G1 Air

We had G1 Air come out and give us a quote on a unit upgrade. They were extremely honest and advised that it would not benefit us since our unit was very efficient. We love their honesty and will, moving forward, recommend them to family and friends.

Omar checks my AC and Heating system twice a year. Always prompt, kind, and informative. He has earned my trust if anything ever goes sideways with our AC system. Setting up the appointment is always easy too.

Initially we were very pleased with G1 Air. They replaced our AC system. They didnt quite finish everything the first day, but did request payment right away. This should have been our red flag. I usually dont pay until all the work is completed and I should have done that here. They promised us over and over they would return, but days kept going by without any attempt on their part to get back out and fix the remaining issues on our system. The system was installed on 9/11/2024 and it is now 10/31/2024, so we are pretty confident they have no intention on returning to correct the outstanding items. The return air was not put in level and the insulation is cracking, they left several hangers from the old system that were no longer needed just dangling, and they didnt reconnect a duct smoke detector they were supposed to do. Fabian told us over and over he would personally make sure it got done, but then he stopped responding to emails a few weeks ago. If they would have just finished these last few minor issues, they would have had a 5 star review from us, but to just ghost us when they werent finished with the job is so unprofessional. Now I have to hire someone else to come finish the work.

Our AC stopped working.We had a company come out who said it was the compressor. We had two more come out to give us competitive bids. The bids ranged from $3,500 to $8,000. Then the company I had decided on didn’t respond so I had G1 come out. Omar looked at the situation and informed me my compressor was fine. The problem was just a blown fuze. The fuze holder was damaged but the compressor was fine. WOW! All those other guys were getting in line to sell me thousands of dollars of equipment I did not need. Then by luck, Omar showed up. He replaced the fuze and the connection box and for a few hundred bucks I am back in business. Thank you for your honesty G1Air!!!!!

Omar came in a did a quick and professional job and fixed the air conditioner in a short time He gave us information on maintenance of the system and offered us an excellent deal on twice yearly maintenance. A friendly young man, helpful and courteous. Will definitely be using G-1 in the future.John Hasbrook

My A/C stopped working this afternoon. I called G1 Air and they were able to send a tech out in just a few ours. When the technician Adrian showed up, he got right to work immediately. Adrian was professional, honest, and friendly. He was able to find the problem and took care of it right away. He even took me outside and showed me what was wrong with the unit. It turns out the A/C capacitor went out. 2 years ago we had the same issue, I called Elmer’s and they charged over $800 to fix the same problem G1 did for $295! I was blown away. G1 is hands down the best A/C company I’ve ever dealt with and will be the only A/C company I deal with from now on. I will be recommending them to friends, family, and clients. If I could give Adrian and G1 10 stars, I would! If anyone is on the fence about what A/C company to call, look no further. Seriously! Give G1 a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you Adrian and G1 for getting our A/C running again in this heat!

Very efficient with doing a maintenance check. I asked then a totally different question about the efficiency of my bedroom duct and he took the time to look in my attic and let me know what was happening, he had taken pictures to show me so I could get an understanding.

G1 recently purchased the company that installed our unit a year and a half ago. I had them out for maintenance on our unit this week. There was some confusion on what was covered, but I was able to speak with the owner, Justin, about it. He was very professional and understanding during our conversation. I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with.

The G1 Air technician, Omar, did an awesome job of repairing our air conditioner. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We were VERY pleased with the service.

In the middle of summer our AC stopped working. We called G1 Air and they came right over. The technician said our drain pan was full and the float switch caused our AC to turn off. They cleared our drain line and the AC started working again.I’m grateful for their quick response as we have children in our home and it was HOT! The technician was kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.
