Drivers are reckless and aggressive he cut me off nearly hitting me twice. Perhaps this is the same one that another reviewer saw texting. Your business doesnt look good if you have someone driving so carelessly.

300% Mark up on simple parts. Their top techs do not stick around because the way they are treated. They constantly send out techs that are basically on OJT and most of them have no clue what they are doing, this is even more so on their plumbing side. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Beyer wasnt bad years ago but they have grown to be completely dishonest and crooked.

Steve did an excellent job of explaining each repair, answering questions, and I felt he was honest & professional. He got me additional quotes very quickly. Beyer Boys pricing is higher than it should be on some jobs, and in line in pricing on others. They do have commercials to pay for so this is to be expected. If you can afford them I would recommend using their plumbing services.

Top notch work, quality control, and customer service! I recommend these guys whole hardheartedly.I had three companies give me estimates. I wasnt looking for the cheapest... I was looking for the best bang for my buck!The person (Sorry I forgot your name) who did my estimate was honest and didnt try to over-sell me anything. This guy was the only one (out of the three) who put me at ease.The guys who installed my AC were fast, clean, careful, and courteous (To be honest I really didnt know I cared about this until I experienced it).The equipment is doing exactly what they said it would do. Im saving money every month, and my house is cooler... YES COOLER!!!... IN SAN ANTONIO!!!!!!Thanks Beyer Boys!P.S. Thanks for the cookies!.... and just to make things clear... the cookies only counted for .314 of a star.

Plumbing problem on Saturday early afternoon. Call Beyer Boys for appointment, expecting it to be next week, got a call back in about 20 minutes advising Plumber would be arriving between 3 pm - 7 pm. Brian called when he was at appointment before us with projected time for his arrival. As it got closer to our time, we received text message with a photo of Brian. He got here very close to arrival time, did inspection, made us aware of repair cost. Got the job done!!! Thank you Beyer Boys and Brian Barnes.

Great service, easy scheduling, fast and courteous.EDITING REVIEW : Because this company openly does NOT support a woman’s right to choose I canceled my contract and went with another company. For some people this might encourage them to give BB their business, for others it might discourage. You can’t make that choice for anyone else.

I have used Beyer Boys for about 6 years now. Over that time Ive had plumbing issues from broken water lines to leaking hose bibs. Each time the guys that have come are polite, timely and professional. The water line break was tricky, hard to locate and hard to repair. A company could have taken advantage, but I was told and shown exactly what the deal was and given choices on how to fix.I liked that.

It depends who they send. Weve had great plumbers and AC guys from Beyer over the past 10 years, and weve had some really bad ones as well. They have grown so fast, they have some issues with quality control. However, they are happy to send someone else or try and fix what is wrong.

Shawn was very ccourteous, friendly and conducted himself in a professsional manner. He was quite efficient, but then again, Beyer Boys send out service men who are well trained and competent in what they do.We have been clients for many years.We appreciate great serice every time!

The scheduled maintenance went fine; however, before Luis left, he pointed out that the overflow drain line does not have a float switch installed. He said cost is $250 (Im assuming that includes LABOR since a float switch itself costs

Great communication and arrived as promised. I had a leak near my kitchen and they located the leak right away and also found another leak near my water softener. Ronnie and George were very thorough and double checked my lines to make sure nothing else was leaking.

Person who came was not the Jeffrey whose picture I received, saying here us the person who will be coming. Dont think I received it in advance of work.When I asked about the small tape receipt was told they were going paper less and it would be emailed. I will call to verify my email. Have not received it.

One of your drivers was texting and driving on the downtown highway today by St. Marys st. Exit. He didnt signal while changing lanes. Two cars honked at him and then he got mad at the two cars. How unprofessional and should know better than to represent his company like that. Especially with the name BIG on the van. It was a white van and a older white van.

Humble people, great plumber and assistant, came on time on Sunday for emergency call, slightly overpriced and plumber asked for coupon if I had, a coupon or will not budge from price. They did not quote hourly rate in addition to flat fee of $50.00 for arrival, installing a shower head that we had purchased before and provided cost us total labor of $130.00 . Good company, great plumber, timely, overpriced as we do not collect coupons or haggle.

Im very impressed by the tech Bobby M. who came to our home yesterday. He set an example of the work ethic we should all have. Aside from being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient, he did what most do not do. And that is take the time to explain things, and he asks questions. Its obvious he cares about his customers as well as the company he works for. Cudos to Bobby M !! We will request him in the future.

I appreciated the promptness and courtesy of Monty and John. Monty explained what he did and how the new device worked. Usually repair people are in a big hurry to leave. Monty took his time and made sure I knew how to work everything and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that!

So, it all started in June of 2019. My AC went out. I called beyer, they came out fixed it and off we go. Then they had to come out again later in the summer. Now I pay the monthly service plan but still had to wait until the next morning for someone to come out while trying to sleep in an 80 degree and rising temp house. So they come out, I replace ALL the parts they suggested, good to go again. Now we get to the winter. In october I had my annual inspection to make sure everything is good. Yep, tech comes out says everything is great. The very next day nothing is working. They send a texh out, diagnoses is bad coil. Cool so I replace the coil. Same week, still not working, tech comes out and says oh they just for got to reply something in. November and December....they have been out 12 times each time its oh the last tech forgot to do this or missed this item. I will say the techs are very nice but the office is terrible. 2 days before Christmas my heater is out yet again....mind you Ive asked repeatedly if everything should be replaced so we dont have to continue this nightmare. No maam everything is good. Ok. So 2 days before Christmas theaters out, I call the office because at this point I want a supervisor....I asked for one in the past and never got one but thought maybe the holiday spirit would encourage them to do the right thing. Nope, lady on the phone says our supervisor is out until after the holidays. I ask, you only have one supervisor for the whole company? She says yes and Im understandably upset at this point. All I want for Christmas is my heater to work. She says they have to find a part and cant guarantee it can be fixed by Christmas. Low and behold they find the part. Tech comes out and says ok, thats the last thing it could be. Well its not here we are a week later and I awoke to house that is 58 degrees because my heater went out. Now I pay a monthly service with all the bells.and whistles I have replace everything that they suggested and every time a tech comes out they admit its something the last person did wrong. So, what does it take to get one system working and how does a company that has such a larger presence and says well bend over backwards for you together it right? Also, I dont believe for one second that they have one supervisor for the entire company.Techs are nice but dont expect to have reliable service or that your system will work for any length of time. I will be having them come out for the 13th time in 3 months this week.

I purchased the Silver Plan and was told I would not be charged a service call fee for any issue. Sometime after, I called them to report an issue with my HVAC system and was told again no fee would be charged. Unfortunately, i was charged $146 and was told by the technician it was to determine what was wrong with the HVAC motor and not a service call. When i spoke to the service manager, I was told because i paid for the Silver Plan the service fee of $89 was waived but I would have to pay the $146 diagnostic. Sorry but this does not make any sense. Does this make any sense? In addition, my receipt doesnt define the charge as a service fee or diagnostic but as a misc labor only repair. They didnt repair anything! The technician only told me the HVAC motor needed to be replaced and would have to return once got the part. All the technician did was checked if voltage was going to blower and found blower wasnt working. That sounds like a diagnosis. In addition, the estimate to replace my HVAC motor was $1400 and they refused to tell me how much was parts and how much was for labor. There is no transparency. I contacted another company who is licensed and bonded and was charged a total of $850 for exact same repair. I just got a call from Eric ( service manager) who said he spoke to the President, Pat Beyer, and would reimburse me the $146. However, I am still going to talk to the Mr. Beyer.
