Leaving one star here because no stars isn’t an option. They sub contracted out to a business called “speedy steamers” and that man tried to charge us $599 for a “deep clean of our house hold size dryer.” We told him to just do the $199 cleaning we were quoted. He did and everything seemed fine. Until we did a load of laundry and it flooded four rooms in our Med Spa because he disconnected the water hose. When we called to complain we were told that the dispatcher did not touch it and it must have been someone else. Take responsibility for your shotty work! This is completely unacceptable and I will be telling everyone o know not to use you.

My husband was getting sick multiple times over the last 3 months you never had a few everybody always had a runny nose and sneezing a lot. My cousin told me it could be from the air were breathing in the house so I decided to do that duct cleaning with JY. They did an amazing job and after the first night I can already see a big difference with my husband breathing I recommend 😀

I chose to call JY last night over other companies because the reviews made it seem like they were the ones who came out and not a subcontractor. I was quoted $249 over the phone for my dryer vent due to it being 2 stories and was told they could come out the next day.The company that showed up was not JY, but Speedy Steam. Then I was told it would be $550+tax. We were desperate and needed it done, so we accepted.

They had technicians out the day i called for quoting. No additional quote fee. Yuri was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions was fast and efficient. Im very happy with their work.

We live in Conroe and I needed some AC Duct Cleaning at the house so I called 3 places but one company was very helpful and I liked , There workers Yuri and Lorenzo showed up and right away hooked up the machine and started explaining everything to me which I liked .when they were done and they left I could tell the difference and I was glad I called them lThank you guys
