Had our couch delivered from Hawaii today. It was smelling funky with water stains and looking really bad. Wife called Steam master cleaning and Salvador was at our house 2 hours later. Salvador was perfect in communicating what could be done and was honest about the possible results. He was able to save what we thought was a lost couch and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome he was able to produce. Thanks Salvador

Steer clear of this company. They ruined my upholstered Pottery Barn headboard/baseboard (heat and pressure were too high, fabric stretched out) and they ruined my master bedroom carpet (carpet was soaking wet for 3+ days, had a terrible smell and slimy film. It was so bad I had to replace the carpet before my out-of-town guests arrive the following week.) I called them the day after they did the work and they sent out two of their seasoned technicians who agreed the job was done incorrectly, but then the company wouldnt return my phone calls, gave me a fake mailing address, and became completely non-responsive. I ended up getting an attorney to write them a letter and still no response. They are the worst. I have photos and videos of the damage. They over-promise their services and have no integrity. I urge you to hire someone else.

Jacob and Alexander came out just a few hours after I called which was very impressive. I was not home but my wife was and Jacob made sure to call me to go over pricing and the details. The carpets and rugs were cleaned with no issues and left the house smelling brand new. Highly recommend this company especially with same day service. When I arrived home they were finishing and Alexander even showed me around the van as they were putting the tools back. Very structured process and it was all around a great experience. We initially contacted Steam Master for carpet-cleaning only, but then we loved the awesome work Baron and Juan did, we asked to do our grout cleaning in the bathrooms and we were very happy with the result.We added more service as a result, and Matt did the air-duct cleaning. All the ducts are visibly clean and free of pollutants as shown in the picture.Thank you Baron, Juan, and Matt, we will definitely talk to you again for our next cleaning.

Salvador and Brandon came outto quote me on my couch which I havent cleaned it 4 years and my apartment carpet that I moved into 3 weeks ago, the carpet bothered me a lot and the apartment Im in has terrible management, so I decided to reach out to steam master cleaning which has five star reviews. From initial contact to project completion, my experience with Steam Master has been nothing short of excellent. Someone always answered the phone! Brandon Sanchez was my technician, and he showed up on time, thoroughly assessed the work, explained everything in detail, and delivered everything he promised. Our carpet on our office was very old and had several latex paint stains, and Brandon did an incredible job cleaning it. Called to inquire about pricing but they wouldn’t give even a standard baseline quote for carpet cleaning. Scheduled an estimate/possible cleaning of an empty house; the guy who came explained he wasn’t sure how to treat the stains since we weren’t sure what caused them. He tried everything he had (and charged me for each failed attempt) and after, there was virtually no difference in the carpet color. I told myself that the cost was at least peace of mind that the carpet was sanitized, but I could’ve used my own personal shampooer for that and saved $815 or put that towards new carpet. Complete waste of money, don’t recommend, won’t use this company again.

Gabriel and Michael showed up on time, explained the process and was able to do the job the same day.I had an issue with cat smell from the previous owner and the team did an awesome job of eliminate the smell.They also steam cleaned the floors which had a film of dirt and grime. Spent so much time making sure to get each area of the floor clean and even ask me along the way if I needed anymore cleaning in specific areas.I do believe they did an exceptional job. Now the cleaning was pricy and as a customer/ consumer, I prefer a price list before hand. This was not provided by Steam Master management. That is the one thing I would have liked to have beforehand.Gabriel and Michael represented the company in a professional manner.

I was in need of tile and grout cleaning and sealant. Steam Master had Michael and Chris out in two hours after I called for an estimate. Michael and Chris were upfront and honest, and after an hour and a half later, my floors looked amazing. These guys are true professionals! I made numerous calls for estimates, and Steam Master beat the other 4 competitors, so it was a win, win combination. Thanks again!

Big Thank you to MATT LUCIO, he didnt just do a great job and stop at good. He went above and beyond. He definitely knows his job very well. I had some white chairs that I didnt think would be cleanable. They look brand new! He used a fine fabric shampoo cleaning and worked so hard. I made an appt two weeks ago with another company and took off work to be home. They showed up and told me they couldn’t do the job bc of the positioning of my apt. Mathew did a fantastic job for carpet cleaning. Steam Master is a very professional and very comprehensive service. They initially offered to come in and evaluate the carpet to give a quote free of cost. Mathew was very thorough and went over every detail of what the issue was, he walked through all the rooms with his UV light and showed me his concerns. He formulated a plan for his recommended services and explained everything in detail including the reasoning for his recommendations. The pricing is a little bit on the higher side but he offers a variety of services. Mathew initially used a commercial HEPA vacuum, then did a turbo power scrub, Level 1 pet topical treatment, neutralizer deodorizer, 3M scotchgard for the carpet to prevent further stains and to improve the life of the carpet. He ended the service with the speed dry fans. The carpets look very clean and smells fantastic. I would hire their team again. Great job Mathew! Thank you.

Very impressed with Matt Lucio! He was able to get blood stains out of carpet that I just knew would be impossible to remove. Matt was professional, on time, took care into protecting the baseboards and front entry so the hoses would not scratch the door. We will definitely use them again.

OMG!! Our carpet was BAD due to letting our two dogs use the front room as their room while we were at work. They did everything in there and it was not pretty (first photo can confirm). It was just time to clean it up and start training the dogs to wait until we get home to go outside. Matthew Lucio was FANTASTIC!!! He came in looked things over and suggested a pet level 2 clean, just look at the second photo. I am glad I called and had them come out, the stains are gone the smell is gone. I think the photos attached speak volumes to the work that Matthew and Steam Cleaning have and hold them selves to!

Salvador did a great job! After introducing himself, he asked if he could come in (hardly anyone does that anymore). His quote was very reasonable; he wasnt a hard sell at all. Gave me some options & we went from there. He helped me move a small piece of furniture downstairs, which I appreciated. Our carpets look great, he was able to remove some stains. A/c leaked at my house, the fluid came through the carpet in multiple places through out the house. Can’t speak to the quality of their work but their drivers suck and will cut you off, even if you’re going over 50mph. Driving erratically, tailgating cars, just wanted to warn others after we almost got into a wreck with a truck and trailer when he decided to put out and cut us off.

I used the area rug steam cleaning service and was very pleased. The two large 8x10 rugs were in heavy traffic areas and had been through puppy potty training over the last year. We just moved and need to get them refreshed before setting them in the new house. When unrolled, they reeked of dog urine. Michael S made quick work of cleaning and sanitizing both carpets and offered a fresh scent on top of cleaning. The rugs look incredible and have no more smell. Michael S and Matt L were excellent. I booked a same day cleaning and they were exceptional.

I called yesterday after reading all the great reviews on line and I am so happy I did. I needed a large wool area rug cleaned due to pet stains and an 8 year old sectional cleaned. JT was very helpful on the phone and got me scheduled for this morning. I had a fabulous technician, Salvador A. He was so professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He assessed my rug and couch and gave me his recommendations for the best way to clean and sanitize both pieces. He was very considerate of helping me keep the cost down as much as possible given my rug is vary large and needed to be sent out to properly clean it. He offered to clean my entry rug for free and deodorized some areas on my hardwoods where there had been pet accidents to deter future ones. Salvador worked incredibly hard without a break for 6 hours to clean my couch! And it was really hot here today! He brushed it thoroughly to remove all the dog hair, then vacuumed it and then cleaned it. My couch looks fabulous! And it smells great! Hard to tell it’s 8 years old- I am so pleased. I feel like I have a new couch! And throughout the day Salvador was respectful, professional and so kind. He told me if I’m not 100% happy with everything after it’s dried tomorrow to call and he will come back and do another treatment that is even more labor intensive. He is an excellent technician and I will request him again when I need more rugs and furniture cleaned.

The prices are based on the square feet of the rooms and any additional services you ask for. I had quite a few stains in the bedroom from nail polish to makeup stains, now it is all completely gone. Called late on a Friday, carpet cleaned by Monday at noon. So pleased with the service and how good our carpet looks. Salvador did a great job assessing our needs and executing a plan. We have an older dog and stains occurred that we thought we would not be able to treat. All stains gone and I am one step closer to be ready for the holidays. So appreciate Steam Masters quick and quality service!

Was told they could have someone at my house after 5pm for a quote, then got a call back saying they could do it right now (1pm) or they would just cancel. Easy enough to just say they couldnt guarantee after 5 in the first place. Why give me the run around? Dont over promise and then under deliver.

Matt did such a great job. He cleaned 6 kitchen chairs, couch. reclining chair, twin mattress, living room and dining room carpets, 2 area rugs. He used Pet level 1 and II treatments on carpets. Speed dry in all areas. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt it was expensive, but a job well done.

My first time using this service, going by reviews and looking for something better than the usual locals, Zero,Stanley, etc. This is far and away the best carpet cleaning service Ive had for my home in the 4 years that Ive been here! Ive had my carpet cleaned nearly every 6 months by other competitors and nobody has cleaned it as well as this company in one shot. Matthew was on time, surveyed the carpets, very detailed in explaining the process and offering suggestions, but in no way pressuring. This multi-step process and using the steam to clean the carpets was what really got the stains out. I wish I had the before pictures to show you a bottle of red nail polish had spilled all across the floor of my tan carpets and its like it never happened now. Like New and smelling great, I chose the Lemon scent which was one of four choices. Ive never had a scent option before!!! It was so worth every penny. I will no longer allow any walking on my carpets with shoes. Highly recommended !!!

The smell before Salvador arrived was atrocious. He spent 4 hours working and by the time he left I couldn’t even smell the cat urine anymore! You need something cleaned, he’s your man!

We had a number of bedrooms and a master living area that were showing some serious wear after 30 years. Even some very stubborn stains came out and the carpets look very good - almost like new. Tyler and his associate were prompt, professional and did an amazing job getting everything perfect. We will definitely use the company again and recommend them highly
