Horrible service was supposed to be at my parents houses Monday and didn’t show. They called us on Tuesday and said they would be here at 10:00 then never showed up. Here it Wednesday they called and said they would be here in ten minutes still hasn’t showed up

All the other businesses in town would not answer their phone. The technician was very professional. After trouble shooting the unit. He gave me two reasonable options and we went with the most cost effective yet reliable option. Highly recommend you give these guys a try.

Our air conditioner went out on Saturday afternoon. Michael came to the house and told us we needed a new unit outside. He went to Lubbock and picked that up and installed it first thing on Sunday. Everything is working great and he even came back out to the house today to check and make sure everything was working properly. He was very kind and professional.

Had an issue with our new goodman system (installed from a lubbock company that wouldnt honor warranty) called up Michael and he was very prompt and took the time to swap faulty part from nearest goodman dealer, reinstalled and properly charged system and repaired leak which turned out to be on our end since we kept old lines. Being a church he blessed us and saved us 100s by donating his time and labor.

Michael came to my house and inspected my unit and let me know exactly what I needed, he was very professional and let me know what he was doing to fix my issue.I know exactly where Im going when its time for a replacement

Never showed up when he said he would. Tried to hit my dogs and over charged for a old unit. Before the old unit was put in. Came over twice and didnt fix nothing. Unprofessional and RUDE. Ill never use him again.

Michael did a great job he fixed our air right up thanks bro

Best advice I can give you is to not use this company, please use someone please else! Very expensive and poor work quality.
