Im so grateful that this place was recommended for me to bring my Toyota to have my brakes checked. They were very honest, friendly and able to get the issue fixed the same day. I was very impressed that he took the time to sit down with me and explain what the problem was and what he could do to fix it. I HIGHLY recommend this place! They won my trust and I will be bringing my business to them from now on. They also have a shuttle service which was very helpful for me. Thanks so much for your honesty!

I needed some info about an error message the inspector picked up on my state inspection. The front desk clerk was so friendly and nice! She went well beyond my expectations to address my concerns.

I’ve been having issues with my brakes being stiff on my truck. Brought it in to Town Center and they checked them out and recalibrated them. It’s like I have a new truck now! They also shuttled me home and came back and brought me back when the work was done. They have a fair priced and tip top operation there. 100% recommend!

They fixed my car and the pricing was standard, nothing unexpected but the lady at the desk has no people skills and was a little rude. The mechanic accused myself of being rude just because I went up the shop a little early and asked about the car because it was the only time my ride could take me there. And the desk lady again was being rude until I actually paid and was super nice then which is kind of messed up

I had heard many great things about Town Center Automotive and needed to get some work done. I decided to try them due to a light coming on with my 2016 BMW. This place was amazing. Not only did they replace my wheel sensor, They also caught a potential problem with my battery BEFORE it became a bigger issue.I was looking for a higher end shop with integrity and believe I have found it.Thank you.....

Really nice place. Owner is very friendly. Food was great with small exception of friend’s chicken fried steak that he said was chewy but he wouldn’t tell anyone so I don’t feel sorry for him. I know they would have made him something else.

Positively the most superb automotive shop in Texas! Its only rival is a place I used to go in Tennessee, and thats just a wee bit far. ;) Ive taken all of my vehicles here for Ross and Lonnie to care for. Ive also recommended their expertise to friends and family, all of whom have been so very pleased. They are honest (something rare with automotive shops!), experts in their field, affordable, and always efficient. I trust them with my daily driver and my classics. Ive known the owner (Ross) for 30 years and hes as honest as they come. His auto shop is the best at what they do and highly recommend their services. They have a shuttle if you need transportation, theyre prompt with repairs and theyre reasonable. They will always take care of you and you wont be disappointed!

This is two reviews in one so really it should be 10 stars! This place and its staff rock! Rene who coordinates everything and works the front desk is so helpful and nice. I took my wifes Yukon Denali in to have struts replaced and brakes done. Rene helped me get this covered under my warranty despite push back from my warranty company. Brake job was very fairly priced. My wifes Denali rides like a dream again. Most recently I took my Tundra in for some electrical work. I was sold a battery and assumed I got the same battery I gave for credit, but I was sold the wrong battery. Long story short I shorted out my electrical (positive to negative reverse polarity). I was expecting the worst. I had my truck towed to TCA and they had me turned around in about a day and a half and again the total bill was much, much lower than I had anticipated. The service team and mechanics are honest, polite, everything is clean (no grease in your car upon return like I have experienced at some places). I just cant say enough. Highest of recommendations!

Great service, as always. The work was finished the same day that I took my car in, and has been running great ever since. I have used Town Center Automotive on and off for several years (I moved, otherwise it would be every time I need something done), and the customer service, turn-around time, and quality of workmanship are top-notch. Their labor rates are comparable to other auto shops in the area, so I highly recommend Town Center Automotive if you live in The Woodlands area.

Christian Brothers Automotive stripped out my oil drain plug... then told me they couldnt fix it without pulling the engine..... Town Center had no problem extracting the bolt and doing my oil change in under an hour. Talked to mechanics and they are knowledgeable. I do recommend this shop.

I have a 2003 Suburban 1500 and the horn quit working. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about simple automotive functions. I tried to check fuses and things that were pertinent to the operation of the horn / electrical currents and such.They were all functioning correctly. I called Town Center Automotive to have them perform a system check on the horn and provide an estimate. The connector in the steering wheel assembly was broken. I left with the estimate and called back a few days later to schedule an appointment and everything went so smooth.The owner Ross whom I already met was very courteous and professional. It was clear this man not only owned this business but was hands on in his management of the daily operations and oversight of every job, big or small that the public brought in. The work area was incredibly clean and the waiting area adequate and accommodating with snacks and drinks free of charge WOW!I have, like everyone else at some point, dealt with undesirable circumstances made worse by the process or the people it took to fix it. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE!THIS IS TOP SHELF SERVICE !!!!!! I dont know who could do better than my experience with Town Center Automotive and the owner Ross Symens.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR ONE OUNCE OF SANITY ANYWHERE ELSE.My search for Service, Honesty and Integrity in a mechanic is over!It ended at the counter of Town Center Automotive.

I am pleased with the good work performed at this facility. As always the repairs are done in time for the quoted amount. I am very happy with the level of professionalism this repair facility offers.I take most of the company vehicles for service at this facility. They are servicing my Porsche now as well.Highly recommended it.

It is very difficult for me to get a vehicle to any shop due to me working. It is great to know I can drop it off knowing my car will be secure. They diagnose and repair in a timely manor. They have the attitude, if it is not broken, dont fix it which is great and very honest.

Cant say enough good things about these guys, they do all my oil changes and even straightened out a screwed up alignment from Firestone. They are reasonably priced, are crazy fast on service appointments, and always go above and beyond. This is a professional, clean shop that is locally owned.

The entire staff of Town Center Auto have been so kind and accommodating. They’ve been able to diagnose and solve all car related problems I’ve had! I HIGHLY recommend using them during your next round of car troubles!!

I highly recommend this shop. We brought our Infiniti SUV in a few weeks ago for repair work that the dealership diagnosed as needing a new alternator and quoted very high. Rosss team re-evaluated and found that the dealership diagnosis was incorrect it actually needed a power steering pump (not an alternator) and they were able to repair at a much lower cost saving me quite a bit. I just bought a used Ford Raptor and am taking it to them this week for several needed repairs as opposed to using the dealership or another shop.

Ive gotten countless work done here. Theyre fast effective and a joy to go to. They fixed my 2 Audis timing belts, shocks you name it. They also fixed my 91 Vanagon in a hurry theyre awesome

Took my truck in for a simple allignement. They called me to tell me that the ball joints are shot and my steering stabilizer needed to be replaced. Just checked the ball joints myself before I took it up there. They were fine. They proceeded to tell me that they couldnt garuntee me that my Steering wheel would even be straight after an allignement. Cost me $70 just to get my truck out of there. Liars and cheats!!!

They have earned my trust in that they fixed what my car needed without any problems. They kept it affordable for me too.

Terrible! Let my mistake be your lesson! I went there because they had done my inspection testing in past. Clean location but they are a rip off! Dropped off car at 3pm for the night, called at 9am and they said they were still running diagnostics AKA plugging in the computer to see what codes came up. Quoted me for $500 and would not even try cleaning the part to try to repair. This was a Mass Air Flow Sensor that can usually be cleaned, but if it is to be replaced the part is expensive but $500? When I went to pick up car I got a $95 charge for them looking at it. Also I was told not to come get the car right away because they had to put some parts back together. Haha what parts? Do yourself a favor and take your car to autozone if your check engine light comes on.

Stopped in for a state inspection. It was quick and easy with no bull. All the staff were professional and very nice. Would definitely recommend.

I went here to get my State Inspection done during my lunch hour. It was done within 30 minutes. The waiting room and bathroom are clean and the guys were friendly.

Just had an oil change and tires rotated, but as always, they were courteous and professional. Would recommend.
