We had Lee Air Service install a new Trane 5 ton HVAC system in our home in 2019 due to their price competitive quote. The install went flawlessly and the Lee Service field technicians were very professional and very knowledgeable. We have had the extreme pleasure of developing a great relationship with Brandon, one of the Lee Service field technicians who was involved in the install, as well as performing the spring and fall system check-ups. Brandon is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, very personable and takes time to answer, in easy to understand language, any and all questions I have had. Amazing company! The workers are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and they go the extra mile. I had them install my new system in 2015 and they are always there to help with service or questions. 5 star is not a high enough rating for them! All technicians that I have met are the best.

We are so thankful for Lee Air Services timely response and help with our ac unit. We came home to our ac not working. I called Lee Air Services. They had a technician at our house in less than an hour. Brandon was our HVAC tech, and he was amazing! He quickly found the problem, fixed it, checked everything else on our system inside and out. He also took the time to explain to me and my 18 year old son what he did to fix the problem, what to look for and what we can do to prevent our lines from clogging again. He even added a clean out line for us to routinely add bleach and warm water to help prevent the sludge from happening again. We are thankful the shut off switch worked, so our house didnt flood! Thank you, Brandon for your kindness, your help, and for taking the time to answer all of our questions. We feel very valued and informed, thanks to Brandon:) We appreciate you and Lee Air Services! Our AC unit quite cooling and I feared we lost the compressor. Victor and Jacob quickly did their diagnostic tests and diagnosed that the compressor likely shut down due to insufficient cooling through the heat-exchanger veins in the housing. They took 30-minutes to safely and thoroughly wash the veins with our hose, re-confirmed all other components were functioning, and returned our unit to operational status, all for the small service / cleaning fee. Professional, talented, and polite crew.

We are 20+ year customers of Lee Air Services. We dont get to see them but twice a year because they Maintained a first a/c so well it lasted twice its promised life! They continue to maintain our current a/c long after its warranty was done. Last weekend I called and admitted I sprayed my thermostat with cleaner. Chad informed me of the weekend fee and was here with Victor almost immediately as I am elderly and have a health condition. They were kind about telling me I had fried the touch screen; provided a choice of two new thermostats from their stock: installed it and showed me how to use it; all in about two hours. My fee was discounted because of the purchase and install. Lee Air Services employs top notch humans besides being the best at what they do! Thank you Chad and Victor!

Called them today with a clear issue, they tried for 30 minutes confusing me on the phone to buy more. Ended up having the guy come out, he charged me 325 dollars to connect 2 pipes that got discounted. Literally 2 screws and tape, 325 dollars. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever for the rip off cost and the confusion.There are plenty of good ac companies, this is not one. I attached a photo, he literally moved to two pipes together and charged 325 lol incredible.

I was having an issue with some rooms being warmer than the rest of the house after some attic work was performed. I called Lee Air. They sent someone the same day. Victor came out to diagnose the problem. He found a duct detached that another company missed and secured it immediately. Very pleased with service I received today.

We have been customers with Lee Air Services since 2008 when Mr. George Johnson, owner, came to our home and went through a quote for a new system step by step. From that moment he sat at our kitchen table….we knew we were in good hands. That 2008 TRANE System lasted 16 years! And with the determined assistance and expertise from Brandon Paonssa, Service Manager, he maintained this system until this year when it was time for a new one. Again….2024, Brandon sat down with us and went step by step over his quote for a new system and all the “bells and whistles” he encouraged us to add to make this system even better and more efficient. Brandon and his crew installed a brand new, state of the art TRANE system that included the newest compressor and air handler, made 110% certain we were treated with Kidd gloves and even installed the most up to date smart technology thermostat that is wifi ready. Our A/C quit cooling late on a Friday afternoon with the temperature at 103 deg. Called Lee Air Services and received a call back within minutes from Victor and he told me he could make us his next service call. Before he arrived, the A/C started cooling again. I called Victor and postponed the service call until Saturday at 8 AM. Victor arrived on time, checked out the unit and determined it was working perfectly. Victor asked if we had experienced any power outages? We have a Ting Monitor which monitors our home’s electrical system and sure enough there had been a very brief power failure which caused the compressor to try and restart with high pressure causing overheating of the compressor and a shut down until the compressor could cool down. Problem was not with our A/C but with Oncor’s lack of consistent distribution of electricity in our area which is a regular occurrence. Almost a week later, our A/C is working perfectly. We appreciate Victor’s quick response and identification of the problem.

I’ve been using Lee Air for 10+ years. When we purchased our most recent home we had them convert us from electric to gas. They did an excellent job with minimal disruption to our home. We use them for maintenance 2x a year. Always excellent. Techs are very well trained and respectful of my property. Highly recommend them for all HVAC needs!

Lee Air Services did an excellent job replacing both of my HVAC systems at a competitive price and in a timely fashion. Their team cleaned up and tested everything. They came back a few weeks later to do a recheck and make a requested adjustment. They provided an excellent warranty and I strongly recommend them.I had a good experience with a Lee Air service call many years ago. So I asked them for a 2nd opinion after a service call from a different provider who quoted an inflated price. They responded quickly to my initial estimate request, providing a number of options. Lee is a family owned and managed business, and I appreciated their honest and straightforward approach.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the Texas heat. After 3 quotes for replacement, Lees had the best price for an EVEN BETTER unit, more options, as well as, replace duct worked for less than what I had been getting quoted to just replace the unit! The team that arrived to replace was professional, on time, and did great work.Thank you for dealing with the heat in my attic to replace and fix our issues and getting us back up and running in a timely matter! Would recommend and call Lees again and again!

Had to replace complete AC System. Lee Air was very helpful in this process and even offered to provide window AC units since the ones I selected had to be shipped in. Communication was excellent and all the team members working in and around my house were respectful and professional. They completed the work timely and my house is cool once again. 2019 Lee Service installed a new furnace in my house, cost $5000. I have called them back out to fix issues with installation and equipment 4-5 times at the cost of $4000. Still furnace does not work. Currently they are waiting on a new control board to fix an error with the 2-year-old furnace control board. This will cost $410. The temp. outside is currently 34 deg. and it is daytime. I have zero heat at this time. At this point they are responsible if the waterpipes burst in my home. I am at my wits end and the end of my relationship with Lee services. If I must get service one more time for the POS work and equipment, I have installed it will not be Lees. My hope was that Lee Services would fix what they installed but that doesnt seem to be possible.UPDATE: Had a furnace installed less than 2 years ago by Lees for the last 2 years I have had to pay and additional $5000 in repairs to the unit and had ceiling damage repaired that they caused. The last time they came out they damaged a Freon line going into the A coil. I told them to leave. Call One hour AC repair and they came out found the leaking line at the air handler and fixed it. Another $1000 to fix what Lees broke. Lees told me I could not be pleased and not to call them again. Thats fine with me. Worst AC techs in the business. Called Trane corp. office and found out that all Trane installers are required to give a minimum of 2 years parts and labor. Lees only gives a 1 year labor warranty. They are violating their agreement with TRANE. Charged me $1000 labor on a warrantee repair. FYI DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EQUIPMENT YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I have used Lee Air Services for years. They have installed two 16seer Trane systems and have done all the maintenance for the last 15 years. Lee Air Services staff has always been professional and has explain any additional services needed. Pricing is given before any work is done. I had to wait for a Evaporator coil last year because Trane was having issues getting equipment. The staff kept me updated and installed the equipment as soon as they received it from the manufacturer. I called around and everyone was having the same issues about getting equipment due to Covid.

We replaced an older AC unit with a new Trane AC. On the morning of installation, we were called to let us know they would be out shortly. The installers (including the owner and his son) were very professional and had everything installed and working in a few hours. The crew was very respectful of the floors in the house by covering them and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Ac is working great. Thank you Lee Air Services for a job well done from Colleyville.

I had my AC Unit replaced today by this company. The entire crew came out first this this morning to make it happen quickly and efficiently. Every single member of the team was friendly and courteous and got right to work. There was one very slight issue this evening that needed to be addressed . They came right back out after 6pm and got it fixed for me.This is my go to company now for my cooling and heating needs. I will not call anyone else. Thanks everybody at Lee Air Services!

Had them out to fix an issue with air handler, tech was courteous and fixed the main issue of the cooling cycle not running this was the first $129.00 charge. Then had them back out to fix the subsequent issue of the air handler now not shutting off & the tech said that the relay needed replacement and it would be another roughly $400 to replace a $25 relay. I opted to purchase the relay myself & install and they still charged me another $95 for coming out to fix what should have been done right first time. He could have completed that in another 20 minutes or less.

Lee Air installed a new 4 Ton Trane unit in our house a week ago. Their team was nice and hard working. Asked questions and accommodated our requests/concerns as well as walking us through the process they were doing step by step. Neil did everything he said he would & then some. Hauled away an older unit that was sitting in the attic as well as the one they removed & replaced, moved the condenser around the corner to make my wife happy as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for an A/C & Heating company.......house is comfy and cool now.

I just moved to Southlake a few months ago from San Antonio. Unfortunately for me, the AC went out and stopped cooling on Friday night while I was entertaining some friends and family roughly around 10pm. Luckily for me, Lee Air had one of their stickers on the thermostat from the last home owner.So, I called thinking I will just leave a recorded message (being its 10pm at night on Friday) for them to schedule an appointment for Monday. Too my surprise, someone was still at their office answering phone calls. Wow!!!They asked a few question about how it was working before it stopped, they said, incase it was something simple like a breaker had tripped. No breaker trip so, it had to be something wrong with the equipment.. Lee Air than asked if I wanted to wait till Monday or if I wanted or need someone out tonight. I was surprised again that they still had a tech at the ready... Being that I was entertaining and the house was starting to get warm (80 degrees and rising fast). I decided to have them come out that night.So, keeping in mind there was a party still going on. The Lee Air tech (Jim) shows up within 30-45min from the time I call. I showed him where the thermostat was but, within a minute it seemed, he informed me that the issues was not with the Indoor unit and show him where the outdoor unit was located. After showing him the unit, I went inside to continue hosting. I would say within 10-15min I started to feel cooler in the house. Curious, I went outside to check on the tech. He informed and showed me the burnt wire he had found on the outdoor unit and also showed me the coils that had dog hair blocking it.Long story short, Lee Air fixing, cleaned, and checked over the entire system and found no other issues that would keep the system from operating. Lee Air did leave me with some information on a few things I could do to improve my AC for the future and lower my electric bill but, I didnt feel pressured that it had to be done right away, especially at Midnight, Haha. Felt like I was talking to my brother (whos a auto mechanic) about my car.Anyway, I was overly impressed with Lee Air Services compared to my experiences with AC companies in San Antonio in the past. They seem to go above and beyond the call of duty. As I see it, there was a reason why the sticker was still on the thermostat in my house and why it will stay there. I noticed other reviews stating that the are expensive. However, Im a firm believer, that you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more and get great 24/7 service that I have come to trust in such a short time.Keep up the great work Lee Air Services!!! You have a new customer.

Our HVAC system was old and I decided to have Lee Air Services give me a quote on complete system replacement (using existing ducting). They gave me a quote for complete system replacement including fan, furnace, outside condenser, thermostat, outside shutoff elect box, new type of freon, etc. I also asked if they could provide a small window unit for A/C for one room to last while they big unit was off which they did for $50 which included install and remove. The entire job took their professional crew maybe 4 1/2 to 5 hours, due to organization, everyone knew their job. Mr. G.L. Johnson the owner is a wonderful human, and a veteran. I try to do business with veteran owned companies when I can. Top notch, professional, reliable! Thanks!

We been waiting on them this whole time, just to be told they Can Not get a new system for us, When they told us numerous times that it was shipped, they are just waiting for it to come in! I ordered a service through them because my son used to work for them. Ac heat pump went out on Christmas of 2021. I have got financing through them, no problem. February came around, and they still didnt have all the parts. I waited this long because I figured I had a loan through them. Called them up for about the 15th time, and they said the condenser was shipped already. This was the last of January 2022. 2 weeks went by and called them back. The new service manager said, Oh no, we cant get your condenser. You need to use someone else. We cant do this. Got the owners phone # from my son and called him numerous times. No answer.

A couple of months ago I called Lee Air Services because the very expensive Trane heat pump they sold me had malfunctioned again. Their technician came out and charged me a diagnostic fee of $79, changed the air filter for another $40 bucks or so (which he said was the root cause of the problem because it was clogged with microscopic pet dander and was causing the unit to freeze up) and replaced a couple of parts including a capacitor in the outside unit under warranty that he said were bad.He also tried to tell me the outside unit needed to be hosed down and cleaned for an additional fee. He obviously hadnt even looked at it because I had meticulously sprayed it down and vacuumed out every speck of dust and debris the day before while trying to figure out what was wrong with it myself. He abandoned that upsell attempt as soon as I challenged him to show me any dirt or debris whatsoever in or on the unit.That night the unit malfunctioned again. The same technician came out the next day, and charged me another diagnostic fee and discovered that the drain line (which had been installed with the new system by Lee Air Services) was clogged and causing condensation backup to trip the safety switch.Since they didnt install the drain line with the proper slope angle, I now have to disconnect it once a month and flush it with draino and hot water to be sure it doesnt clog again. Im going to have to have it ripped out and reinstalled fresh by a certified plumber.He quoted me over $400 to clear the line, but I cleared it myself in 10 minutes while he was still there.A year or so earlier we had a Lee Air Services technician out twice in the same week with multiple diagnostic fees before they determined the fan clutch was bad in the outside unit and replaced it under warranty.Yesterday the outside unit started making a loud buzzing noise, which I suspect is caused by a bad contactor relay switch. I called Lee Air Services and they said the earliest they could have someone on site would be 1 pm tomorrow. Then the lady who answered the phone went into their usual script of I see you have a ten year warranty and just need to inform you that there is a $79 diagnostic fee and if the issue is caused by something like an animal getting into the outside unit the warranty doesnt cover that... yada...yada...yada.I wanted to tell her that if a $10,000 plus AC unit made by Trane and installed by Lee Air Services has a problem because small animals can get into the unit that would be a serious design and/or installation flaw.Well see whether my experience with them this afternoon affects my current perception either way.Regardless, Ill be calling Trane today to find another company to handle my AC warranty repairs before the next outage occurs.Stay away from Lee Air Services...theyll nickle and dime you to death.

Horrible people. I bought a new unit in 2008. Unit compressor went out 3 weeks ago. I called around for quotes and here is the kicker. The company that i used told me that my unit was old on the inside. In fact, the compressor was a refurbished used one. I paid almost 5000 for that unit brand new. I wonder if this is common practice after seeing these other reviews. Beware.

Had a pre-summer check on my units. One unit (new install by them 5 years ago) was draining to the secondary line. Tech came out on Monday, did the check and cleared the primary line (had to pay additional for clearing the primary line). Water started to drain to the secondary line again on Wednesday. Called them and was told I have to pay $80 for them to come check. So, you have to pay more to them to check for their own bad workmanship. I was told they did not warranty drain clogs, but for 2 days? They have lost me as a customer, will not be ordering the 2nd unit from them when the time comes.

Just saw an old email reminding me of my dispute with this company. DO NOT use these guys unless you have a complete quote up front or details about the repair. They replaced my fan when I clearly needed a new unit.The repair failed in a few days. The owner lied and said he tech told me I needed a new unit. Why would any rational person pay for a fan only IF they knew the unit was old and should just be replaced.

Called around 5 pm. They answer there phones after hours. Tech came at 1 pm next day. capacitor fixed and cool air on again. So glad they were available immediately. They were upfront about 80 trip charge. But it was applied to the invoice. Overall charge 350. Called ahead to let us know they were on the way.
