Sean is our GO TO guy when it comes to our heating & AC issues. He is extremely thorough and patient when explaining the work that needs to be done - best of all, he is honest. We have never been overcharged & he usually comes out the same day. Two gigantic thumbs up!!!

From the beginning (9 yrs ago?) just the best service and great people. When our A/C failed they returned “after hours” with portable units while we waited for ordered parts. A year later there were some system glitches which were addressed and completely resolved. I trust these people and wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. When a bird flew into the heat pump on a Saturday we were able to speak with the owner then get the next available appointment. Same great service we’ve known for all these years has not changed.

Fast and very responsive to my AC needs. I have an older AC unit and they never pushed me into buying a new one with them. They said, mine was still running great and did update me my home unit with having spray foam in my attic. Very informative, and highly recommend.

One of my AC units suddenly developed cooling issues, and given that the unit was originally installed over 20 years ago, I decided to have it changed instead of continuing paying the AHS service fee for someone to come patch it up temporarily. AC & Heat Solutions was one of many companies we requested cost estimates from. We decided to go with AC & Heat Solutions to perform the work because of the honesty, attention to detail and experience of the service engineer, Jeff that I had met. Moreover, the estimate was much lower than what most of the other companies had provided.Jeff surveyed my home and developed written proposals that he presented at the second meeting. He answered my questions honestly, and even suggested improvements to my installation even without prompting. He actually suggested a different unit than that I already wanted, even though the cost was lower...the energy efficiency benefits between the two was minimal to justify the cost difference (only someone honest would do that).Jeff and team arrived promptly on the install date and completed the installation without a hitch. They cleaned up after the installation and Jeff spent time to train me on how to use my new thermostat. Overall, I would definitely recommend AC & Heat Solutions if you need to do any work in your home. They are definitely one of the better service companies I have had the opportunity to interact with in a long time.

Great team, everyone is professional. They installed a new HVAC system without trying to upsell for something we didnt need. Got a great price and installed right away. Replaced a 30yr old system and our utility bills were ridiculously low all year, both running AC all summer 7/24 and the heat. Our Air Conditioner went out over the weekend. I left my information with American Standard who put me in contact with Jeff from AC and Heat Solutions. Jeff came out to my house, looked over the system, listened to our needs then provided us with several options. He left us with the information and let us take the time we needed free from any sales pressure. Once we decided to go with AC and Heat Solutions they were at our house within three days. On the day of service they showed up early and completed the work in less than four hours. Jeff was there to ensure everything went smoothly and to the highest standards. I have happily used AC & Heat for on to 10 years now. They are professional, courteous, on-time and have never given me a negative thought about good value. I recently had a new multi-stage unit and new filter etc. installed and I am very pleased with the result. They took time to correct some failed ducting issues and now the whole house is comfortable and much quieter.

I was hesitant in purchasing this offer thinking hed come in and try to upsell me on everything and say my unit is worthless. He did the opposite, he did show me my unit is 20 years old but that it was working in good condition and just needed some adjustments and should be good to go. This make me confident that when I DO need bigger service or a new unit Ill call Sean because I do trust him to give me a good deal not just try to take money that I dont need spending. Been using them for years, wouldnt trust anyone else in my house. Sean has been great servicing our units, Jeff was great installing a new one a couple years ago, and when I had concerns about a damper problem Rob came to check it himself on the day after Christmas. Yes my experience with this company the service guy came out and said that I had a leak but it was still Freon in the machine if its leaking has it still Freon in there so that was a lie so I had told him get a second opinion and he was like this year cost 3000 this cost 5000 to get a whole unit 10 year warranty when all I needed was a new computer board and some Freon in there and its working just fine Dont take your money trying to tell you what you need to get first of all do the research I was out of $400

Second time this company and their technician, Sean, have serviced our home. On both occasions, circumstances resulted in us being told by ANOTHER COMPANY one thing was wrong and it would cost a fortune to fix. We called AC and Heat Solutions, and they sent Sean out to service our HVAC and provide a second opinion. When it was all said and done, we spent less money than previously quoted and were informed that our AC was perfectly fine and that it just essentially needed some TLC. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and always helpful. Also, on the two occasions I called in, Rob (not sure if he is the owner or manager) usually returned my call. The first time he went above and beyond helping me to figure out the cost for a replacement part and labor they would charge (which we ended up not needing anyway). Ive used AC and Heating for many years. They installed a completely new HVAC system and reworked crummy duct work a few years ago, all of which has helped to heat and cool my house more evenly and efficiently. Sean is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He answers all my questions and explains things making it easy to understand. He also lets me know about other products but is not a pushy salesperson. I like to know what else is available but glad he doesnt push for the up-sale. When he was finished with the service, he left the area clean. I highly recommend them.

When this weeks heat wave hit DFW, only one company could see me within 72 hours, and they saw me within 24 hours. It was AC & Heat Solutions. From the initial phone call to the formal diagnosis, they put my mind at ease saying that my description of the problem sounded like a text-book capacitor issue (a relatively inexpensive fix), which proved to be the case.Even though they accidentally lost my contact information, they held my appointment time, figuring Id call if they didnt show up. I actually called before-hand to confirm, which is when they shared that mistake. Nonetheless, the service technician, Sean, was on his way and ended up being on-time.When Sean entered my house, he removed his shoes without my asking. He welcomed my watching over his shoulder to learn, and he even taught me what he was doing along the way. After identifying the fault in the capacitor, he proceeded to make sure everything else was functioning properly.After fixing my AC, Sean taught me how to keep my AC units clean, and went into my attic to examine my duct work in order to help me know why one of my rooms hasnt cooled properly for the past several years (turns out, one of its ducts isnt connected).I never felt like I was receiving a sales pitch from Sean, just helpful tips for getting the most out of my AC.AC & Heat Solutions will be my go-to AC guys from now on. June in Texas is not the time to have AC issues, but Rob, Sean, Jeff and their team provided 5-star plus service with their quick response, their comprehensive assessment and diagnostics of my AC system, their assistance in obtaining warranty coverage, and their overall professional and helpful manner in solving my problems. Sean did a great job when asked to come out and give a second opinion. He cleaned the outside and indoor units and replaced a capacitor for $200. Another AC company quoted $9800 to replace the system when asked to just do annual maintenance. I will never use any other company again to service my AC unit.

I know almost everyone has had a good experience with them but I didn’t. I got rescheduled twice and every time they would reschedule it would be another week or two out of the initial appt time. If you’re rescheduling people, those should be the first come and I didn’t feel like I was that priority to them. My last reschedule, they wanted me to change it because there were other people who didn’t have a/c so they were gonna push me back again as if I didn’t already wait. I get helping the people in need but why make a schedule if you’re gonna do that. I’m sure they’re a great business but for me they’re a no go.

Theyve been maintaining my old HVAC system for 15 years and its still kicking. I cant recommend them enough.

Very Informative Groupon A/C Heat InspectionUsing a Groupon made an otherwise costly service much more reasonably priced. I would not recommend the inspection at full price because it really doesnt take that long or involve that much work but at a discount it was worth it. The tech arrived right on time, was very nice, answered all my questions, and he didnt try to up-sell me. He ran the electrical tests on my ac/heater and determined that even though there was nothing wrong with the unit it could be more effective with a different setting which he showed me how to adjust manually. My only complaint is that he refused to clean out the four inches of built up leaves inside the outdoor fan because, it wont make any difference, but he did wash it down with a hose which he told me should be part of regular maintenance. He also explained some of the things I should know when I go to buy a new unit since mine is about 2/3 of the way through its life and not really worth doing anything to at this point. Overall I was satisfied with the inspection because I learned a lot and I can trust that my system is in good order but I am a little disappointed that I still have to open up the thing to get those leaves out myself.

I always call AC & Heat Solution for my HVAC system. I do the routine maintenance plan for a Summer and Winter Pre-check. They keep my systems up and running so I dont have a breakdown in the middle of the night. They can usually show up same day if I have any issues. I highly recommend them.

I had an extremely poor experience with this company unfortunately. I came across their services via a Groupon they were offering. Before I purchased the Groupon, I was sure to check that I was in their service area, as I know that many of these companies only service certain locations. I called right after to book the appointment. When I called, the receptionist put me on hold to check that I was in their service area. She came back and told me that she thought I was out of their service area, but that she would check with a manager and call me back. I explained to her that I specifically checked the service areas listed on Groupon to make sure I was part of the service area before I bought it, so I believed that to be a mistake. I also asked that when she spoke with a manager, she explained that to them that the Groupon states that they service the City of Fort Worth and that I am in the city of Fort Worth. On top of that, I am not even close to the city limits or anything questionable, I am in 76132. She called back and told me I was not in their service area. I was definitely upset at this point. I asked her to contract Groupon on my behalf since the information on their page was wrong and she said she couldnt. Which will be another call, waiting, and headache for me. On top of that, I cant get a refund from Groupon, only a credit that has to be used in 24 hours. I asked for a call back from their manager to see if they could make an exception, but apparently they were available to answer her question but not to call me back promptly. Very poor experience and customer support.
