Woke up June 15 to know air. I called an spoke to Mike, the owner. He sent me a text and told me his tech would arrive in 45 minutes. Tim showed up early, addressed the problem and had it fixed in the next 30-45 minutes. Tim was polite and courteous and I could not ask for better service. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.

Our unit went out four hours before we were hosting an event and needed service quickly. Precision Air came through for us and our system is now running better than ever. We appreciate their customer service and willingness to work with us on short notice. Customers for life!!

The only company in DFW area who fixed our fancy but very old AC( with water chilled pump) and did not cost us arm and leg. Thank you for your ethical and excellent work!

I had my air conditioner service at the beginning of the summer by another company and when it got so hot and started having problems. I called precision air they came out the same day found the problem and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I will be using them from now on
