One of the best air condition places Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If they cant fix it replace it or give you an alternative and heating cooling ventilation, it cant be done. Theyre number one

Would give negative stars if i could. They will just replace random parts and hope it get fixed. Once i told them im not going to pay for them randomly replacing parts they took back their compressor but never brought back mine. I will be filing a police report about that as well.

Our central air went out in our home overnight, we called A-1 Air Conditioner Services in Snyder and they had someone here within an hour. Trevor was the most polite gentleman and very informative about the repair and had us up and running within just a few minutes. I cant say enough good things about A-1 and Trevor. Simply amazing service and what a nice gentleman. Thank you.

Our A/C went out on July 4th, we called at 8:00, and they had the A/C back running by 9:30 with a 30 minute drive, they definitely have our business!!!

I’ve used A-1 since the ‘90’s. Never had a problem until I purchased a complete new heating and air conditioning system.1.While installing, they cut off the top of my pecan tree. As if that wasn’t good enough, they cut it again even with the ground. During this time my 40yo son was in the house. They never asked him or mentioned what they had done. They were just to lazy to walk 4 feet around it. It was growing beside the back porch and the sidewalk. It was NOTin the way!2.As they were removing the old unit out of the house, they dropped it on the tiled front porch. My son did see this happen and called me immediately. A couple of the tile were broken and had to be replaced.I never said anything to Sterling about the tile but I did make him pay for the pecan tree. It has been two years and it takes an act of God to get them to schedule an appointment and come out. My son is disabled and lives alone. It is not right for Sterling to take his anger out on him because of a tree. I know this because Sterling admitted to me that’s why they won’t schedule an appointment. Shame on you Sterling and Cissy Williams!!!

We have been renting a place for about 3 years now tht unfortunately had issues with a/c every summer...well this year it finally quit working altogether..Sterling was the 1 who came out on a Saturday & told us the unit was shot & whole thing needed to be replaced...my husband has known Sterling for many many years & asked him if he would happen to have a window unit we could borrow cuz it was gna be triple digits the coming week..& Sterling told him to follow him to the shop & pick 1 up for us to use while we waited on new install.. tht a/c was a lifesaver.. & we couldnt be more appreciative..So they came out today & installed new unit.. the guys were absolutely fantastic.. very friendly, very professional, very thorough..just all around awesome people...I didnt catch the 1 fellas name.. but the other was Felix...I just thought they did an amazing job.. it was definitely a pleasure to have professional, friendly ppl in our home to deal with..I would recommend A1 air conditioning to anyone & everyone..From them coming out on service calls on Saturdays, to the owner letting us borrow tht window unit & the amazing job they did today..10 out of 10Keep up the good work guys..& God bless yall

I like nothing about them at all. Took two days to tell me they cant find whats wrong. Left loose wires just laying inside unit. Contacted someone else. Compressor was out.

Beware of extra charges that they don’t tell you about. They were a last resort of mine for a reason.

2 trips out. 900$ later. At 150 per hour. Air conditioner is still not cooling. Called with my disappointment. Never received a call back.

Had a fantastic experience with A1. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and professional. They were very responsive and quick to resolve my ac issues.
