These folks are wonderful. Super warm and friendly on the phone. The techs were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean. They went over and above and spent a ton of extra time trying to diagnose the cause of my complex problem. I really appreciate them.

I am a little late writing this. Our compressor went out in August during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Our warranty company wouldnt do anything for 48 hours. We called Diamond Air, and they came out the same day, identified the problem, got us a quote, and helped us install window units to get through. We had to wait a few days to get the money to pay for a new unit and expected to be without air for a week or so. However, Diamond Air came out the next day, installed our unit, and let us pay them when the check came in. This is a company that cares about people, not just businesses. They will be my new provider for all my AC and Heating needs. I highly recommend them! Thank you for being there when we needed help!

Called to set up an appointment to have unit looked at due to the amount of excessive days with temps in the 100s. Quick appointment turnaround! The technician was VERY friendly and informative. Explained each step that he and his associate would take to service my unit and make sure it was operating properly. The best part? They came with booties on their feet to protect my flooring without my requesting it! That meant they not only cared about their customers units, but their homes as well. We had to replace a 30+ year old gas HVAC system. Not an easy task as the old unit was located in a small closet space They did their magic and it turned out perfect. Can’t recommend Diamond Air highly enough! We came home from a vacation to our house temperature in the 80s. In a panic, we called a different company (won’t make that mistake again!) who told us we needed a full system replacement and that it would be between $13,000 and $14,000. We called Diamond Air the next day and they sent their tech, Blaine, out to look at our unit. He spent a ton of time throughly diagnosing the problem. The ultimate fix? Dirty coils, a new capacitor, and topping off our refrigerant. It’s been about an hour since he left and the house is already comfortable again. He also took the time to explain each issue, what steps he took to fix the problem, and why those fixes were needed. He gave us steps for preventative maintenance and double checked his work before he left. Thank you, Blaine and the whole Diamond Air team, for your kind professionalism, honesty, and integrity! I will never call another company for any heat/AC issue.

Ben Moreno at Diamond Air was top notch. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC contractors, 3 local and 2 national. Diamond Air not only had the best price, but also the best service.Ben was very responsive and honest and quickly answered all of my questions. He was also the only contractor to notice that there was an addition with a window unit and recommended bumping the unit up a half ton to push more air to that area. They also left some filters and have checked in to make sure everything was good.We started to notice a slight rattle, so we called and they sent someone right away. When I called to make an appointment, the technicians were able to come out the very next day. They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a few parts on two units and pay for the service call. One of the technicians, Rance, told me about their Diamond Club plan and how much money it would save me even on this visit. When another companys technician told me I needed to spend $1000 to repair my unit and then recommended replacement, I contacted Diamond Air for a second opinion. Within an our of calling, Rance and Blaine were at our house checking out our ac unit. After diagnosing the problem they gave us the game plan and started working to fix the problem. Had my moms unit serviced 3 weeks ago and it was very low on freon so Diamond Air re-charged the system. I asked that they would come back and check to see if it is holding the charge. Everything passed the check out by Blaine. He as well as the owner and office manager are very kind and very knowledgeable with many different systems.

Diamond Air has been a wonderful company to work with! In addition to using them for my air conditioning maintenance, I decided to install a REME Halo whole home in duct air purification system. What a wonderful difference this has made already in the air quality of my home! I love animals and have a dog and cats living with me. I hate the thought of my house smelling like my pets and often worried that guests would be able to smell animal when they entered my home. I can honestly say that now I do not worry about this at all and Ive even noticed that my seasonal allergies are much less bothersome. This company rocks! They dont just want to charge you for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He listened to my needs, evaluated the concerns and gave many options to correct the problem. His processing the problem was very calculated. Very professional and will use him again.

We are new to the area and found these guys via a quick online search for HVAC repair. When Diamond air showed up in the results two things caught my attention, they were very highly rated and had over 20 years in business. I called them soley on those two factors alone. I was called back within about 45 mins by the technician assigned to the issue. He was extremely respectable and punctual. He showed up when he said he would. He troubleshot the system and called me with his findings and explained the issue in a manner I could understand (not knowing anything about HVAC myself). He went above and beyond what I initially asked that he look at and I was surprised when I got the invoice at then end of the call. What I expected to be several hundred bucks for a last minute call out turned out to be so reasonable (considering the times we currently live in) that I almost thought it was a joke and when I say that I mean the price they charged me was, in my opinion, completely fair and affordable. Businesses these days dont seem to follow that structure anymore. They try and nickel and dime you for everything youve got, These guys didnt do that. 100% satisfied and a customer for life. Had Diamond Air come out to do a couple of repairs on one AC unit and annual maintenance on it and another AC unit. Owner of the company showed up. Very professional. Talked me through what he was doing and why. My only complaint, and its a big one, is the exceptionally high price tag. Get this done every year. Have had similar repairs. Total cost 1.5 times as much as companies charging per hour and they even gave me their discounted prices. Ouch!

Rance and Blaine, Bens team from Diamond Air Texas came out and replaced my central a/c-heat system. they were respectful of my home(drop cloths everywhere they walked/worked), and since my install was fairly simple, there is no a/c closet due to ongoing remodel on my home, they were able to remove all the old equipment and install the new including some duct work repair under the home in less than a day. prior to the unit failure, they maintained the system for 20+ years till the unit was too old and inefficient to keep using. I have known Ben and Krista for over 20 years and the one thing that has not changed is the commitment to customer satisfaction. Give them a call and see for yourself. Derek H.

Hired Diamond Air to repair my AC. Paid $600 for the repair and not 5 days later the same issue recurred. Called them back out and this time they said that now the compressor and maybe the whole unit needs replaced and they refused to refund any of the money I already paid for the prior repair that obviously was useless. Save yourself a headache and money; dont use Diamond Air!

Ben, Rance and Ray at Diamond Air in Seguin, Texas are probably the best HVAC professionals in central Texas. I live in Austin, an hour from Seguin, and they arrived earlier than their appointment and got to work immediately. They completed the new install and removal with no mistakes the same day they arrived. The professionalism they exhibited when entering the house was immediately evident with dirt free, clean shoes and safety mats for the floors. The new unit was a difficult-to-install type in a cramped attic space. The work is done so cleanly that one would think it was original to the house and not a retrofit in tight conditions. Rance and Ray are informed and friendly technicians who do not mind sharing tips and pointers that help keep your furnace alive for longer. I know I could have chosen a HVAC service in Austin but the price Ben offered was competitive and fair, really too good to pass up. Rance Carroll came out to review why my unit was not cooling. Let me preface this by saying I have AHS Home Warranty and whenever I have a problem, I contact them first since I pay a deductible and they repair.
