Fantastic customer service! Cole arrived 15 minutes early, completed the commissioning of my batteries in 15 minutes, and spent 45 minutes with me going through the battery app and hardware in detail. Cole was professional, courteous, and he knows his business. I sent a few follow up text messages afterwards and he responded immediately. If you want solar and/or a home battery system, call GVEC for 5 star service!

The Solar Section of the company started off being pretty good UNTIL it is warranty time. It took numerous emails and text back and forth with GVEC to get a warranty item replaced. THEY just kept telling me it wasnt covered and wanted to charge me around $700 for them to solve the issue.I had to contact Better Business Bureau to help get it resolved. The supplier contacted GVEC again and told them the item is covered and should be replaced free of charge.This started in March 2024 and finally resolved Dec 2024. So think twice when using them. Make sure you have good numbers to get warranty items covered.

Cole was very knowledgeable and could see quickly that the Critter Guard that was inatalled last month with my system needed to be totally replaced as there were quite a few places that were bad. He also had started the process to create the arrayfor my system as that was not done during installation and he had a way to determine the relative locations of the 42 inverters on the panels.

It was a pleasure meeting Stephen Brockman, Cole Gavlick, Evan, Vincent and also the young man Cole referred to as Longobardi. Very friendly and outgoing. This GVEC group of men made the perfect team dynamic. I would highly recommend GVEC solar, Battery and definitely this team to anyone interested in these products. Thank you very much.

Wesley Adam and his assistant arrived on time and completed the warranty work promptly. I am very pleased with the results.

We had Enphase batteries installed at the house this week. Wes Adams was the lead on the project and he is the BEST!! He didn’t mind me taking photos, and he answered all my questions. He also had two newer men, and he is a patient teacher! We are very pleased with all the GVEC team members who worked on our project from design, installation, and Ethernet connections. We appreciate y’all!

Came out as soon as they could and resolved the issue with our solar panels quickly and professionally. Glad I went with them on the install.

Cole Gavlick and his team did a super job of installation and training on the Enphase battery back up system. A certain amount of trouble shooting to get the system up and running did not deter Cole and company. We’ll done!

Wesley Adams a very polite knowledgeable hard working electrician / solar tech with GVEC. Great group of guys! Cole and his guys were hard-working, cheerful, and spent the extra time to explain the details of the Powerwall installation even though they were finishing up when it was raining. Really enjoyed having them as our installers! GVEC is the best!

Cole and Darin designed and installed an amazing solar system with battery storage. The on site crew was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to explain the process and get me set up to use it. I can’t say enough positive things about Cole, Darin and the GVEC team.

I was able to connect to ethernet cable and get functioning late last week so he check it. Every thing seams to be running fine now. Very nice we discussed options for a house I have on the coast that has been getting throttled down during high power demands . Very helpful.

Robert from GVEC conducted an inspection on our home to determine what we needed to do to be as energy efficient as possible. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire inspection. He offered great advice and tips to help us conserve energy and save money! His outstanding customer service reflects wonderfully on GVEC! We appreciate the help!

Wesley came and sealed all areas that required sealing, leading to the passing of all inspections and the powering up of the solar panels. He did a wonderful job. The job was done neat and professionally.

Great experience. Chad had done all his homework before our meeting and sent us a proposal—technical and cost—before we started. He was totally flexible when we made some changes. We’ll be on contract soon. Looking forward to doubling our solar array from 18 to 36 panels. GVEC is my favorite company to work with—ever !!

Knowledgeable, conversant solar specialists showed up early this am and helped us decide on final array placement, taking into account angle, aesthetics and underground plumbing. Everyone worked diligently all day today, day 1 of 3. We are impressed and satisfied so far!

Tyler, the service tech actually came early, ahead of the scheduled appointment by 3-4 horurs. Very crodial and polite. Got right to work, found the problem and came up with a quick fix to try and eliminate the problem fom reoccuring. GVEC, great service, a little pricey, but great.

Cole and Aaron were here, very helpful very knowledgeable of the systems very friendly . Couldn’t be happier give ‘em both a raise those people are hard to find and harder to keep

Horrible Customer Service. i have never had to try so hard to purchase something. They even made an appointment for a phone call and just decided not to call without any notice. Spent all morning at home for nothing. Never answers the phone, never calls back. Ridiculous!

Great install service and came out extra to explain it to me a 1.5 year later. I am not sure it makes a difference to my electric bill but customer service was awesome!
