5 stars for this product and this company. Seth is amazing and was so helpful to me.My family has been an ELECROLUX family since the 50s. I cant say enough about howwonderful the service is and how knowledgable and caring they were in the Houston store.I would recommend to anyone who wants a quality product!

I got a free air purifier with the purchase of my new vacuum and both work great. Seth is very knowledgeable on the product and sat with me for an hour and half just so he could help me decide on what would be best for me. A great store with even better customer service I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vacuum to go see Seth at Aerus Ecletrolux

Was just reminded of how easy it is to talk to Seth and order supplies over the phone! My family and I have been Electrolux aka Aerus customers for four generations and it is always good to be remembered when service, parts or even a new machine is needed. Unfortunately for Seth they machines last forever and all I needed were supplies this time! Way to go Seth...

Took my Electrolux there to be serviced and instead of even looking at it he tried to tell me it was a fake (it is not) he was too busy trying too sell me a new $3000 vacumn. I took it apart myself and found a huge hairball. The vacumn works great now. They are rip offs!
