⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ToThe Sears technician who came to fix my refrigerator ice maker was excellent! They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the issue clearly and resolved it quickly. My ice maker is now working perfectly! I’m very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them. Thank you for such a smooth and hassle-free experience!

Our serviceman Albert, was a complete professional. He analyzed the problem and explained the best solution. We followed his directions and advice. Our appliance is working and you would never know there was a problem. He gave us a full report on what he did and made us extremely comfortable with his explanation. Really appreciate Sears and those that represent Sears.

The first technician diagnosed a faulty part and ordered it. George, the second technician, came to install the part, but did not made sure it was functioning properly. He said it was a new part. When I tested it after he left it was not functioning properly. A third technician agreed it was faulty and ordered a new part again. A fourth technician, George came again. This time he took time to make sure it was functioning properly, which it was. He agreed with me that new parts may not always work properly. I think George can learn from experiences as he goes, and become a better and more efficient employee. This can save time to his employer and to customers as well. Thank you for fixing my appliance. Richard PS. The parts and labor costs are very very high. $250 to install a part in 10 minutes ! The automated system discourages me from using Sears again. Not able to address my concerns or clear which choice to choose. Extremely difficult to reach and talk to a representative. A business model that aims for automation and low internal labor costs, can be balance and include customer interests as well. Hopefully addressing these changes now, will allow these services to continue to be offed in the long run. This may restore customers faith in Sears as a brand to be trusted and dedicated to serving its customers. Thank you for your consideration.

Great Customer Service and support !! I have annual M & R done annually on a Craftsman Riding Lawnmower. This was the 4th year and with these yearly service checks preformed the mower stays in tip/top shape as if it was new !!!!Thomas has been the professional tech for the last 4 years and has provided excellent service.

I feel ripped off - paid $400 to fix machine I could have bought for almost same price. Only 4 years old. Machine was not fixed. Same problem

The technician that repaired our Sears Top Load washer on 3/12/24 was friendly, prompt quickly repaired the washer followed by a through diagnostic check.The online automated app that provides text notices needs a lot of work. My original apt was for 3/11. After text discussions with a service rep, he moved the service date to 3/12. I kept receiving numerous texts reminding me of the scheduled apt for 3/11.Apparently the automated scheduler does not update when they service date changes.

I am reserved in my opinion of sears repair. They sent 7 parts and he didnt use any of them. He found a small part in the machine and didnt reattach it. All he did was screw a peice in. So far it is working.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I get the feeling I will not be getting a replacement for my GE Profile induction electric range. This would not bode well for GE in my eyes if Im stuck with a defective cooktop. You spend a lot for this type of cooktop and to have the glass top fail the way it did, is not pleasing.

The repair of a washing machine was NOT accomplished in a timely manner (over 60 days). The worst part in dealing with this repair activity is the lack of ability to contact a live agent since the automated voice queue contains little or outdated information.

Im handicapped, and he didnt pit the washer and dyer back like he found them, and I couldnt close the launfry room doors, or open the dryer door. I wish I had the deductible, and that $20.00 back!!

This is ridiculous that after this many times of techs coming out,they cannot fix the ice maker, would be better if they were to actually see the refrigerator, at least 3 or 4 times they never came to the door. After almost a year of this
