This shop is awesome, they can do it all at a very affordable price! The staff is very professional, friendly, and efficient! Very organized and clean place, they do it all! Even alignment on dually’s. Their life time alignments are a sweet deal! Specially since I have a lifted truck and Firestone won’t align my truck. They fixed my suspension in no time, and fixed all electrical issues on my wife’s car. They definitely got a costumer for life, tired of getting scammed by other shops with unnecessary repairs and expensive quotes! Wish them the best!

I can’t tell you all enough good things about this shop, my truck had been to two different shops and every time I took it somewhere else I left with a new problem , and hella over charged being a female . He looked at my car and told me the problem, we got the part and I returned it back to him and had the problem fixed.my truck has a lift and I have a ton of problems with anyone wanting to touch it . But they did no questions asked . I will most definitely be back and they earned a life long customer. If you have issues take it to him and his staff they are amazing . You will not leave disappointed and it will be fixed correctly . This is definitely an honest hard working team and they deserve your business. They enjoy the work and will help you get it fixed and back on the road .

This place rescued me a year ago when I broke down a block from their shop . They are honest and straight forward- patient and flexible. I’ve used them several times since the break down and they’ve continued to surpass my expectations. My brother is a mechanic in Austin and I run everything by him and he’s amazed at how fair they are. Especially since they’re dealing with a single female. I never feel taken advantage of. That’s priceless to me.

Been working with these guys here at Good Year since they took over ownership, and frankly, because of the professionalism and great service, I won’t go anywhere else. My truck has almost 200k miles on it, and it runs like new because of the work they have done over the years. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you need some work, or maintenance on your vehicle.

This shop is the best!!! They do honest work at a good price and don’t try to get you to do unnecessary work like a dealership does. They let you know what work is urgent and should be taken care of and what can wait and explain it to you plainly so that you can understand what your options are. I’m never taking my vehicles anywhere else.

The manager, Feras and his staff are the best. My sons Tundra had a flat and I was not able to remove it because his Tundra is lifted up and required a hydraulic jack. The Tundra was parked approximately a block away from Feras auto care shop. Feras borrowed one his employees trucks and drove to the location and personally removed the tire and proceeded to return to his shop to replace/repair the tire. Feras later returned, that same day, after his shop closed, this time in his personal vehicle and placed the tire back on my sons Tundra. Feras loaded the hydraulic jack and impact drill in his personal vehicle, at which time I made payment. In my senior citizen life, I have never met such an honest and hard-working man in the auto care industry. Feras and his staff are the best. Its a no-brainer, that any vehicle maintenance or repair required in the future, we will be returning to the Goodyear Woodlands Complete Auto Care Shop.THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Feras and staff!

Truly one of the best car mechanic repair shops, definitely the best in The Woodlands and Houston. ✨I usually work on my cars but since meeting this team they have gone above and beyond and I do all my work with them. I been out of work since April, been having a hard time finding work and when it couldn’t get any worse, I start smelling gas when I park my car. My first visit to Good Year was incredibly informative, professional, and Sam the Mgr answered all my questions, so I went back to find out what the gas smell was. After finding out the repairs and the cost, I started to cry, not something I needed added to my plate being out of work.I was shocked when Sam the Mgr said they were going to cover the cost to repair my car. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a tire go low on the interstate and pulled off the first exit and saw this shop. It was 20 minutes to close and they were more than happy to get my in and back on the road! These guys are amazing and I’d recommend them just simply for the service alone!

I got a flat this morning. I called to make an appointment. They order the tire and replaced it that same day. I asked for an extra service. I want to note this was when they were not too busy, but he was willing to do it. I will come again.

If you want honesty and fair price stay with your private mechanic whom you know and trust. Dont use chain businesses. You get there with a simple maintenance fix (alignment) , they will find that everything is wrong with a car and will happily replace everything at your expense. There is always something wrong, worn out or broken, therefore they cant provide warranty, which I didnt request to begin with, and you, of course, need to pay more for extras. There is no way for you to check if thats right or wrong. I know nothing is broken or worn out in my car as I keep an eye on everything regularly. If they have an opinion that something is broken , then I dont need an opinion. I need facts, and this is what I am paying for! Opinions can go long way and not necessarily the right way. You are there at the mercy of so-called customer service. Some reviewers describe their job as diligent. It is diligent at scamming thats for sure. I DO NOT recommend such services and wont be coming there for sure! They do not care about the customer, but rather care about their profits.P.S. for other customers: whenever you hear the word warranty from a receptionist, that should be a red flag that they are trying to take advantage. Thats all.

These gentlemen fixed what I thought to be broken and irreparable. I am ecstatic about their work and would vouch for the team here. They are a couple of down-to-earth kind of guys, great conversationalists, and more importantly professionals at what they do. So whether its an oil change or a tune-up, new breaks, or any other mechanical repair, you can be assured they will give it to you straight, no fluff, and be honest.

Normally as a woman we are skeptical to going to a mechanic shop due to “not knowing” what to do etc.I can promise you that this business is beyond exceptional.They’re 110% honest and make sure to let you know every detail there is.Took my mustang in for some repairs such as brake pads and they informed me one of my control arms was going bad while doing the job.Thank you for making sure that my baby is maintained!

My car was displaying the check engine light and the mechanics recommended to try changing the oil cap but if it came back on to take it to the car dealership to have it look over. They save me money as it ended up that there was a recall on a part and I managed to get it fix with no cost to me. As with all Goodyear, I find them reliable and honest.

Unparalleled service. Sam is amazing! My friend and I had an engine issue and he got us back on the road again within the day. Sam stayed late, after hours, and went above and beyond to help us get back on track for Thanksgiving. Just a genuinely nice guy who cares about his customers. The other employee there was also nice and they both we’re fun to talk to while we waited for the part to be delivered. I’m amazed at how good of an experience we had there. Absolutely unbelievable service! I had a flat tire suddenly on my run flat tires on my BMW. Not only did they replace the flat with the EXACT tire, they diagnosed the back tire with punctures and had that tire replaced in less than 3 hours. I depend on my car to get to and from the medical center, and they had the replacements ordered and on my car before I could even call to check! Just amazing customer service and care!!

Went in for an alignment, turned out my right control arm got worse then i thought ( i knew the problem before i went in.) they went ahead and fixed it for me and did my wheel allignment for a great price. Lot cheaper than firestone! They were very honest and professonal unlike firestone who wanted more money out of me. Thank you so much to the two gentleman who fixed my Suv! Much appreciated, i recommand going here for excellent service! You will not be disappointed.

Ferass crew made sure that I didnt waste money on unneeded replacement tires. I had a (family) member who worked at a tire shop saying my tires were bad. I liked the honesty and professionalism that I brought my husbands car up and was able to get new tires for him.

I took my car in to get my brakes looked at. They installed new brake pads, rotors, and inner tie rods. When I left, I made it about .5 miles before I heard horrible grinding metal noises. I drove right back, they said they installed the rotor wrong, and I left again. About a mile later, there was a grinding noise when Turing the wheel, and bad noises going over bumps. I took my car to a different mechanic, who found the inner tie rods were installed completely incorrectly, and could have broken “at any second”. They were able to actually show me how they were not correct, and explained my car was so unsafe they couldn’t let me drive it off the lot. I had them fix it (great job) because I will never trust this business again. Their negligence could have caused my families death. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They obviously do not know what they are doing. Horrible business.

All I needed was a tire stem and they didnt charge me an arm and leg for it. They were fair and the guy at the front was really polite and very professional. Will be returning if I need any for my car.

Great family owned business.Very professional and worked to dig to find a ac problem I had that others couldnt catch. The waiting area is very clean, and family friendly as well. They always play cartoons for the kids as I wait and have some activities for them. Easily a place they can continue their remote learning.Would definitely recommend this place to get the problem fixed the first time around.

Feras and his team did a fantastic job on my 2001 Tundra!! I had been putting off what I was sure was going to be an expensive brake job. In the end it only needed a brake fluid flush and an adjustment of the rear parking brake.I have had vehicle work done all over The Woodlands but this is my new go to auto shop.

Will not ever take anything there. My son took his car there with a Groupon for an alignment, guy looks at the tags, (from a power state) not the car and says that they wont work on it because it might be to rusty to make any adjustments. My son take it home soaks the threads and ham nuts with wd40, breaks everything loose and tights them all back up and takes it back, they still charge him full price even with the groupon....

This guys sold me an 1yr alignment service and told me to return anytime I needed an alignment. Upon returning for an alignment they changed the terms stating because I bought new tyres the 1yr contract is null and void. The 1yr unlimited alignment is a scam. Be careful!.

I took my truck in for an alignment with a Groupon coupon. They were able to get it done quickly and figure out what my tire problem is as well so that can be fixed too. Very nice staff.
