The Pilsner HVAC & Refrigeration LLC is an excellent air conditioning team. Fritz the owner came by and quoted me a fair price for a quality 4 ton system. Fritz brought a team of quality formally trained employees over and they completed it between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and they were done inside and out. They completely installed the inside blower and the outside condenser units. I highly recommend this group because they know what theyre doing as they had to make some adjustments to make things just right. On another note I never knew there was an anti-corrosion spray you could put on your outside unit fins to keep the salt from decaying it so quickly it wasnt too expensive. I did request that and they pre sprayed it before they brought over the unit. Also there is a UV light you can put inside your air conditioner, its a UV light that kills bacteria and cuts down greatly on all the bacteria floating around on the condenser unit and the pipes. With yhe UV light you dont have to clean it as often. They mentioned the spray for the fans after they gets a little dirty and you spray it on and thats it the condensation washes it off you dont have to remove the unit at all. I need to get some of that and Im not sure what it is yet. I have some pictures of the crew working, the new unit, and the old unit. I was very very happy with the whole process. Remember, I live on the south texas saltwater and I needed a couple of extras to keep from corroding quicker. I did not know of any of these extras until Fritz mentioned he could do them. The Pilsner A/C team also hauled off my old unit. In addition Fritz is a very personable person and very easy to work with and patient. We have had Pilsner HVAC service our air conditioners twice now. Im so glad we did! Fritz always inspects systems very carefully and when repairs are needed has the knowledge to reoair them. We have asked him to place us on a routine maintenance inspection schedule from here on out.

I was in desperate need of an AC unit for my trailer as Im sure everyone can understand in this heat. Luckily, a friend of mine knew the owner of Pilsner and got in touch. In no time, a tech messaged me to set up a visit. He did a quick assessment of my unit, told me what Id suspected was the case (needed replacing, was old), and quoted me parts and labor. Not only affordable, but expedient. They made it clear they wanted it up and running for me as soon as they could. Within 24 hours, I had it cold enough to actually sleep with a blanket. In a trailer. In June. Worth every penny.

We have used Pilsner Refrigeration several times in the past year. He has repaired and serviced our air conditioner And at this time he is serving our heater. Af one point our air conditioning wasn’t working on a weekend and he came out in a very timely manner. If you’re trying to decide to use him, do it. He is very professional, his prices are fair and he is very honest.

Pilsner HVAC & Refrigeration has done lots of work for use, weve used them commercially and personally and they continue to do great work! Theyve worked on replacing and servicing our mini splits, central ac, and upgrading thermostats from manual to digital and smart thermostats. USE THEM! You wont regret it!

Eric and his team did a phenomenal job on our home hvac install. He was in constant communication, on time, and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
