Worst parts house and brand! They will never answer phone and insist you use their app to find parts. That would be fine but the app rarely shows correct quantities on hand and doesn’t show warranty pricing or availability. If you are going to make me use the app to service my customers then make the app useful! Also management is horrible and frankly they are don’t care about their customers. I try to steer every customer I have away from their products as I want to keep my customers happy and the Carrier corp doesn’t give 2 cents about me or my customers.
You can drive to the location and speak to someone before they will answer the phone. This is not a problem with just this location, but all of of Carrier stores. I have experienced over an hour of hold time waiting for someone to answer previously. Today after 16 minutes of waiting for someone to answer it finally started ringing. Someone picked up and immediately hung up. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand summer is busy, but so are we as contractors. If I didnt answer the phone for my clients I would not be in business.....

Just the absolute worst experience you can have being serviced. You can only work on some Carrier units with Carrier parts and they know this, so they could care less how much you hate coming to them because they know you have to use them.

Pretty poor customer service. David was very slow to help and very condescending. What should have taken 10 minutes has taken at least an hour. Apparently no one knows how to use the computers.
Best supply house around, great customer service and friendly employees that always have a smile on their faces. They always greet me by name every time i come!!!!!!
Terrible service. Never have the equipment in stock. They should just close branch down and send everyone to Business Park or Port Northwest since they do not answer phones or carry equipment. This company has no leaders!
Carrier has a very nice inventory of tools and truckstock items in the showroom now.
On hold forever. Parts cost three times that of other brands. No help at local store.
