Oct last year, I hired Hutchins to help me with what I thought would be a fairly straight forward septic line repair on a new investment property. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the toughest plumbing repairs Id ever experienced but through it all Hutchins provided superb guidance and solid repairs at a very fair price. We had lots of twists and turns but Hutchins remained honest, transparent and fair with pricing and repairs needed. From the owner all the way down to the techs, I received exceptional service and support. Big thanks to Timothy, Joseph, Landon and Jeremy for their time, empathy, expertise, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend.

We called Hutchins on a Saturday and they came out to our house in less than one hour. A gentleman by the name of Timothy showed up. He was clean, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing. Great to work with the technicians from Hutchins Plumbing today. They worked three jobs for us, and each was done professionally and efficiently. Our work was non-emergency, but they came out quickly, provided an estimate, and arrived when they said they would to complete the work. They had all the parts and tools needed to work the three issues and had them all finished in a day. Dakotah was friendly, explaining each job done and offering advise as needed. What a pleasure to deal with this company. We will be using them again.

I had a problem over the weekend with my air conditioner. They came right out and looked at it and realized the issue. Unknown to me the part was under warranty and they fixed it. They could have charged me for it but honesty goes a long way in my book.

Great experience. They were running late and called me to keep me updated. Tim did my service with another guy (sorry forget his name). He gave a quote for my faucet and came up with another fixed and reduce his original quote. I really appreciate him doing that and saving me money. He also let me know about service packages they offer and how I can save money buying a package service since they do ac/ heat/ plumbing. My husband and I have always had a hard time finding a plumber when we need one. It’s also frustrating when we schedule an appointment, take time off work, and wait all day and the plumber never shows up. We finally called Hutchins Plumbing and were not disappointed. I recently needed an urgent water heater replacement. I was able to get a same day appointment and was even offered an earlier time when there was a cancellation. Timothy and his helper were great. The tank on our hot water heater failed on Friday night (water was running down it on all sides and the drain pan was nearly full). We called Hutchins early the next morning; Jason came out a few hours later and removed the bad one. It was still under warranty so we had to wait till Monday to get a new one, but by 3:30 or so we had wonderful hot water again. Jason and Landon did a phenomenal job, not just installing the new hot water heater but also correcting some preexisting plumbing issues. We also had them replace a fill valve/flapper while they were here, which they were happy to do. Overall a great experience - I especially love that Hutchins is open 24/7, because most emergencies happen at random times!

Donnell came out today to work on our a/c. Super professional, amazing knowledge, really nice guy. Diagnosed problem within minutes and made fast work of repairs. 5 stars doesnt seem enough.

Sign a three year contract and they never came back house keeper had to do there job after I payed them still have receipt.

I had my roof recently replaced and following the advice of Donnell from Hutchins who does the maintenance work on my airconditioning and furnace , I contacted Hutchins Plumbing, Heat and Air. about having an inspection today. All things were intact except the area of the hot water heater where the metal ring that holds the vent funnel had fallen and there was a lot of insulation on top of the Water Heater. Until the tank is examined by a camera and by a licensed plumber , Donnell advised me to wait till it was safe to use. In the meantime, Donnell switched off the gas till a licensed plumber from Hutchins looked at it the next day.I appreciate Donnell as he frequently teaches me of things related to my hot water and air conditioning. I am very mindful of safety and I feel the advice and guidance given always works for the safety of me and my home.On Wed , August 7 , Jason from Hutchins used a camera to establish no insulation was in the hot water tank. Then he screwed the metal ring around the venting tube and also made sure all other parts were functioning with the Hot water heater. A job as usual well done by Hutchins Plumbing, Air and Heat.

Thanks for the great service today. Dakotah was super helpful, courteous and polite. We had a couple of obstacles to overcome like searching for the water shut off! Leak was fixed and hopefully no more plumbing issues after this.

Landon came out last week to access the condition of my malfunctioning water heater. It needed to be replaced, and I didn’t want to wait around for hours for a plumber to show up, so I asked the scheduler to schedule me first thing in the morning one day the following week. Landon was supposed to show up at 8:00 to install a new water heater and pan. He and his coworker showed up around 8:20 and then left to go get the water heater and pan. Since they knew exactly what I wanted done and had been there the past week to get measurements etc, I STILL don’t understand why they didn’t come with the necessary items to do the job. I called the office to let the owner know what happened and was told that their action was unacceptable and that he would talk to Landon. That was an hour and a half ago. Also, Landon left the door between the garage and the house wide open when he left and I just hope no spiders or mice got into the house. It’s now 9:40 and I’m still waiting for Landon to show up.

Hutchins has been the company Ive used for the past several years for most of my AC and heating needs, and Donnell has been my technician for much of this time. Today Donnell performed my annual AC checkup. He did a very thorough job and explained his findings quite well. Thank you!

Hutchins installed my new heating/AC unit in July 2020 and has done an excellent job maintaining it ever since. I’ve had three warranty claims, and they were prompt to repair the problem at no charge. After my initial 3 year maintenance agreement ran out, I renewed and have continued to enjoy worry free fall and spring tune-ups.

Timothy was fantastic!! He and his assistant did a phenomenal job with identifying the problem and resolving the issue. He was efficient, thorough, timely and very personable. We will definitely continue to reach out to Hutchins for our plumbing needs.

Hutchins sent a plumber out right away to find a water leak at our house. Dakotah found the problem before he ever got inside (outside faucet) ! He offered two solutions for us to choose from, and he got the job done right away. While he was there, we asked him to check our master toilet, which wasn’t flushing properly. He made some adjustments, which we all agreed we should try first. Unfortunately, that didn’t adequately fix the problem so Dakotah and Dillon came back out today with a new toilet and got it installed with no problems. It looks and works great! Dakotah was a friendly, knowledgeable technician who explained everything very well. I highly recommend Hutchins (along with Dakotah and his sidekick, Dillon) for any of your plumbing needs.

A/C blower delay control board was defective and covered under warranty. No charge for part or labor. Donnell verified unit was working in ALL modes, cycling on and off. First Class Service. I would highly recommend.

When I discovered my water heater had a leak, I called Hutchins. They sent Tim over right away. Tim was very knowledgeable, went over my options and the pricing, and was very efficient in his work, not to mention he was super friendly! If you ever need a plumber, I can’t recommend Tim at Hutchins enough! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

One of my heating units went out and as usual I called my goto company Hutchins. Their tech Shane came out and basically my system was very old and I chose to have a new one put in rather than repairs. The very next day their sub team arrived and had the old unit in the attic tore out and a new one installed. It was easy to tell the crew had a lot of experience and did a fantastic job. The new design was 8 shorter than the one they took out but as I live in the country I was impressed that they had everything in their van to take care of every adhoc issue.Basically everything from the diagnostics, install and follow up was first class. We will always use Hutchins when needed. I highly recommend them.

I called them to replace toliet and fix some leaking faucets and they were on it. Timothy & Joseph put me at ease were professional and fun but did the job and worked to help me not just get money. There was a problem with one of the faucets but Timothy came back out the next day pretty much and took the time to figure it out not anything he did my sink is not level and hard to get faucet flush but he came up with a fix and it’s been just fine. From the time I called to set up the appointment to completion this company is to me the best. Timothy & Joseph did such a good job and left it as clean as they could they are my plumbers from now on with this professionalism and care. Highly recommend if you need plumbers.

The pilot lights went out on my water heaters and neither myself or Milestone, who was onsite performing some other work could get them lighted. I called Hutchins at 8:00 PM and the technicians arrived at my house early the next day and were able to get both pilots lit. Great service and responsiveness.

We called this company to camera a line and install a clean out. Instead, they told us the entire sewer line needed to be replaced but they had no video to show us. The tech went back to get a video and then sent us one from a completely different customer. The time stamp on the video they supposedly took today was from 8-11-2022. Jeremy, one of the owners, is refusing to refund the $325 they charged us for NOTHING and decided to yell at me on the phone as to how they arent crooks. But they are. Do not recommend. Rip off.

We had a toilet blow out on a Sunday, of course, and our usual service provider couldnt help us. So I Googled and came up with Hutchins, which Id seen around but never used before. We spoke to someone, explained the issue, and got an arrival window. The guy showed up right at the start of his window and got the issue resolved quickly. He was professional, pleasant, and did a great job. The charge we paid was more than reasonable, no extra fee for weekend work (it was less than wed paid a different provider during the week, so there you go). We will definitely be calling them again if we have any more plumbing issues.

Our furnace stopped working overnight. I called Hutchins at 8:00am, they had a cancelation so they said a technician could come out that morning. The technician was at our house in 30 minutes! He was able to diagnose the problem and get it working within an hour, for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using Hutchins for all our future heating and air needs.

I have been a customer of Hutchins for over 10 years, at two separate residences. I pay annually for the maintenance agreement, and it has done me very well. They treat us with respect, and provide prompt service. This weekend, I had a water heater go out, and they had me up and running with a new replacement water heater in less than 24 hours. I was not at home, so my wife worked with the technicians and she was very happy with their professionalism, and how they reviewed options and pricing. We are so pleased with the installation of our new heating and air conditioning system. The price was very reasonable. The installers we very professional and paid attention to cleaning up after themselves. This is the second home we have had a new unit installed and both times we were very pleased. If you want the work done right the first time, call Hutchins.

Wow customer service! They show up when they say they will. I called for a sewer line issue. Due to a strange layout of the sewers in my area it has been a challenge. 45 degree angles and combined areas at the street, and to add to it nothing is where you would expect. They came out on a Saturday and finished up Monday. Price was great! About $400 to get a very stubborn main line clog gone. I have used them for my AC maintenance for about 5 years, now I can trust them with plumbing too! Very respectful and professional techs. James and Ryan kept their cool even when it was really messed up. When are sewer line blockages no big deal? When you call Hutchins the mess is gone!

Hutchins took care of our drainage pipe really quick and a fair price. When we have heater/A/C or plumping problems we always call Hutchins.

Dakotah was out for a clogged sewer line on Monday & deducted that it was in the citys line after checking the house line. The city came out that same evening and found no blockage. After this, Dakotah came back out on Tuesday and did his due diligence, found the clog, and alleviated the issue. He also installed a new toilet for me. We were told by another company that we needed a new water heater because of a flood that stopped the electrical equipment from working. Ive been looking for a plumber for a couple of years and called Hutchins for a leaking faucet. Gann and Timothy came out and did an amazing job. They gave me the information of what they would have to do upfront so there were no surprises, showed me the issue that needed to be replaced, and left it looking brand new. Theyre easily the two most professional, personable, and cordial repair men Ive had at my house. Theyve definitely earned my future business.

Had a washer drain that was back filling into the garage floor. Called Hutchins Plumbing Heating and Air to set up an appointment. They called back and gave me a time. The technician was great. He checked all the possible problems that could have been causing the issue. Within a few minutes, problem fixed. They are a great company. Wouldnt use any one else. The techs came out to repair our sinks due to them leaking. They looked at ONE of them for 2 seconds and said that we need to replace all 3 and quoted us $600-700. I said okay and explained that I need to get approval from corporate and to give me a minute. They waited a few minutes and then proceeded to rudely say that they didnt have time to wait and that they will send us a proposal. I will NEVER recommend this company nor will I ever use them again.

I would recommend this company to anyone!!We had the most horrible smell coming out of our master bathroom, so bad that we have been sleeping in a separate room since Christmas Day.Hutchins was recommended to us by our septic company and gave us an appointment for the next day.Gann came out (actually early) and after looking everywhere the smell was stumping him as well. Oddly enough he actually picked up on something I had said earlier about never using the bathtub in that room and within 3 min the problem was solved!!!! (I know- a man who actually listens to what you say and remembers it??? I was shocked as well!!!)They had a special waiving the fee to come out so total cost -0- (all it needed was water in the pipe on the tub we don’t use). We used another company when we first moved here and we thought we could do better. So, we tried Hutchins for repairing a sink leak and a problem toilet. Our technician (Gann Mitchell) provided excellent service in very quickly identifying and fixing both. We were so pleased that we chose Hutchins again today to fix a leaky faucet outside that was concerning. Again, Gann was able to very quickly diagnose and fix the problem - which saved us a lot of time and worry.However, he then went above and beyond. We have a gas fireplace that hasn’t worked since we moved in 5 years ago. We actually had another plumber look at it at the time and they gave us a big quote and said that we would need to cut through the drywall to fix the problem. I decided to ask Gann to check it out since he finished the outdoor faucet so quickly. Once again, Gann very quickly diagnosed the issue and applied a very quick and easy fix to get our fireplace to work.I cannot recommend Hutchins (and Gann Mitchell, in particular) enough if you have any plumbing issue.Thanks for the great service!

They are the greatest. Had an electrical problem. Had called another place that was recommended by a coworker. They came and looked over and called the next t day with estimate of $1500.00. Neighbors recommended Hutchins. Called and Kevin was here in 2 hours. Flipped breaker and all lights came on. Then off. He spent a little time checking every thing. Turned out to be the problem was in outside box, other guy didnt even check that. Cost $200.00. WOW what a difference. Love these guys.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We paid to have a brand new out of the box heating system installed from this company. They installed EVERYTHING from scratch. The heater, thermostat and all the electrical lines. Brand new.... it has caught on fire 4 times. I mean full blown, almost burned my entire house down. I called out a different company and they verified Hutchins actually found some old unit by confirming the manufacturing date. They also miswired the main power going to the unit. We hired an actual electrician and they used the wrong guage wires. Now I need verification for my insurance purposes and they are refusing to honor the 2 year warranty. They are refusing to tell my insurance company they did the work even though I have service reports. THESE PEOPLE BUY THEIR REVIEWS AND WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN.

Jason and Gann repaired my leaking water pipe in the foundation in a few hours. They had to remove hot water heater to get to wall behind, rerouted water pipe through attic, repaired sheet rock and cleaned up leaving our house looking beautiful as if no work had been done. Amazing and very professional job at a reasonable price. They have done many other jobs with excellent work at a fair price, including replacing main water line between street and house. I would never recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I had a leak just on my side of the meter which I had dug up and exposed a leaking repair sleeve on my one inch pvc pipe serving my house. I called them out because I don’t really trust my plumbing skills. Upon arrival and seeing what I had already dug up the tech said it would cost $332. I questioned why it would be so expensive and was told it would have been over$500.00 if I hadn’t already dug it up. I couldn’t believe this. So I paid their $69 dollar charge for this “expert advise” and told them no thank you and went to the local plumbing supply and $5.00 and twenty minutes later I fixed the leak myself (this included the time to run in to town and purchase the $5.00 sleeve). So much for trying to support a local business. I will never call Hutchins plumbing & air conditioning for anything again and I will tell anyone who asks how rediculus there pricing is.PS, if you feel like refunding this fee, you may feel free to mail the check, you have my name and address. Although l am not expecting a refund as I consider this a costly lesson on who I should or should not call in the future.Update, I wanted to add that the owner did as he said he would and refunded my service charge of $69 even though I did not request it. For this I must say that in the end he is a stand up guy, even if I do feel their prices are way too high. Thank you very much for your concern. Franky.

I second another review here: they are our go-to company for any plumbing and HVAC work. Heres why: they are incredibly responsive. Ive called during non-business hours and people still pick up the phone. They usually can fit you in the same day if you need it. They are very careful with your house and really try to minimize any repair impact. They explain the problem and solution options well and all of the techs are super friendly. Finally, they have an online payment option that is really convenient.

I highly recommend Hutchins . I had a pipe burst on a Saturday in our bathroom wall while we were gone . Came home to a huge mess. I went outside to turn water off expecting to be without it a few days. I called these guys and left a voicemail on a Saturday hoping to hear a call 1st thing Monday morning. Then a little bit later I get a call on Saturday evening and it was Hutchins.These guy had someone out the next morning on a Sunday to fix it so we wouldnt be without water . Their tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Got it fixed and was out of there within a hour . And charged a very reasonable amount .Hutchins will always be my first call for plumbing or electrical needs.

We called Hutchins due to a water leak above the sink in our master bathroom. Due to the size and amount of water, we were afraid a pipe had burst. We were told they would send someone later this afternoon, but, less than 5 minutes later, they called back stating a plumber had become available and would be here shortly. We couldnt have asked for them to send a nicer person! Gann was awesome! Very knowledgeable! He was able to look at the problem and diagnose it very quickly. It wasnt a water leak, it was incorrect plumbing to our A/C unit. Thanks to Gann, we will have workers here tomorrow to get everything fixed. We were very impressed with Gann and will be asking for him for our future needs!! UPDATE: Derrek and Larry came today and fixed our A/C leak. They were wonderful! They were very professional and knowledgeable and came to work. They were very quick and efficient. We could not have asked for better service!

I needed a new hot water heater and Gann and his partner could not have been nicer. They were prompt and professional. The service was excellent and I believe that I definitely got my moneys worth. I highly recommend them!

Had them come out previously for multiple issues weve had with this house. They got those done fine (installing toilets, moving the washer line from our sink, etc.).But, I would say do not use them for drain clean-outs... our kitchen line was stopped up and we tried our snake and draino, didnt work. Seth came out and was nice and courteous, but did the exact same thing we did. Second time he came out, checked under our house to see where the line runs, couldnt find the hole in our main line where other plumbers have gone so we paid for him to go up on our roof to clean it out.. didnt work apparently. Ran the line through our sink, still clogged. Said it was roots and quoted us about 6300 for a new line under our house or over 8k to replace the line in our yard. This took 3 visits and about 2 weeks $300 so far. Roto-rooter came out and cleared both the kitchen line and our main line in under an hour for $300.. Though I got told I needed a new line to use my kitchen again, it appears he just wasnt running the line far enough. Might still use Hutchins for AC and inner plumbing issues, but never again for drain cleaning.

Josh, Travis and Juan provided excellent customer service for our difficult situation. They replaced our entire failing Qest polybutylene plumbing with PEX to the faucets and diagnosed and resolved our severe drainage problem. I would use Hutchins Plumbing again, and I would highly recommend them to other customers.

We wont be using them due to a ridiculously high estimate, but they didnt do everything wrong. They answer their phones and messages promptly and the plumber was on time.The quote was only $60 shy of a quote we had received last year (from a different company) for the same work, plus three other plumbing tasks. The quote was also nearly double the amount I had been quoted by another company this morning.I gladly paid the $69 service charge just to not have to do business with this company. The plumber said twice that if we change our minds and use them hed waive the service charge we paid today - as if thats some kind of huge favor... I wasnt impressed with his appearance either, but I guess some companies dont care if their employees are wearing torn, poorly kept clothes.I would only use this company if it was a legit emergency and I couldnt find anyone else.

We had a clogged main with water backing up all over the house. Technicians Gann and Tim came out and were very professional and worked quickly to unclog the pipes. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing problems.

We needed our AC serviced over the summer and with 6 kids and a small house, we needed it done. I didnt mind paying the service fee as this is common practice but the estimate was ridiculous!!!!! (Yes, 5 exclamation points). Old man Hutchins said our unit was old and broken and wrote an estimate for $6k.Well, I cant afford that so I paid the service fee and said Id think it over. I called for a second opinion (yep, a guy from Craigslist) and he said the freon was low. I paid his fee and freon @

Over 1 year later, Hutchins is STILL refusing to honor the 2-year warranty we purchased with our BRAND NEW HEAT kit that they installed. They refuse to answer the phone or respond to the numerous messages left to come back and fix/ service our BRAND NEW heater, that THEY installed incorrectly from scratch! We have now paid an ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL to rerun the faulty electric lines that Hutchins Electrician installed; however, NO ONE will even touch the heat kit/ unit as not to be held liable and take responsibility for what Hutchins did! Its shameful and we are now being forced to pursue legal action against them.UPDATE:So funny how I write a review and we FINALLY get a response after 1 year! Lets set the record straight: NO, they NEVER addressed our concerns of our heater NOT WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER WITH OUR BABY IN OUR HOME. NO they still havent addressed the fact that THEIR HEAT KIT AND FAULTY INSTALLATION HAVE CAUSE 3 FIRES IN MY HOME IN THE PAST 16 MONTHS! NO they NEVER HONORED our 2 YEAR WARRANTY even though we STILL have AT LEAST 7 months left! NO, they NEVER refunded our money like Chase Bank stated they SHOULD, because this is a case of SERVICES NOT RENDERED. NO THEY MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT, AND STILL ARENT!All parties involved know what occurred, or rather didnt. Hutchins Plumbing & Air Conditioning wholeheartedly disregards the fact that there is a child in this home; the fact that they are STILL refusing services AFTER WE PAID IN FULL is simply criminal! Its apparent that this company cares nothing about their community or the residents that they are leaving helplessin hazardous living conditions. Again thats why we are already pursing legal action against them.I stand by my review.

Don’t waste you time with these guys. They’ve been here five times and my plumbing problems are worse than when they first showed up. There’s water leaking from under my toilet and there’s water standing in one of my tubs. Half of my house’s plumbing is unusable now that they’ve cost me close to $800. They guy told me I’m gonna spend a lot more money with them before my issues are over. And for A/C, they guy quoted $12,000 to replace my outdoor unit. I got another bid for $5K. Terrible experience.

Last summer I was told by a Hutchins plumber that we had a broken pipe under our slab foundation and it would cost over 14k to fix without a camera even being sent through the pipes. When I asked why not the reason was they only had 1 camera for 4 trucks. When Murley came out with a camera then broken pipe was not under the house and cost less than 2k, husband dug hole so was cheaper. Owner was aware of the situation and never even offered to refund the $300 I spent. We previously used them for other jobs. Now I tell everyone I know how they do business!!!!

I had a water I called Hutchins. They sent out one of their plumbers out.what I thought was a foundation leak turned out to be a smaller job.very friendly got the job done .very reasonable. Will use them again for my next project.I highly recommend them for any job large or small.

I had problems with my sewer and drain system. A specialist came out, got in my crawlspace and evaluated the problem. It is now resolved. Very professional team got it done and talked me through the whole process.

My AC pan overflowed and made my ceiling fall into my foyer last night. It was a huge mess! Hutchins came to my house on a Saturday; they had to send BOTH a plumber and an AC guy (who were both HELPFUL and FRIENDLY; they FIXED my problem; what they charged me WASNT unreasonable; and they gave me a 15% TEACHER DISCOUNT! I highly recommend them!

I moved here not that long ago. I called Hutchins for a leaking sink. They came out, spent 10 minutes in the house, 45 minutes outside smoking in their truck; 10 more minute in the house for $125.00 - did not find the leak. Said they had to go get their camera for another $250.00. They stated the leak was at a junction / joint UNDER the cement (did not give a straight answer as to where). I asked about fixing it. They wanted $2,400.00 to fix the leak at the wall but under the cement. They were going to break out the tile...hmm.. I ask why not go through the back wall (in the master bedroom). It has a tape and texture wall with a floating floor (no need to damage the tile). I was ignored. I said I removed the insulation in the garage and I can see into the wall; that leak would not explain the amount of water around the bath tub. Also, why not go through the garage to fix the pipe? I got ignored. Then he said the pipe should be replaced for $8,000 to $13,000.00 ... hmmm.. I called in someone else.Herndon and McFarland out of Dallas fixed the toilet Hutchins people broke. Found their camera could NOT fit (think about that, 250.00 for the USE of Hutchins camera). Found the leak above the cement at the sink just by moving the pipe. They also found 2 other leaks (at the tub, that was surrounded by water, and master sink connecting pipe - under the cement and not near the other leak). The original leak at the sink $760.00 to fix. The other pipe $4,800.00 to fix and they are coming out of Dallas. I also priced the camera... $250.00 to use it WOW.

I thought I might have been wrong until I read the other reviews. I called Hutchins on Saturday, during the Ice storm. They came and the service was fine. It was the price I had a issue with. After less than an hour and a simple ignitor switch I was charged $365.00. I called to ask for an itemized statement. They said they did not do that. I asked what their hourly rate was, they said it was a flat fee. I asked what the charge was for weekend rates and they said they were no different than weekday. So, I checked on line to see how much an ignitor switch was and it was $69.00. Tell me how it goes from $69.00 to $365.00 and taking off their house call charge of $69.00. I dont think so!!!!

Very impressed with technician ability to help me decide between repairs and buying new furnace/ac. Did not try to encourage me either way and let decision be mine.

Same guy has come 3 times for totally separate issues and fixed everything every time. We have a 22 year old ac and they have worked with us and understood our money issues. He has given us great advice and has always been very nice and polite. I feel bad I cant remeber his name because hes been ny hero this summer.

Had them out got an estimate to hook sewer up to newer Mobil home they said they had to run line and put in dropdowns for all the sinks and toilets washer. We just relocated the home and all that was there.they wanted over $3000. Got different plumber only cost $225.00. check around people.😠

A copper water line in my wall developed a pin hole and of course it was spraying water all inside the wall. I called Hutchins around 7 PM and they were at the house 15 minutes latter. A charge of $50-$80 is an industry standard to send a technician out on a call to diagnose and determine what the issue is. This fee is typically waived if the customer ends up having the work done by that company. If you go to a mechanic when your check engine light comes on, he will charge a fee just to find out what the problem is; if you go to the doctor because you have a cold and he verifies that with a diagnosis he will charge you. You are paying for their expertise.

Jeff did a thorough inspection of my AC and he was courteous throughout his time here.

The plumber was really nice and polite, took care of the clogged drain promptly but he also turned on the water on the side of my house and never turned it off. I didnt realize it till the next morning when my front yard was flooded.
