Joe came out to fix our heater that had been out for 2 months because another company gave us the run around and never came back to finish the job. He was able to come check out the problem and come back with parts to fix it and get it running in no time. We appreciate his professionalism and quickness. He can communicated with us the whole time which we really appreciate.

Pros: responsiveness, professionalism, helpfulness. Joe was fast and friendly getting the work done so I dont freeze during Enzo.Cons: price seemed a little high for the time the job took, but I didnt get a second quote to compare.

1 Star rating is Too much This COMPANY TRIED TO STEAL MONEY FROM AFTER PROVIDING A SERVICE TO FIX AN ISSUE AND 3 WEEKS LATER I LIVE IN TEXAS AND MY AC STILL DOES NOT WIRK! A technician by the name of John serviced my AC Unit via Choice Home Warrenty 3 wks ago. He charged me the $85.00 fee, which is my payment I am supposed to pay via my contract with choice. Then he charged me an additional $125.00 for a service fee. I questioned the charged because I have never had to pay a service fee on top of my membership before. He said it was standard and that I had to pay it in addition. Well I paid a total of $210.00 on that day. Well my AC went out again the next week and he was sent back out to fix it. I called Choice while he was still at my home and they advised him that he should have NEVER charged me anything over my membership payment. They also said he needs to submit all invoices to them and they pay the company. Well he said I would get a credit back that week. Not the case I had to call to ask for my money back and they still didnt want to reimburse me. It wasnt until I said I would take legal action for my funds that they then processed my claim within 24 hrs. Well GUESS WHAT HAPPENED my AC went out AGAIN. Choice sent an email notification that the same company would come out to service my AC ...4 DAYS LATER...SO I WAS IN GEAT NOW FOR 3 WKS. On the day they where supposed to come out I never received a call that anyone was coming. When I finally contacted the company they said They never received the request ...but when the had the tech John call me back he said he wasnt aware if the call back and that he would call me back. Well the next day...DAY 5 WITH NO AC. I call Elite back and yet again No one took responsibility and said they would call me back. Well that never happened. I called Choice back and said once thus issue is done I will drop them due to the lack of professionalism of thus company. So if a technician ask you to pay an additional amount DO NOT PAU THEM! FYI IM STILL WAITING FOR SONEONE TO FIX MY AC 3 ATTEMPTS AND 3 WEEKS LATER!!!!!!

Elite Climate Comfort was my second choice when my 13 years old AC failed. The technician, Joe Reinninger, showed up on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and spent over an hour in my 100°F attic inspecting every single cord and plug, trying to fix the failing 13-year-old motor blower. Despite his efforts, I ended up getting a new AC unit from them. They were able to install and operate the new unit within six hours, again working in 100°F conditions in my attic.A big thank you to Darwin and his crew, who showed up on time and performed their work in a timely manner, demonstrating professionalism and care for the house.

Elite Comet control has been doing all my air conditioner work on several projects for a long time. They have installed over 15 air conditioner units for me. All the people that work for them are very nice and always very clean I would recommend them to anybody they even did my mom and dad‘s house

AC was down Saturday night. I had appointment Monday morning and Sunday afternoon they offered me to come right now. The tech who was really good, found the issue quickly and made a temporary repair until they have the part.

Brand new home. They didn’t finish my AC unit in my attic properly. They didn’t install the sensor plug so it was spewing out for a month unaware. It leaked down through my ceiling all over kitchen while we were out of town. They sent someone to come out and fix it and didn’t offer to pay for the repairs for the ceiling damage they caused. Is there a reason water is dripping from the electrical components? Had to remove and replace damaged drywall and mold, almost $2k of damages. They fixed their mistake but not the damages they caused. So many serious issues with this system, but I’m not going to be calling them back out, I don’t care about the warranty I can’t trust you guys.Truly a sorry job.Thank you Michael for coming out to fix your coworkers mistakes, but your team struck out on this one.

Elite Climate Comfort LLC was very nice, and very professional. They could fix my AC right the first time. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. There was no guessing work. We didnt have to waste so much time like with the other companies.

Paid 250 and they didnt even. Clean the coils. Ac tune up was a scam. I specifically requested to clean both coils. And they only rinsed the exterior one with water. Even after the office assured me that they would be using a special chemical. Never did he even measured the freon on the unit.

Warranty company contacted Elite for an ac issue at my home. Response time was great but its been 9 days since they cant out and Warranty company says they have yet to provide a diagnosis, even after several phone calls and emails requesting the report, which means Im stuck with no ac.

Hard to find service from individuals that are honed into their craft. Joe R. Is a rare gentlemen that takes pride and ownership in his work. He did a great job for me.

Joe was on time and diagnosed the A/C issues quickly. He explained our options and answered all our questions. Joe also followed up after the installation of a new HVAC system (we knew our old equipment needed to be replaced) to ensure everything was working correctly. I would definitely recommend this business to our friends and neighbors.

We got our AC units inside installed a year ago. Two of them. The guys were great on install and timeliness and doing everything that they said they would and even a little extra. They got us good financing also! We did not replace our outside units and just recently one had stopped working. We had a friend tell us that evening exactly what was wrong and I had these guys come back out without telling them I knew to see how honest they were. They were very honest and very reasonably priced to get my AC working again on the outside unit. great team of guys!

I know I must have gotten on these people nerves because of a slight delay with my warranty company, they never complained. I had to have a new unit installed, once the warranty company informed me of my portion I was somewhat taken aback, but after they installed it in this unprecedented heat were having with no complaints and professionalism I have no regrets. Replaced 3-ton AC condenser and serviced 5-ton unit. Completely replaced all ancillary parts -- coils, plenums, furnaces, thermostats, and all ductwork. Installed two Active whole home purifiers. All services provided as agreed; courteous, professional technicians. Happy to recommend for any such work; completely satisfied with every facet of work.

Joe arrived at my house promptly. My downstairs heater was not turning on. He came and looked at the meter system got it to work. Upon going upstairs there was a noise it looked like the fan was going out. I thought oh no more money. He realized it was just Luz tightened it up and the problem was solved.I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me something he did investigative work.

I am not a complainer for all means, but I Fully Paid this company $7500 for new system and they suppose to come back and finish new ductwork on a new section I was doing construction, I have called the number for Michael, I have text him several times telling him I was ready for the duct to be installed. I only received 1 text back and 1 call back from his brother and to this day nothing has been done and I cant continue anything else until the Ductwork is done and inspection is completed. So I had to hire another company and paying them $2700 when this was already been paid to this company in full except the Permit cost which I told Michael brother I am willing to pay. I think my mistake was getting a sales rep from a whole different company that was really high in price and he told me Elite Climate control can do a better price. Be careful make sure the sales guy works with this company. I think they should reimburse me for the cost of these ducts. When they first came to do the job the installer did not have the full scoop of the job it was a whole confusion of what they where suppose to do.I know they are going to say no communication has been seen between me and them I see that response in some of the reviews but I have the text that I have sent them and the just 1 that was answered. if anyone want s a good a/c guys I can give you the number of the guys that are doing my ducts now, they a very responsive and good communication. I WANT A REFUND SENT FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR

Technician Joe Reinnenger is the best and the most cordiality person ever, he was always pending and answering my calls all the times I had to do it, He came to my house for my A/C problem and solved it in the professional way possible, even when his wife was in the hospital he came back to my place in order to check if everything was fine with my A/C, Ive tried several technicians before Joe but unfortunately no-one like him.If you have a problem with your A/C please do not hesitate to find and call Joe Reinninger because he will make you feel like a king.Thanks Joe for your professional commitment and God Bless You

Great service, call these guy for any issue with HVAC, very reliable, polite, professional, show up on time and they have good prices.

Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had. He came in and had my problem sorted in twenty minutes. Did extra inspections of my other system and located a disconnected exhaust duct that could have done some real damage if he did not reconnect it. He then talked me through what how I need to keep my system maintained. Very good overall. Thank you.

The AC repair they did lasted only a few days along with being expensive. When asked to re-visit to fix the issue, the customer service did not even bothered to respond back.

He has was great figured out the problem pretty quick.

Came out to tell me basically that my ac was fine and that my home warranty would not cover a repair/replacement for evaporator coil. (Which in the home warranty policy says is “all parts” are covered.Wouldn’t recommend using this company

The idea was not to just diagnose what is wrong, but to do something about it too! Now we are still waiting for a cooler atmosphere! But we wont get it because of what you did and did not do! Im not in my right mind, I am going through a lot of problems. I dont know what he did but the a/c seems to be working now.

I had gotten quotes from several other companies but I chose ELITE CLIMATE CONFORT because they were affordable with the best price around. Anthony was honest and straight forward with what the issue was and wasnt trying to sell me more than I needed. In todays time it is hard to find an honest company.

Technician came into my house and checked my 1st floor HVAC. He said it was all good and that I would just need to clean it up for future maintenance and that filter should be changed. Great service and very professional.

My outside unit began to make a louder than normal humming sound last week. MC from from Comfort airwas very professional, and listened to my concerns. Turn out my concerns were spot on given he found my unit was low on freon, and need to be cleaned.

Repair man was very courteous and knowledgeable he found the problem within five minutes said that he would check for approval and hopefully get it finished as soon as he found the part turns out it was a Blower motor highly recommend the company and the insurance to cover it

Technician came out 2nd time for heater not working.It started working before he arrive but no noises,while in attic w/him unit running heard a noise saw him holding fingers saying yes it works.Unit works after resetting thermostat,but noise in attic loud,they wont to charge $975.00 Inducer Blower Motor Assembly,that was working before he hit it

In 2018 the company installed a new AC and left few things not conforming to the code. We called him to fix it for free but he demanded to be paid to clean the AC before he went out there.

Don’t be fooled by your first encounter with this company. Once you are signed on to do business, they are very unprofessional and try to scam you by continually sending invoices. I would never do business with this company again.
