My wife and I are very pleased with our new AC system. This is the second time we have used ATS and they were are first choice for a new AC System but we did our due diligence and got 4 Quotes. ATS provided the best system for our needs at the best price, best warranty, financing, and high quality, one day installation.

I recently had ATS Mechanical install an American Standard Platinum Series 4-ton variable speed AC and high efficiency furnace in my home, and I couldnt be more impressed! From start to finish, the installation was first-class. The team was efficient, professional, and truly top-quality. They included an inline media filter, plasma air ionizer, and metal plenums, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail.The system itself is fantastic. It operates almost continuously at very low compressor and air handler fan speeds thus low power, which has significantly improved our home’s comfort. We found our new HVAC people! Wow, they took their time assessing the issues with our new unit (which was extensive). They actually sat us down to coach us on the best next steps with our builders that did the poor install and are responsible to fix it under warranty. They also took time to record the walkthrough of all issues that needed to be addressed. Without a doubt we will be using these folks when it comes time. I had ATS come out to replace a compressor fan motor that was overheating. Jordan had to work much harder than anticipated to get the fan off the old motor shaft, as corrosion was preventing easy removal. He could have cut it off and installed a new fan at considerable extra cost, but he persevered and took it back to the shop where with the help of another technician he freed it of of the shaft. I so appreciate this extra money-saving effort.

Had specialized installation of Mitsubishi mini splits done with assistance by Barry G. Very satisfied with knowledge of air conditioning and Mitsubishi in specific. Install went as planned, on time and on budget. Good company to work with.

A little disappointed that the cost of a service was over a hundred dollars more than a similar service on a seperate unit done in May. (My bad, should never have assumed the cost would be the same or less this time). Lesson learned. Ill be getting competitive pricing next time.

ATS did a great job installing our new system. Their pricing was competitive, they were professional, they were efficient, and they suggested changes to our duct work in order to make our system better that other companies did not. I highly recommend them.

Tech arrived right in the middle of the arrival window, quickly checked exterior unit, checked attic unit, diagnosed clogged drain line, purged it with air, but then discovered some idiot had replumbed drain through a OPEN 2 pipe and ptrap into the bathroom vent lines. They dont do plumbing re-work, but AC was able to come back on. Will definitely use them again.

Beware using this company for any A/C work. I am in the market for a mini split system and possibly upgrading my entire system. I spoke with Barry G. I believe and he agreed to be at my house at 8am on Saturday, fist if all, the technician was over an hour late, was never informed he was running late, the tech had no clue what I needed. The tech said he couldnt find my house. The GPS supposedly took him to a different location. Ive never had a problem anyone else finding my house. I wouldnt use this company for any service.

I had used ATS once before and they really impressed me with their creativity in addressing a very unique issue I was experiencing with my air system. Barry spent several hours of overtime figuring out the best solution for my issue, for which he did not charge me. Therefore when my evaporator coils appeared to be leaking, ATS was the first company I thought of. Jordan and Brock came out and explained the issues very thoroughly with pictures. They presented cost effective solutions and offered financing for the extensive project. I was approved instantly and the job was completed the next day. ATS continues to impress me with their responsiveness and efficiency. I highly recommend them.

I have had great service from ATS Mechanical for quite a few years. I am extremely happy I found this company and will always call them for my heating and air conditioning needs. My heater did not come on yesterday morning and by the afternoon, it was up and working again.

ATS is fantastic! Johnatthan did a super thorough job and was very professional!! He also was honest since we have the yearly maintenance and our service call was $69 not $89 and he was quick to let us know he made a mistake!! They are a great company with good people!!

ATS just replaced both AC and furnace systems at my home and I had a great experience throughout the process. I worked with Brock who went above and beyond to make sure the new AC systems would provide the correct cooling and heating needs. Brook spent 4hrs in the hot attic just to assess the existing duct work and calculate what return and air supply lines needed to be replaced to have optimal airflow to each room. I received bids from two other reputable contractors and they didnt spend anywhere near the time ATS did on assessing what was needed, the other contractors just went with using the same ductwork the original home builder installed. ATS was also competitive in pricing and you cant beat them in service and value. These guys are true professionals!

Originally called for mechanical service needed on furnace but ultimately ended up replacing our old tired out furnace. From the very first call initially for service to very end after install, ATS mechanical staff were all awesome!!! Very friendly, professional and accommodating thru the entire process. Also, prices are reasonable, not gouging like the big name companies. And, they dont try to up sell anything, we made all the choices with their professional guidance as to what works best with house size and budget size. Had an AC unit installed and had reached out to three companies. ATS was the most responsive and gave me a quote next day. Price was fair and unit was installed within a week. Install crew were great and there was a follow up the next day to check all went well. Would highly recommend!

ATS Mechanical installed our new air conditioning and heating system last year. It has worked wonderfully. They came out twice in one year. The first time was for the heater check up, and the second time was for the air conditioning check up. Both visits were included in our first year warranty for the installation of the system at no cost to us. They sent me a reminder both times to call and set up a appointment time for them to come out. Jordan came out last week to do the service check on the air conditioner and he did an amazing job. He was super nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that we had. We enjoyed meeting him and visiting with him. He took his time and never made us feel rushed. I was leaving on a trip on 8/12/22. The firm was nice enough to come to my home on short notice, or so I thought. We wanted a check up and the refrigerant charged to the proper level. The technician told my wife that our system was on the verge of failure and there was no saving the outdoor compressor. He showed her some graphs and numbers to substantiate his claims. He refused to do any type of maintenance or to add refrigerant to the system. He claimed refrigerant cost more than the system is worth. He then moved to try to sell us a new ac system. He left, and later tried the same tactics on me via phone call, except to say now that the system might last five more years. We were fortunate enough to find another company to come out. They cleaned out the unit, put in oil and refrigerant. We went on a ten day trip and came back to a fully functioning a/c/ unit.This firm appears to only be in the sell a new system business. Maybe not, maybe the issue lies only with the technician. They wasted a lot of our time.

ATS was great to work with. Upon scheduling the install, the crew came out got the mini split system working in no time. Very professional group. Look forward to using them in the future.

Satisfied with this company so far. We have used them on two separate occasions. Most recent was this summer. Very responsive and works with the customer. Had a new coil installed in our old AC unit. It worked, but continued to have some issues. They came out right away and have been out at least two more times without problem just to make adjustments and monitor it over the first week. Would use again. They have financing options also. Small company. However, everyone is friendly and helpful. Appreciate Technician S and J. Thank you also front staff and the owner.

AH Mechanical did an excellent job. Before contacting this Company, I called All Fix Air Conditioning. They told me that both my AC units were broken and I need a new Split AC and a new compressor for my central AC unit. They were asking a lot of money. I Googled and found AH Mechanical With five-star rating. I called them, and they fixed my mini split for $89 and replaced my compressor for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Jordan and Shaun formed a great team and fixed my heat system right when needed the most (cold weather coming ). What I appreciated the most was the quick scheduling, rapid on site response, great technical expertise, and most important of all honesty. Integrity, honesty and customer focused are only a few words that I would use to describe Barry and his team. The customer service that was provided is better than anything that I have ever experienced before. I was educated on the products and options for my system, all my questions were answered and I was never pressured to purchase. I explained upfront that I was “particular” about how I wanted the system to be installed and they 100% met those expectations.The Mitsubishi VRF system has changed the way my entire house feels. No longer is the air stagnant when the AC is off and blowing through the house when its on. No need for ceiling fans to “circulate” the air. I previously knew it was hot or cold outside just be walking through certain areas of the house, now the temperature is so stable I have no idea what the weather is, even in freezing temperatures or high humidity days. The air is cleaned by a MERV 13 filters, quiet, comfortable and consistent throughout the entire home. Additionally, my electric bill has been cut in half.Truly impressed by the quality of people and product that was provided and the support after the installation. There is a reason why they are a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Dealer and the best at what they do.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They send an email when tech is on the way with name and picture. They maintain good records of unit history in their database, and they are experts on single units with zones serving three floors. Could not complete inspection this time due to thunderstorms, but easily rescheduled follow up.
