Cool and breezy now! A/C went out suddenly and The A/C guy had me on the schedule immediately! Turned out to be a labor intensive job, they honored my warranty on the part and Brandon B. & his partner were very polite and professional when they showed up for repair. I highly recommend this company… I even opted to join their maintenance program where they come out before summer to check equipment and then again before winter ❄️

The A/C guy has been such a blessing to me and my home this year. After being ripped off from the guy that I used for years. Wesley and Cynthia both provided quality customer service and installation at a great price for a new Air Handler in my home. I highly recommend due to their honesty, patience with me, customer service and quality of work.

Wesley with The A/C Guys quickly responded to a call with our AC going out and replaced the evaporator coil the same day. A few months later we were having a issues and tested the system and found a leak had formed in the new evp coil. They warranty the part out and took care of the reinstall. They stand behind their products and labor to provide top notch custom service. Would highly recommend them for their professional work and customer service.

Absolutely stellar service. Time for summer check up.. Office scheduler very quick to make sure tech came when it was convenient for me to make sure my unit was up to the projected summer heats! Mr. Wesley did an amazing job. He is very honest and showed us everything so we know exactly what he was talking about. He went around and answered all of my questions and fixed the problems we had. He gave us needed advice and took care of everything in a timely manner. Very happy with the service. This is the second time we have used The A/C Guy, LLC and it won’t be the last. The guy helping and working hard alongside Mr. Wesley was very nice and hard working as well.

At home by myself with an infant while my husband is deployed and woke up to a freezing cold house. Wesley and the team from A/C Guy LLC were able to get here within an hour to fix the issue while also explaining to me what had happened. These guys are great! Go above and beyond for service.

We only had one appointment and it felt competent but pushy. Charged $125 per pound filling R410A which seems excessive since you can get it for less 25$ online. And I am sure she gets an even better price. According to Angie list a 25 pound container in the Houston area should cost 140-380$ including labor for replacement. Moving on.

Wesley is awesome! Its hard to find a great AC tech and Im so glad we found him. So professional, honest and reliable.

Wesley and Brandon went above and beyond expectations and hope. Were good until spring and I know they are there if I need them. BTW - Cynthia is a keeper. When she calls Im happy I answered and I feel better just talking to her. Attitude and charisma are everything in telephone customer service. She has both.

I have used the services of The A/C Guy for a number of years. Wesley and his staff are always responsive to his customers needs. His work is done right the first time. He explains what needs to be done so that a layman can understand. His work and the equipment he installs is always of top quality and a good value.

Wes put in a Reme halo zero air purifier for us. Within 12 hours the air quality in our house was significantly improved. I should have done this a long time ago.

He was very nice and friendly team. They were quick and efficient. We will be using their services again in the future.

They came out in only a few hours and fixed the problem in less time than that (same day). Friendly and gave advice on how to avoid future problems with my AC.

These guys were absolutely wonderful. My ac stopped cooling. I called them and they came by same day. The man that came to my house was very professional,polite and found and fixed all my ac problems. Also they are very reasonable priced. I did not feel over charged at all. Very fair company. I would recommend them to the people I love and respect.

Cant say enough good things about The A/C Guy. Bought a large a/c system for my home from them years ago. And its been running great until recently during the hot summer. They came over the same day (on a Monday) and performed maintenance and fixed the issues. Kudos to their office manger Tina and to Wes for all that they do. Great job!Edit: August 2023… the AC Guys just installed a 3.5 ton Trane unit in my home. On time, and excellent installation and service. Highly recommended for a great, honest job.

Adam and Ken are the real deal! They arrived on time, gave a fair and honest quote, assured me that I didn’t need as much work done as others told me I needed, and did an excellent install of 2 AC and furnace units. Once complete, they explained in detail the work they did as well as stayed late to finish install in one day due to cold temps tonight. And to top it off they left our place cleaner than when they arrived. I’m very proud to call this company my AC/Furnace guys! Adam even provided his cell for me to call or text any time I need anything! These guys deserve a raise! it’s guys like this that take a company to the next level!

Great guys fixed my A/C after the home warranty people sent someone out and broke a part then left me without A/C over the weekend when its over a hundred outside and then the beat part was he did not lie to me. He told me I needed to budget for a new one.

I called them when my A/C motor died. They came out to take a look and charged $90 for diagnostic. They said they would call the next day to give me a quote for the repair.They called and wanted $500 to replace the motor and $1000 to replace some disconnects. Thats outrageous.I called another repair guy. He came and replaced the motor for $350. My A/C is working fine since.Be careful with this company, very dishonest people.

Always prompt reliable service

This is the second time Ive had them out to check my heater before starting it every winter. Each time they were prompt and courteous. I have an older heater, I they could have easily told me that it needed work done. They didnt, when it does need work or when the AC needs replacing they will be the first one I call.

The A/C guy has been part of the family for years now and has repaired and even replaced an entire system, A/C and Heat outside unit and attic unit as well as various repairs for family members homes too.It has been a long time coming for this review, apparently my original review was removed or discarded as I discovered when coming back to update it on Google.I cant be the only one with positive feedback on this company but apparently one of only a few that took the time, Finally to express my positive opinion of this outfit.
