Johnson Supply

Sad to say I got racial profile by Brock Ryder. Asking for my id and id number which I never had to in any Johnson location. I gave him the company name and my name as usual as any other location. He stated I needed additional information( keep in my I told him beforehand I have to call the company for the PO # and just need the total). After getting my invoice. He had another worker take a picture of the invoice.

Way over priced. I called and was told the general replacement motor was $76 plus $11 for the capacitor. Im currently on crutches so my wife went in and the lady said they gave the wrong price. The new total a little over $250

I went in today to get a run capacitor and briefly described to them the issue I was facing. They told me it is definitely not the run capacitor and informed me to look at something else. I returned home and checked out what they told me to look at and it was an easy fix. They saved me $30 when they could’ve sold me a part they knew might not be the issue. They are not in the business for free repair information but any business that is willing to help the customer more than sell a product has my business for life.

Try to charge me double the price,because the cant found my account for some coil cleaners, I even try to give them ac license #.

Super overpriced with a terrible return policy. But its the only place to get a lot of specific equipment and replacement parts for things like HVACs. Definitely consider shopping around the area though. There are a lot of supply stores nearby.

I called to get a part I needed and the sales guy refused to sell me the part without an accoun. If that is the case get your add off the internet where people will not waste there time trying to spend American dollars to buy a part.

I dont understand why everytime I come to this location the counter person has to be rude! If I talked to my customers the way they did me I would not have a job. For an employee owned company I am disappointed in the customer service this location has. If you are unhappy with where you work get a different job.

Love this place you couldnt ask for better people behind the counter if youre looking for odds and ends of AC equipment that are hard to find this is one of the places to be
