Ben got our furnace fixed just before it got really cold this weekend. He was able to fit us in on a busy Friday night and we didnt have to deal with cold home all weekend. He was professional and reasonable priced.

They came out and assessed the issue. Scheduled to come out for the repair but cancelled. It has been a week and neither the company nor the service tech have returned a call. I have called one of my 14 or 15 calls. Never once has a live person answered- always goes straight to voicemail. I have never experienced poorer communication from any service provider. The lack of professionalism is appalling.

Worked with Stokes Comfort Systems personally for right at 2 years now and have referred Ben and his company to 3 neighbors and in all cases very efficient and responsive. 2 of which were in the middle of the summer on Saturdays and were there that same day for AC service. Both up and running in no time and able to comfort an unhappy household of kids.

I am a construction superintendent, so I oversee multiple occupied and vacant homes at a time. Stokes Comfort is BY FAR the BEST company out there! They are the only company I use for all of my heating/cooling needs. Their pricing is fair, their communication skills and response time with residents of occupied homes is top notch and their turn around time on full installs of vacant homes cannot be beat! Highly recommend!

Im sure everyone remembers the horrific winter storm we just recently had to endure. Of course, my furnace went out Monday evening. By Tuesday morning there was ice covering my windowsills and you could hear the cold winds whistling through the door. I had called several other heating & cooling places trying to see if someone could come out ASAP considering I have 2 little ones at home with me. Stokes were the only ones who stated that they could have their tech out same day to fix it, I was so relieved! Their tech was absolutely amazing and my furnace was fixed that day! I dont know what I wouldve done without them!

We had a complete a/c and heating system installed in June. They were supposed to file the rebates with Ameren and Spire. I checked with Ameren in January and rebates have never been sent and I cannot file them. They have to be filed by contractor. My husband also called to set up a maintenance plan and never received a call back. We have left multiple messages and texts with no call back.After receiving an e-mail from Ben Stokes the owner of this company I felt the need to update this review. According to Ben our rebate to Ameren has been filed and he is sending the paperwork for the Spire Rebate. Will update once these have been received.According to the e-mail, he states that our review was dishonest and was meant to harm his company and has upset his employees. That was not the intent of the review, it was to let other customers know of the lack of communication by the owner. The system runs beautifully and his employee, Gabe went above and beyond to install the system.The review was ONLY in regards to the responsiveness or lack thereof of the owner .

Needed my heating system looked at this weekend because of an issue. I have many in my house that to be warm and can not do so with clothing. They were able to come out quickly. The problem was able to be fixed and my family is safe from the cold. Thank you for the great service.

Ben and his team did a great job replacing our old worn out hvac unit. From the basement set up to the unit outside, everything was great. Very nice professional staff too. They cleaned up everything, and were great to work with. Thegave us options, and we chose the unit and price that worked for us. Give them a call!

Dont use them, theyll screw you out of your rebate. 18 months of dozens of calls, emails, and texts where they promise to take care of it, but they never do. Then they just stop answering the messages

Wont return phone calls, promised rebates and its been 4 months with no response. My system is still needing repair and its brand new. Cant get any replies. Nice guy but horrible business practices.

Had an appt today where they should have arrived between 8-12am. Nobody showed up, nobody answering calls, nobody returning voicemails.Terrible customer service and communication! Imagine trying to reach them if you had an emergency
