My AC service company has been using these guys for over 7 years. Whenever my techs need anything they are always helpful. They always have my will call order ready and loaded within no time. Time is never wasted. Counter personnel is also very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also open Saturdays until 2pm year round and take phone calls after hours. Highly recommend Mega ACR for your HVAC parts and equipment.

So happy and thankful to the kind man at mega. Blower motor stopped working on a Friday night. None of the other stores would sell to me as Im not a contractor, and I couldnt wait until next week for one. But I was just buying a motor, not any controlled refrigerents. I brought my old motor in and he helped me match it up to a new one. Price was nearly the same as the internet. Ac works great and my kids can sleep easy tonight. Highly recommend

I needed a couple of capacitors asap for my condensers and got to Mega ACR a little after 5:00pm. There was an employee closing up the store but still let me come in. I came to find out he was actually the owner. What I’m most impressed with is that he wasn’t rushing me and actually held a conversation to help me pick the right product. The prices were reasonable, and the store was clean and well organized making it easy to find what I needed. There seemed to be a large selection of HVAC parts. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more HVAC supplies when needed. The owner cares about his store and customers, and I am happy to have come across this place.

Just purchased a furnace transformer less than 30 minutes ago.This part was a universal because they didnt have one like my original. The guy who was helping me look confused apart the new part as he was trying to show me which terminals needed to be used. He told me he was confused himself but kept saying the bottom is common and the rest are power which I already knew. I ohmed the transformer to make sure everything was good and to make sure I was hooking it to the correct terminal. I turned on my a/c and the system came on but the transformer instantly started smoking. This cheap junk universal part is wasting my time and costing me money. Not to mention they dont give exchanges or refunds. I purchased a part from here years ago and didnt have any problems and the guy was very knowledgeable. Not sure if the business was sold to someone else but its truly not the same.

Guy I spoke to on the phone basically said I don’t have time for this and hung up the phone… all I did was ask if he had a 330v starter capacitor with 262ish mfd…

Needed two part and found them no problem. The employees were very knowledgeable of what i was trying to do. I was in and out within 5 mins. My ac is working just fine!!! Thank you!!!

If you can find what you need somewhere else you will save money everything here was more than any other hardware store around but it still gets 4 star because there is a couple things I went to 12 stores looking for I was about to give up when a friend said I should go here until he had to go there one and I come with it so we went and they had everything I needed and like I said everything was at a high price but when you cant find something anywhere it dont matter what the price is.

Buyers Beware: As life would have it, our furnace went out when we turned it on. We tried to fix it on our own instead of calling a repair man. The code read that it was the pressure switch. So we bought the part for that. When I took it home the instructions said to calibrate it with a multimeter and and air flow simulator. I didn’t have these tools. So I tried to take it back while trying to purchase a new igniter. He told me the pressure switch was not refundable. None of their parts are. He didn’t communitarian that upon the initial purchase. When I argued that point with him, he told me it’s on the receipt. Which still doesn’t excuse it because I would have received the receipt after the transaction was complete. I told him that the pressure switch needed to be calibrated and not just put together like he claimed. He said “he’s been doing this for 20 something years and he’s never had to do this.” Well, I believe the instructions over your word! I went ahead bought the igniter because it was Saturday afternoon and in case that was the problem we wanted it on hand, instead of having to wait till Monday for any stores to open. It’s a “universal” igniter, he told me which one I needed to get. So because of the Issue I had with him not taking back the first part, he said he would cut me a deal on the igniter. Well, the igniter wasn’t compatible with my furnace. It’s positioning didn’t allow the gas to catch fire. When we put the old one in our furnace caught fire. Turned out we didn’t need either and the IDM was blocked and the air suction wasn’t working. Beware before buying anything from MEGA ACR supply. If he really cared to help homeowners he would have told us how to test our original parts! They just want to make money. I don’t like leaving negative reviews for local businesses, but I also won’t stand for a business that hurts its community by shady practices. He may have cheated us out of $60, but I believe that I will save you some money and keep them from ripping off others by posting about them and their practices.

Nothing worse than poor customer service and rude sales people. Unfortunately this company was unwilling to work with us to replace a part that was purchased Les than 11 months ago. I will never utilize this company again and I am very very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated.
