before the install and after to ensure the system had been installed correctly and that our needs were met. Last night was the first night with the new system and I can say I slept like a baby and even woke up before my alarm this morning. I felt so well rested and I know it was because I wasnt uncomfortably hot. I am so appreciative of Houstons Future A/C and even more so grateful that MC took time out his day to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends, and anyone else in need of any AC services.

Where do we start. You wont go wrong if you hire Houstons Future A/C and Heat. They love what they do and it shows. They will go above and beyond to explain your options and give you a great deal. They came out to inspect our system 30 minutes after I called. The next day they had already installed the new air handler and some other things. We recently purchased a home and the a/c went out on us about two weeks after we moved in. While weeding around the outside AC compressor unit, the wife somehow managed to shut the downstairs unit down. This was late Saturday afternoon and it’s hot out. Our regular AC guy and several others we knew- all voice mail. Our neighbor used these guys on a recent project so we gave them a call. Great bunch of guys, from the top down. I’m a retired builder ( or try to be), with 30+ years experience building everything from out houses to hospitals. These guys showed up one day after first contact, had the bid the next day started the next and in two days had 8 tons of units and duct work installed in the cleanest and most proficient way possible, and not a cent over proposed price. Not to mention all of this from my head not a plan on site. I asked if it could be done and they said yes and far over accomplished my expectations. And guess what? They were the cheapest bid. Highly recommend.

Technician came out to address an a/c drain that was clogged. He was efficient and explained the process to fix the drain. He also provided tips for preventative measures.Will definitely use Houston’s Future A/C in the future for biannual a/c check ups.
