BVS Home Heating and AC Repair

BVS Services just came out and inspected, tested and cleaned my AC units for their annual spring maintenance service. My technician, Eric Castro was very thorough, polite and employed a great deal of pride in his workmanship. It’s very nice to do business with BVS Services that supply highly qualified technicians and have a very polite and caring support staff to make convenient appointments and send out friendly reminders. It’s a pleasure to do my AC home services with BVS Services.

From start to finish dealing with BVS was a pleasant experience. Theresa was able to work with me on my schedule to have my maintenance check (100% recommend the membership ) . Trent was timely and thorough. He was very kind and helpful as far as recommending tips and optional products that could keep our units in great condition. Thank you so much!

This Company has GREAT service and is Cheap!!! They really cared about my AC units efficiency and didnt just try to get it running and bolt. The price is on point too! I found them on Google maps and they had 600 reviews with 4.8 stars. That rating was definitely JUSTIFIED!!! A+++

We had a new heat pump system installed. From the first call to BVS, the service was professional and always on time. After installation, our unit developed a problem. BVS immediately addressed the problem and corrected it. We were always kept informed on the progress. We are 100% satisfied with their service and would recommend BVS to anyone. It was also such a pleasure to deal with such friendly people.

We got 2 techs yesterday for our twice annual HVAC checkup. They were on time, professional, efficient, and VERY helpful and friendly. My husband had slipped, and they cheerfully helped him up. We pay annually for the 2 service calls, plus a percentage off of other services as needed—a screaming deal!Thank you, BVS.

They installed my new AC system and have been servicing it since. I have used them for the past 15 years and any time I’ve had an issue they have always done an excellent job! They do not overcharge or try to scam. I am a part of their member services and pay less than $20 a month for that. they come out to the house twice a year. To service my unit I have had a couple of issues that have needed part replacements. Because the unit is under warranty and I am paying monthly for their services. I did not have to pay for the parts. Just a reasonable base fee. I would definitely recommend this company for all your AC and heating issues and needs.

I already sent my review on your web site, then I went back again and found this place to post reviews. Mine is easy and simple, BVS is a family owned business that has taken care of our home A/C and Heating for 20ish years. Have never met a bad employee in all that time. Im assuming they pick the cream of the crop or have a super training program for all their people. From the people at the office that call and we call to schedule an appointment for them to come out and do regular maintenance on the equipment, to make sure its running at top performance 24/7. It is a great company that says what they are going to do, and then even more important they do it. 5 Stars or A++ whatever the top scale is I give them that. I would recommend BVS to anyone who needs an A/C or Heating Equipment problems to give them a call. Not sure who you are currently using but I do know I would stack up these fine folks at BVS against any other shop in the Greater Houston area. I have been a BVS customer for probably 20 years and have always had excellent service. The technicians and staff are awesome! They schedule the seasonal maintenance appts and always make sure that Im aware of who the tech is and when he will arrive.

Trent was our technician that came out to fix our AC! Turns out nothing needed to be fixed...we just accidentally flipped the switch that controls the power to our unit!! OOPS!!! He came all the way out to flip the switch for us! He was quick, thorough and knowledgeable in his switch flipping! Im quite confident in his actual repair capabilities though! We signed up for the maintenance program and look forward to working with BVS in the future!! Thank you, BVS and Trent!! ☺️

I was in a real jam in the midst of this Texas heat when my unit decided to give out on me. I had heard great things and read great reviews regarding BVS Home Experts. Without a doubt I made the called. Initially I had my doubts, only because it was after 5pm on a weekday and I figured they wouldn’t be able to assist that day. I’m so thankful I was wrong. With no questions asked other than my location they came out to my rescue. Long story short Christopher was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Walked . through everything step by step, gave me several options and worked with me on the final price. Couldn’t be any more thankful and happy with their service. Overall a great experience with a family oriented company. Always had my family and budget in mind. Highly recommend them!

I had this company out at my place in Sealy back at the beginning of August.Had an appointment scheduled with a time window of 2-4, got a call at 12:45 that the technician finished early so he was headed our way and would be there around 1:15 or so, which in turn made my wife have to rush back in from Katy while she was running errands.From the start, the tech seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, nor did he want to be there doing the service call.He told my wife that it looked like we might have a Freon leak from one of the lines but he did not have the tool on his truck to take the cap off of the port to check with gauges so he had to go back to the shop to get said tool, 2 hours later he finally returns and said the Freon levels in the unit were fine, there was no leak.Recommended a coil cleaning and a leak detection additive to the Freon for $900, but we did not want to spend that money with this company since the tech seemed irritated to be there, so we politely declined.Had another company come out today, and turns out the Condenser has a good size hole in it that was plugged with dirt, that the technician from BVS should have been able to diagnose, and is very actively leaking Freon. Tech said you could hear it escaping with the system under charge.So since this other company came out, was very polite and kept me informed the entire step of the way, was on time to their appointment, and correctly diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. They are getting my $5,000 to replace the condenser instead of BVS.I do not recommend using this company. You will be spending money to not have your matters addressed properly.

Vu Tran showed up at his ETA; he changed the filter and checked the UV light … it was still good. Also checked the gas valve which had been a problem in the past and it’s still okay too. He wore boot covers which was extremely thoughtful because I had just had the wood floors waxed!

Vu was my technician and he arrived on time, with a smile on his face, then advised me he was going to put on shoe covers, 😊 and answered every question I had. He is a professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and patient (I had a lot of questions because I binge watch yt videos) technician. 🙂 I gave 5 stars because first impressions are important and I am confident in this business. Jennifer called me, within 5 minutes, after I completed the inquiry form on the company website. I look forward to doing business with BVS for years to come. btw: I saw a company truck in my subdivision 2 days prior, took a picture of the van and phone #, rushed home to contact this company for my ac/heating needs. I am so happy I did. I highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and friendly. Most important, they got our AC back up and running within a couple of hours. We got lucky with the required parts being in the truck. I will definitely use their service from now on.

The BVS technician arrived on time and introduced himself. He went about his work promptly, servicing the furnace and replacing the filter. He also serviced the dehumidifier drain line. At my request, he also corrected the time displayed on the thermostat, which required replacing a battery. He was very polite and efficient and I would rate the overall performance as Excellent.

The AC outside unit gave up in this crazy heat weve been having. I called BVS and within minutes I was called back and the tech VU Tran was on his way on Sunday evening and would be here shortly. when he arrived, which I consider very quick, he proceeded to trouble shoot the problem replaced a part and had my house cooling off in record time. Service doesnt get better than this. Vu Tran is a professional and excellent at his profession.

The installation of our new a/c and heating system went very well. It took most of the day to remove the old equipment and ductwork and replace it with the new, but the crew was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and when they left, you could not tell they had been there. The new system is running great and we are very pleased with it.

I highly recommend BVS Home Experts, they provide excellent customer service. My a/c quit working in the summer heat, BVS was quick to respond and send help. They also provide great annual maintenance service checks.

Trent diagnosed the issue I was having with my heating system. Brazos Valley employee drove at least 5 hours to pick up the parts needed because not in local warehouse. Problem repaired within 24 hours.

We woke up Sunday morning on the coldest morning all year with no heat working. It was an electronic problem and not a unit problem. The Technician came out and corrected the problem and kept me informed of the issue and the repair. They ordered a replacement part and a few days later came out and installed the replacement part. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system, what was needed and took appropriate corrective action. I have recommended them a number of time sand continue to give them my highest recommendation. They are well trained professionals who get the job done.

Trenton was professional and courteous. I have been a BVS patron since the early 2000s and I trust them.

Expensive and unprofessional. My mom was quoted $15,000 with a discount down to $12,000 to replace a 3 ton a/c unit. She got a quote from another company for $5,500. Guess who shes going to use?Just this past fall, she received an email from BVS encouraging her to replace an a/c unit for $5,000. Even with inflation, there is no way it went up $10,000. This company was just trying to deceive and take advantage of my mother.
