Albert is the man! Called to have 1 room cleaned because my dog urinated on my carpet and I couldnt get the smell out. Called Albert with absorb carpet cleaning and he guided me through the whole process with the exact products to buy and how to do it myself to save a buck. Hats off to people like him that actually care about their trade and are looking out for people willing to learn. When I move out and need all my rooms cleaned, Ill know exactly who to call to give my money to. Thanks Albert!

Absorb was recommended to me by my general contractor. He was requested to see if he could find out why we were getting a damp smell in our Master bath. Turns out we had a water leak somewhere..and he suspected it was behind the sink cabinets or jacuzzi tub. He suggested Absorb to investigate further. When Albert (Absorb) arrived and began to check it was apparent that we had a hidden leak. It turned out to be under the Jacuzzi tub. The pin hole leak in the water line feeding the tub was the culprit. The water penetration soaked the entire wall,insulation and sink cabinets . It required total demolition of our Master bath. Albert recommended full preventative process. Although though very expensive we proceeded with his advice. It took 5 days to dry out and apply preventative measures. ABSORB did a good job. Hopefully we will never have to go though this again but should it happen call him.

Albert was friendly and professional, and appeared knowledgeable for the ductwork mold cleaning/disinfecting. Time was punctual and well estimated from arrival to departure. Clear communication.One reschedule. 2 related services that were not initially priced on the phone were recommended and accepted.

I had Albert and his team come out to clean our air ducts. I shopped around for pricing and he was the most reasonable for the amount of work performed. I chose him and his team and they did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The guys at Absorb did an amazing job on my mothers house! Cleaned the carpets, rugs and the air ducts. Everything looks amazing and smells amazing too. Very much worth every penny! I definitely recommend going with absorb!!

Albert with Absorb was recommended by our HVAC repair team.Shame on me for not researching the going rates and checking reviews prior to using this company. Im usually a much smarter consumer.I will never use him again and would not recommend his services to anyone.To hit the high points...Time set to coordinate vent cleaning with the HVAC company complete duct replacement.Quotes from both companies.Albert/Absorb initially quoted approx $900 to remove and clean all vents, ducts, AC, and mold sanitize as he had noted mold on a vent.The HVAC team resealed all of the vents to prevent dust/ air leak/etc, then Albert stuck his cleaner in and slung the caulk onto the house walls.All ducts were replaced by HVAC and Albert still charged as if he was cleaning everything. Even though some of the upstairs vents were literally open straight into the attic and there was no ductwork to clean.Mold was found in one of the units, the HVAC team replaced part of the unit.Albert then upped the price extremely saying that he had to clean and sanitize in the units in the attic.Saying that he was unaware they were replacing the ducts and not the entire units even though this had all been discussed.Im still not sure that this was even done even though I was charged for it!During the process, he requested payment that was approx one thousand over the originally quoted price.Foolish me!!! I paid him and he left saying he would return to finish up as he couldnt complete while the HVAC team was still doing what they were doing.When he returned hours later, he brought a young male child with him into my home!!! There was another younger female standing in my doorway.He then said we had to be out of the house for an hour as he was sanitizing. He said to turn the AC back on when we came back in.When I came in, he had left both units on, one on fan and the other on AC.So the mold killer treatment was not done correctly!My home was filthy! Nothing had been cleaned. There was stuff from the vents all over furniture and floors.Many of the vents had scratches, black dirty fingerprints, and tore paint around them. One was even broke and had been reinstalled without telling us that it had broken.We contacted him to return the next day to correct and finish the work.I had also called HVAC to adjust a damper. The HVAC person arrived first and I complained about Albert and his poor workmanship and pricing. The HVAC was astonished when I told him what price Albert had charged us and walked the home taking pictures of the mess that had been left.Albert arrived later in the day and said that he would correct the issues. He vacuumed, painted around some vents, and sanitized for mold.. Again.He said that he was sorry and that he should have checked for cleanliness before he left, that the system must have blown out the mess, he said that he had not set the thermostats correctly for the mold killer, etc.I asked him if it was all complete and he said yes. I asked if all vent paint issues were fixed. I did a walk around and he showed me what he did. Later I noticed that there were still several that were not corrected. At least he left the paint so I can use that.So, over $1900, typical bait and switch, not sure if all charged was completed or completed correctly, 2 days instead if 1, a child in my home during COVID, and paint I still need to fix.Shame on me for not being a smarter consumer.Hopefully this review will help others to be.====The response received from Albert is absolutely false!I did not get and these many many months am not trying to get a discount.

I had them clean my air ducts and was very pleased with the service. I felt the price was fair for the work they performed. I would use Absorb Cleaning and Restoration again in the future. Professional and courteous.

I will absolutely not recommend for mold removal. Albert did find with cleaning our carpets as initially scheduled but he offered a service for mold removal that he insisted we get done and took complete Advantage!August 5thAs originally scheduled , Albert came to clean our carpet and a rug... he immediately pointed out mold on our vents in the living room and then insisted he check the house which we agreed. He stressed the health concerns with the mold and our kids and told us he was available to take care of it ASAP. As parents the concern did not leave hesitation so we asked him his availability. Albert said the following Weds-Friday was open, I booked him the Wednesday Aug 12.August 11th he called to tell me he had to push it back to the Friday August 14th, due to a larger project he was committed to. Ok fine.August 14th he tells me he will be over at noon because he has to go to warehouse to get supplies... Then he calls to tell me the equipment he needs is out stock till the following week... (though he’s already had a week to plan accordingly) so we say ok fine come next week but this is the last chance we are giving as Albert was a very nice guy and we wanted to give him the work.August 18th he finally shows up takes down all vent covers , and behind running the air scrubber after spraying around all vents.He tells me husband now that there is a part in our upstairs AC unit that needs to be replaced for long term solution for mold prevention and that I would cost us an additional 600$ , we thought this was already calculated in original quote but did not argue we said do what needs to be done, he said he will have to come back Friday but also insists we cut him a check for the day and for the $600.... my husband also told him since he was coming back Friday instead of cleaning the vents we would get new ones for him to put back up.... ( less labor on his part even though we paid him for it)Friday August 21st, Albert does not show up, doesn’t even tell us he’s not going to make it. We had to reach out to him , we canceled the additional work he insisted on coming back for an demanded our $600 back for the AC part, which we received thankfully. He says he will come back August 25th to finish putting up vents and get his air scrubber.Tuesday August 25th, still no show, we asked him if he was coming and he responds that things have gotten hectic and that he could not come back till Thursday August 27th..... refused any accommodations or compensations be made for the now 3+ weeks of rescheduling .. but had no problem cashing our check and taking our money for a service NOT completed......We were more than accommodating towards Albert and his company but I will absolutely not be recommending this company nor doing business again.

The way this company operates is absolutely DISGUSTING! When it came time to provide quotes, they immediately answered their phones and were very accommodating to any type of schedule.Albert Trevino (the manager) sent one poor guy to clean almost nearly 1000 sqft of tile by himself, even though he promised there would be two workers at the time of service. Three hours into during the cleaning, the equipment broke down, where the worker left to get it repaired and returned 4 hours later. It then took him five hours to clean my remaining tile, even though he promised that it would only take two. After keeping my small children outside til dark, I decided that enough was enough and brought them in to have dinner at 9pm on a school night. At 10pm, he finally began to wrap up his service, with the extremely loud blower fans going as my children attempted to sleep. The technician then requested that I give a portion of the payment to him, because he had to leave to get his equipment fixed - then asked if I could give the remaining balance to his employer. Unbelievable! The next day my floor look HORRIBLE! All of the dirty water had dried into the grout. I immediately contacted him, and he promised to come back to do the job properly, but once again I did not hear from him and had to contact him to find out whether or not he was still coming.At this point I decided to cancel any further services and request a refund due to him not valuing my time, and delivering horrible service with no remorse. For two weeks (and counting) now Albert Trevino with Absorb has lied about placing my refund of $400 in the mail and is now dodging my phone calls. I have since hired SEARS to clean my floors and they did an AMAZING job for the same price as Absorb, and it only took them two hours (not nine hours) to complete.I am at a loss for words at the unprofessionalism that this so-called business has displayed. As a small business owner myself - I can not believe such a business is allowed to continue to operate such deceiving practices. I have been more than patient with them, unfortunately, I am now forced to take legal action. Theres no way I can allow another poor unsuspecting individual to go the nightmare that Ive been through.

I LOVE this company, I have used cheaper carpet cleaners in the past, and the saying is true, you get what you pay for. This isnt just steam cleaning, they actually clean the carpet, and now it looks and smells fantastic. Would definitely use again.
