Hayden with Kool Blue has serviced my A/C systems for many years. Very professional and dependable. Highly recommend this company.

My condenser pump went out at 10 pm a little after 5 am I called Kool Blue expecting to leave a voicemail but Hayden answered. He told me he had about 3 jobs ahead of me, I told him that would be fine and explained that my ac was not running at all. He then said he would come out right away to look at it. He showed up at the time he promised, found that my condenser pump was out, got my ac running right away. He had to run to San Antonio for a new pump, came back to install it. After changing the batteries in my thermostat my thermostat stopped working. He tried to fix it but to no avail, he ended up getting a new one from San Marcos and installing it at no extra charge. Hayden went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much.

Called early in the am when no other local companies showed open until 8am. Got to my house within hours. Very professional, taught me some great things about the unit/maintenance, and took care of my concern quickly! Thanks.
