We had a wonderful experience with Milton Frank Plumbing. All the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They left the work space as clean as they found it, amd did a beautiful job installing our sink. Would recommend to friends and family.

We’ve used Milton Frank at our previous home and they were tremendous. I had to call them again to a different house and they went above and beyond. The technicians were so professional, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. They also did not leave until they knew for sure that the issue was fixed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC or plumbing help.

Milton Frank did a great job for me, actually they didnt do the job yet but we had to negotiate around my paycheck. They were willing to negotiate it worked out best for both of us and Ill give you another update when they come out tomorrow and fix my problem. Cody did a great job checking things out and making sure he knew what was going on and he gave me a decent estimate and Im looking forward to working out with your team. I’m not one to take the time to write out reviews like this but I think the level of professionalism from my experiences with them in the past year is very well deserved.Firstly, each of the employees I’ve met have been friendly, polite, and took the time to inform me in detail of their observations, which is very helpful to me since I’m a newer homeowner.I had duct work done in the summer. Richard E. was the technician. Him and his team did an awesome job with great customer service. They also provided great documentation, such as notes and photos.Another added benefit was that the duct work service fee included a free year’s subscription to specific maintenance checks and other benefits.Time had passed and I forgot about this. A few days ago I got a text from the company reminding me set an appointment to have my heating system maintenance done, which was included in the free subscription. Geo C. was the technician who arrived and was done in 30 minutes. Afterwards, he walked me through his observations with the documentation he completed while performing the maintenance check. He took the time to explain everything in detail.I’m sold on Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling and would highly recommend anyone to contact them. I’ll be referring them to friends for sure.

Milton Frank is the best. I called at 11:10AM and they were at my house 2 hours later. Our hot water tank went out - they had a new one installed by 4PM. Our plumber Alan was professional, informative and thorough.

I called in Monday at 10 am for assistance with sewer line stoppage and was given a 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm appointment window. Alan Torres arrived inside that window and provided a quote to perform the required service. I gave approval and he immediately started the work. He was able to clear the stoppage and called to have a fellow technician bring out a video unit to further examine the area. All work was completed within an hour and Alan provided an invoice for the exact quoted amount. They cleaned up the area completely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five Star plus service

I had an emergency with my heat this week. The company I use could not come check it out. I called Milton Frank for help . They came within an hour. Geo was my repairman. He was so very nice and fixed my problem quickly. It was one of our coldest days and was going to get colder. I am so grateful and plan to use Milton Frank whenever I need repairs..thank you.

Oscar was a nice young man. But he did not meet our needs. He did not find the leak even after I told him about where it was. He actually told us he didn’t see a leak and wanted to check our toilets which we knew was not the problem. And then were charged $312 for basically a service charge. We did find a plumber that same day that immediately found the water leak and fixed it for close to the same price. Jesus, the plumber showed professionalism respect and courtesy.He did a great job. Such a fine young man with great work ethicThe only thing is that i felt the cost was kind of expensive for the job of replacing supply line , valve and the inside of the toilet tank.Otherwise, Jesus finished in 20 min and so far my toilet is working fine.

I called Milton Frank Plumbing yesterday. They were able to come out today with a very easy three hour window of my choice…Oscar the service technician came to my home today. I have six bathrooms. He was able to take care of all of my concerns with a leak and servicing a few other issues. He was professional and polite. Pricing was very fare and I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone who needs good honest service.

The service guy was very friendly and pleasant. Looks like my issue was pretty much solved when he arrived but he ran an auger to make sure and explained what was going on with my shower head. I do recommend them and I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future and to install a tankless water heater soon.

The best service I have ever had and I will never use another plumber again! I called my home warranty company who sent out a different plumbing company, who quickly informed me that they couldnt help me (long story). I called 6 other companies, all of which went to voicemail with return calls over the next couple of days, however Milton Frank Plumbing answered the phone and sent someone out within a couple of hours. Micah and Nate from Milton Frank Plumbing arrived and had a different attitude than I had experienced with the last plumber. While facing the same circumstances (no water to my home), they begin diagnosing the issue and working through all of the possible solutions to get water to my home for my family. They not only solved the problem, restored water within a couple of hours, but they were pleasant, professional, friendly, honest, fair and prompt. It was my first time to use this company and I was really impressed. Allen and Chris did a fantastic job and I will be using them again. I had them replaced the flex line on my water heater.

Technician Robert Reed and his apprentice came to replace the toilet flange on pur downstairs bathroom. Mr Reed quickly evaluated the situation, explained the repair process and quickly started the job. His apprentice was very observant and seemed to be one step ahead at all times. The original flange was cut off and a new one installed and secured. The toilet was reinstalled, leak and functional checked, and everything was cleaned up like new. Thank you Milton Frank Plumbing, for the quick and easy process, friendly staff and professional plumbers.

Cody was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He installed a new kitchen faucet, and we havent had any issues with it. Since we moved into a 13 year old house, there are other plumbing updates we want to do, so we took advantage of their year long program discount.

I have had from Miltion Franks perform tasks for me. They replaced a water heater and unclogged a drain from my air conditioner. They did such a good job I have scheduled them to come next week to go over my heating systems.I highly recommend them.

Honestly, the best service. they answered the call after business hours, the technician showed up within 1 hour and fixed our problem. We were very happy with everything.

We’ve had numerous plumbing issues recently—shower faucet handle malfunctioning, dishwasher not draining/clogged disposal, two blocked up sinks not draining, and for every fix have called Milton Frank. They also did great job getting our tri-fuel generator hooked up to natural gas line during Hurricane Beryl so we didn’t have to rely on hard-to-get propane. The front office always gets us scheduled quickly, and the plumbers have been outstanding! We trust their service and couldn’t recommend them more!

I would give MF 5 stars except for the cost of the service. We paid $464.17 to clear four sink drains. We did not receive a quote up front. Tech was at the house less than 1.5 hours. Maybe I am out of touch, but $300/hr seems steep to me.

Milton Frank has been an absolute lifesaver for us the last 2 years. Theyve installed showers, replaced water heaters, and repaired leaks. They even came out on a Sunday afternoon and repaired a burst outdoor pipe that I ran into while mowing the lawn. We have used other plumbers and found their services less than satisfactory in comparison to the people at Milton Frank. They will continue to be our go to for all of our plumbing needs.

Alan did a great job finding and repairing our leak. He had to cut out part of the wall and made it as easy as possible. He was very helpful in putting it all back together. 🥹

Called them for a clogged AC drain. The work was ok, but didnt justify the ridiculous charges in addition to the service call charge!! I had the same problem a couple days later in another sink (apparently its a common issue during summer) and I got several quotes from different plumbers for less than half their cost. One did the work for a third of the price in half the time. Do yourself a favor and ask neighbors or friends for referrals, ot search on Thumbtack or TaskRabbit. Lots of plumbers available that will appreciate your business and charge ethically.

We have been with Milton Frank for many years. We are always very satisfied with the service men, but we ask for Clint for the A/C work. He is friendly and explains the problem thoroughly.

When accepting delivery on new washer/dryer, we were told the faucets were too corroded. Called Milton Frank. Earliest appointment was the next day. My husband happened to mention that if anything opened today, he would love it. About 15 minutes later, I received notification that there was indeed an opening today. Within the hour, someone was at the house. The repair took about 30 - 45 minutes. The gentleman that did the job was incredibly professional and informative. He even explained when to look for these things other areas of the house. Will definitely be calling Milton Frank next time!

I will never be able to say enough to compliment Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. My water heater began leaking on Memorial Day Friday. I called as soon as their business opened and was able to get an appt at 11:00 am same morning. I chose a replacement water heater due to age of broken unit. Milton uses top quality Bradford White product. They replaced all necessary parts and brought all up to code. My technician Micah Johnson was incredible. Excellent in his trade profession and answered all questions I had. All was complete in a mere few hours. Cost was reasonable and I feel confident that this new water heater will provide for me for many years. I am a repeat customer and no need to search anywhere else when I already hire the best team.

Technician who came out did a good job, and made sure all the installation and cleanup was completed before leaving. They made sure all my questions were answered.

I would recommend this plumbing service. I had two toilets installed, and the work was completed on time. The men who completed the work were very professional.

Had a clog in my toilet at my business that I couldnt get to by normal means. Victor got straight to work and got the job done in about an hour. Only issue I had was means of communication. I had asked for them to text me to let me know that the tech is coming, never received a text or call. Would have given them 5 stars if communication was more clear.

We have stayed with Milton-Frank for years.We have a maintenance contract, including discounts on repairs on the rare occasions when we experience AC issues. Clint, I would say, is their best guy. He is excellent at troubleshooting and explaining any issues and repair options (and hes good with dogs, I might add).

Was having problems with the gas valve on my outdoor gas fireplace which was buried in a rock chimney. Cody carefully hammered out the necessary rocks and was able to diagnose the problem and remove lizard that had crawled in and died blocking access to the valve.

Oscar Alleman decided that due to the type of sink that we have, the connecting part was not adequate . He checked with several people and decided to change the part which required a trip to Conroe to pick up the replacement. Oscar went to extremes to ensure that the work was done correctly. He takes pride in his work and we will definitely ask for him if we have any other problems.

Cody provided the estimate for options to replace a leaking hot water heater. He answered all my questions and after I elected to have the 2 hot water tanks removed and a tankless hot water heater put in. He was back the next day for the work and did an excellent job. 100% satisfied and the new unit which works great and Very professional service. His quality of work was top notch!

In the challenge of finding good contractors, I’ve run across a gem. Same day scheduling to unclog two showers (which were constantly slow draining and the Draino fix that I was continually trying was getting old) was a breeze done over the phone. Micah and his partner were professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with when they arrived. Good work done at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I had a stopped up drain between laundry room and my kitchen they were able to come a day early from my appointment which was great. after they arrived very reasonable quote within 10 minutes started work immediately the drain was cleared within 20 minutes. very pleased of their work I will call them back for other problems. they were about a third of the cost of most other plumbing companies. Had Milton Frank to do an inspection necessary for sale of my home. I was very pleased with their knowledge and and professionalism.I would recommend them.

Milton Frank Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations! It was less than 24 hours between the time I needed a plumber and my issue was resolved. The plumber was polite, informative and courteous (put shoe covers on before entering my home). I will use Milton Frank Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone in need!

Quick response, friendly service folks, reasonable pricing on air handler replacement. They got the job done very quickly, and every person I interacted with was professional and courteous. They made sure to cover/protect the flooring throughout the house, and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Solid warranty, fair pricing, good customer service.Only “issue” I had was the price I got quoted (it was either $300 or $350) for the capacitor replacement, which anyone can do themselves for $25-$30. But, I have been quoted $500 in the past from “Crossway mechanical”. I understand this is a high margin part/service for these businesses, and I don’t fault them for it. This alone was not worth taking away the 5/5 rating for the services I did choose to purchase from Milton Frank. Happy with the service we received.

I gave them 5 stars years ago and Im giving 5 stars again. They are always professional, great at communicating arrival times. Every tech I dealt with was knowledgeable. Most recently, I had a valve replaced in my mechanical room (I own a dental office), and we had a few issues with bubbles in the water line the next day. They came out after hours to correct it so that my business wouldnt be interrupted.

January 2017 hard freeze, every home improvement store sold completely out of pressure vacuum breaker repair kits, water flowing into the street, business trip in the morning, Milton Frank to the RESCUE ! My call was returned immediately and I would be notified when the plumber was on his way. Within the hour of my call, David knocked on my door. He is very professional. He inspected the problem and gave me an estimate before any work was done. Any questions that I had, he was willing and able to answer them. He did a great job on the installation. Now I am a Value Plan member and will use Milton Frank for any future repairs.

This is our third year continuing our maintenance policy with Milton Frank-prior to that we kept a whole house maintenance policy, which turned out to be a loser. Milton Frank will keep track of when we are due and contact us, appointments are timely and the techs always keep in touch by text as to their arrival, which is generally within the window given initially. We have had 2 really good technicians, Clinton and Richard who are always professional, courteous, and thorough. Our unit is now 10 years old and weve only had one minor repair in that time--we hope to get 10 more years out of it and will continue our maintenance contract with Milton Frank.

Update:Today’s was greatUpdate:Time has passed since the bad experience described below, and Milton Frank has been back to work on my AC units and plumbing issues.Things are great again.I have used Milton Frank for years, and other than the frustration that I experienced while trying to deal with a person who was new to me, things have always been great.I’m thrilled that Delia is back.***** Temporary period of frustration *****Tech determined that we needed new valves for shower. He said he was going to order them.2 weeks later the shower is still unusable, and I am unable to get any estimated delivery details.I have called multiple times, and I am always told that the parts are on order, and I will be called when they arrive.I am now trying to get any information to regain confidence that the parts will indeed arrive. I have asked for the name of the supplier, an order reference number, part numbers, or anything that would backup their claim that the order has been placed.I am consistently told that the service technician placed the order, and that he has the details. I have been told that he will call me with the details, but he has not.I asked that the technician speak to someone in the office and give them the details since he wont speak to me, but I was told No. He wont speak to me..So now it seems that the service tech is the only person that knows anything about the order, and he wont even share the information with his employers.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one of the 2 managers would be on the line with me shortly. Then it changed to Diego will contact you later today when he is in the office.The 2 managers had shrunk to 1, and he was out of the office.All I want is some details that confirm that an order has been placed and maybe even contact info for the vendor so that I can try to get an ETA.********** And it continues **********I called today because Diego didnt call me 2 days ago as promised.Today Diego is at a job site and will call me when he returns.Cant tell me whether he will call today or not.I have guests arriving tomorrow, and I still have absolutely no idea whether the parts were in inventory and are now in transit, or whether they are backordered.It is impossible to even get a feel for whether I should start looking for alternative solutions.********** I Got Info **********Diego called as I was updating my review above. He said that he was on the line with the manufacturer when I called, and he was trying to find a solution because my faucet is no longer manufactured.He said that the manufacturer was able to locate the parts, and they will be shipped today.I am Happy: The parts may be in route.I am Angry: I was fed more BS today. Diego was in the office trying to track down my parts when I was told that he was on a job site.I am Frustrated: For more than 2 weeks I have been told that the parts are On Order.I was worried about the parts situation when the service technician originally told me that he was going to order parts because I knew that the shower was old. I would not have been shocked to learn that finding parts was a problem.All I wanted was transparency from the beginning.******** UPDATE ********The part was finally truly located on Friday and arrived on Tuesday. The technician (Victor) installed it on Wednesday. He then came to fix another shower on Thursday.Victor did a great job. Thursdays fix was a puzzle, but he refused to give up. After studying the drawings, he realized that a part had been installed upside down.The shower now works perfectly for the first time in many years.I have no problems with Victor or Diego. The problems that I had were all caused by the gatekeeper that answered the phone and absolutely refused to give me any information or transfer me to anyone else.It was not Delia. Delia has always been nothing but professional and great to deal with.

Today I had a new water heater installed by Micah and Alan and I just want to say how impressed I was with the service of these men.I am known to be a perfectionist and let me tell you these men were so neat and clean with this installation I couldn’t believe that that anyone had been in my home.The installation was in my attic and it was a difficult job of fitting it in a small space that no other company wanted to tackle.The men worked so well with one another and really worked hard at making this happen. They were extremely professional, friendly, and took pride in their work.From now on I will never hesitate to use the Milton Frank Company and ask that Micah and Alan will be available to help in the future.

Our technician was able to discover and correct a factory installation defect in our replacement Kohler faucet. It has been installed and is working perfectly. I was very impressed with his curiosity, knowledge, and efficiency. He was prompt and very friendly too. We had previously used another plumber for the installation. He was unable to complete the install since he was unable to diagnose the improper position of a check valve in the faucet hose. Experience is worth paying for.

Alan and Frankie came out today to do my annual checkup. They found several small items that needed to be done. They made these changes quickly, and I now feel that my plumbing needs are handle for the next period. Very nice young men who did a professional job!

Called in after hours and left a message for service needed .Got a call first thing Monday set 2 appointments for the same day! Plumbing and A/C to check systems after storm. Technicians arrived when expected and were very professional . Would recommend the company to anyone needing plumbing or A/C work done .

Detailed estimate (including explanations ). Did not push for a decision but waited for our OK to set up an appointment. Showed up on time (with preadvice) the next day and installed the new water heater within the timeframe advertised. The technicians were courteous and efficient. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Milton frank continues to pursue excellence in service to us. We had a leak in the main water pipe to our house. The tech arrived a bit early and found where the leak originated. He needed to dig at least 3 ft down to find broken area. By the time the repair was completed and pipe was sealed it was 7:30 pm. The tech never deviated from getting water to us on that day-even though it was after his dinner time. Not sure how Milton frank hires and trains their employees- but each one we’ve been involved with has been impressive

The repairmen that came to the house were polite, knowledgeable, and avoided the hard sell of extra services which I truly appreciated. However, unlike most repair services they do not apply the service call fee towards the cost of the repair. There was no repair needed on my disposal, all he did was flip the switch to reset the disposal. I still had to pay the service call fee plus an additional charge for him to flip the switch. Will not use this company again.

This was the first time that I had the opportunity to use Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling and the service was excellent. I heard ghost flushes coming from a toilet and thought only the flapper needed to be replaced. When that did not work, I realized that the flush valve could be the problem. Once the Technicians arrived, they diagnosed the problem and confirmed that the flush valve did need to be replaced. The job was done in a timely manner with everything running smoothly in less than an hour. They were very professional and provided helpful tips. Many thanks to Mike and the Technician who took care of the installation. I will not hesitate to call Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling in the future when I have a need.

Called them to find a gas leak in our house. Their dispatch team called 30 minutes before the technician would arrived. Robert actually arrived in about 20 minutes . Once he found the issue he gave us the quote to fix it and an alternative. In this case the issue was a pipe that can be simply eliminated and saving us $6000 worth of repair. Highly recommend them for anyone in spring looking for a reliable plumbing company

Do not use this plumber! . The visit charge is reasonable - but they make up for it with job charge. Less than 30 mins to snake a kitchen drain. $340 ....Spoke to manager and his reasons were ridiculous. Invoice also references work that was not done regarding mulch outside the house. Our father is elderly and was placed in a position where he needed to have water turned back on so he had to use them not knowing they were going to charge the outrageous price! He was totally taken advantage of by this company!

A rodent chewed the pvc pipe on my water filter. They came quickly, made the repair, with courteous, polite, knowledgeable rapport. They even changed the filter on the water filter as an extra. We provided the filter.I feel the price was high. $600.00 Otherwise, I would give them a 5 star rating.

Have used Milton Frank Plumbing since 2000. Recently had their plumber replace a problem flush valve that I couldn’t get to work properly. Their plumber was careful, replaced the seal ring, checked for burrs and debris on the seals and functioned tested the toilet flush mode several times. The flush valve works properly now. They are on time, professional and courteous. Thanks for your service.

The drain pipe for my a/c unit in the attic was plummed going up hill by a previous a/c repairman. During hot humid weather I would have to go up into my attic several times a week to pressurize the drain to clear the water out. I contacted Milton Frank for a plumbing issue. And they arrived the on time for the appointment. They kept me updated through out the repairs from the arrival to departure. They use a flat rate price scale that I feel was pricey but fair enough because it keeps me from multiple climbs a day up into my oven hot attic.

Cant say enough good things about this company. We had an emergency call on a Sunday for a water leak.They came right out and fixed the problem. We also were referred to a water damage remediation company.Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, they also gave us an excellent referral, all at an excellent price.Its hard to find quality work done for an excellent price. They do just that. There is no other plumbing company I will use besides Milton Frank. Full stop.

The technician Cody Palasota was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was able to tell the kitchen faucet was clogged up and replaced it with a new one for me. A text and a picture of him was sent before he arrived which was great! I highly recommend!

We had several gas leaks at our house that became apparent after we moved in. Milton Frank was able to come out quickly but they were not able to fix our gas leaks. Their pricing was outrageous and that is my biggest reason for the 1 star. For maybe 3 hours of work, they charged a ton and did not do much. I was able to locate an independent master plumber who was able to find the gas leaks and repair them.

Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and our tech Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how he walked me through the various options for how we could address the issues we were facing. A great first experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. They will be my go-to from here on out.

The guy who came to my home was professional and explained everything to me. I think the quote he gave me was to high. I needed a few fittings on my gas meter to run my generator. I was told I had to supply the cut off value.

I was very worried about a water leak since we had a large increase in our water bill. He looked at everything and explained everything for no extra charge. He showed me how to look at the dials on the water meter. I recommend Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling.

My water softener had a pipe burst and some valves leaking after the deep freeze on 1/16/24. They had someone out to my house within hours of my call. The plumber assessed the issue and explained everything to me. Implemented a fix and we had water again that night. We identified some more things to fix in the near future, but no problem to me as Im happy to prevent future issues. Ill continue working with Milton Frank for plumbing in the future. Theyre responsive and easy to work with.

After snapping off my water street feed during a routine repair I had full gushing water outside my control. I called Milton Franks and Nathan showed up in less than 30 minutes to turn off the water. Excellent response. Then a few hours later Kevin arrives and makes permanent repairs. He was also excellent explaining what happened and his repairs. Overall very impressive and a big thanks to Nathan and Kevin.
