My furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. I contacted Beyer Boys and was very lucky to have Brody come out very shortly after contacting them. He took pictures of the broken part and explained what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. This was the first time I had to find someone quickly late in the day and I felt very lucky to have contacted Beyer Boys and have service done by Brody. Thank you! Customer service was top notch!
I recently had three HVAC Systems in my home replaced. I received two estimates and chose Beyer Boys because of Comfort Advisor Jesse Delgado. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail indicated to me that Beyer Boys was my choice for this major project.Ray Martinez was the Installation Supervisor. He came by every morning to check on the progress of removal of the old as well as installation of the new equipment. The Installer Crews were second to none. Your representative was very prompt. He called to advise me of his impending arrival. He was diligent in his task. I stayed outside with him only to protect him from a stay dog who has been terrorizing the neighborhood. We had no incidents. He reported that everything was fine. His suggestion for a new addition to my unit was later sent. I will have to pass for now. Pete did great work!
Brody showed up on time and was helpful in suggesting repairs needed after his inspection and future repairs to plan for. He treated my wife with respect the whole time and informed her thoroughly on what he was doing seeing with our system. He even went above and beyond in messaging me directly with updates as well. Victor was right on time and the first thing he did was put on protective shoe coverings to preserve my flooring. He was meticulous in taking tests of my heating system and providing me with the answers that he found. He was friendly and courteous to the point that I felt like I’ve known him a long time. Excellent service as they inspected our Heater for the winter. Guys wore shoe covers to protect carpet, were actually early to appointment, did as I asked and called beforehand so could crate my dogs before they arrived.Service & customer service was Excellent.

Brody was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of our home. Beyer Boys prices of services are higher than I think they should be, though. I think $500 to clean out a dryer vent is excessive, for example.
The Teams at Beyer Boys are top notch. For years theyve maintained our system. Finally it was time to replace it. They did an outstanding job; today was a follow up, and it was very thorough. Were more than satisfied. :-)
I would give ZERO stars if possible. This is the absolute worst company and I warn people not to use them.I had a new AC/ furnace installed October of 2022 and once installed many pieces on a brand new unit were being replaced because the furnace would not stay on. These were uneducated kids sent to work without supervision for install, and the only issue was they never replaced the roof jack! But everything else was being replaced!!My personal belongings were broken and damaged as well. Ever since this install this machine has had nothing but issues. Ive had a great company continually come out to keep working on this unit ever since 2022.Be ware of this company and its work!

We have three units at our house and all have been purchased and serviced by Beyer Boys since around 2005. We have always had really great service and that is why we have stayed exclusively with Beyer Boys. We never felt it necessary to look around why change a good thing that has work well for almost 20 years. I had a slight issue today with a thermostat issue on a just over one year old unit that was again purchased from Beyer Boys. After calling the office a little heated the owner called me within 10 minutes and handled the issue and reminded me again why I will always recommend and continue to use Beyer Boys. They put the customer first and it shows in both their service and the way their employees always have a positive attitude. When you take care of you business and employees the customers can tell the difference. Thank you Beyer Boys for the great service!!!!
Jason came out after hours on Saturday and did an awesome job repairing my AC unit. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel confident that I was going to be happy with the service he was providing. He answered all our questions and showed us how to work the thermostat and explained everything to us. We are extremely satisfied with the service he provided!!!
Jason was great, but my experience with Beyer Boys not so great. I pay $480 a year to get 2 “free” inspections. One time the tech recommended I have 10 different things done. When I asked him to prioritize 3 he flip flopped. I did pay to have what he said was the most critical, but the following year a different tech said he didn’t know why bought what I did. Once I was told I should have my ducts cleaned. Later I asked for a quote and was told my ducts were too old and would probably break if I had them cleaned.
Jacob was there at our home until 12:30 am trouble shooting and addressing our heating problem. He also found a live wire with an open circuit that must have been there since the installation of the unit and missed when Jon Wayne Ac came out a few months ago. He saved us from a potential attic fire. His attention to detail in servicing our problem and spotting a possible fire hazard is to be commended. I can not give enough praise about Jacob - his professionalism and dedication to his field of expertise in servicing our problem - which was another wire in the attic that had melted. We were very lucky. We will be a customer for life. Next we will have their team come out and reinspect everything previously done.

Needed AC service on short notice. Beyer was able to have someone come by in only a couple of hours. Jason (G.) was very knowlegeable and fast to find the issue. He clearly descibed the issue: He found a mouse had a snack on a couple of the condenser wires. Ugg. He fixed it and also did a system inspection (no charge!) All within 30 minutes or so.The price was very resonable. I highly recommend Beyer!

Its the Wild West---We received an estimate of over $3500 from Beyer Boys for replacement of our Rheem furnace blower fan. Yes, you read that correctly. And then paid their technician $110 for a winter inspection which they didnt perform since the furnace blower was defective. OK, understood.After some additional research, we chose another certified HVAC group that not only replaced the defective OEM Blower fan but they also double checked and confirmed that the Rheem was under warranty. So we paid just for the installation of a warrantied supplied blower fan…and Justin installed it the same day.Its the Wild West! Make the time and get multiple quotes; get quality referrals if you can. In this case, happy to refer HVAC work to Justin (and brother Alex), at Urgent Air Care. They earned our trust for quality work at a fair price.

My complaint was about the loud noises coming from the outdoor unit. I told the tech that the heat eventually turns to cold air in extreme cold outside temps and then I need to use space heaters in the winter. Technician adjusted heat strips timingand he stated on the invoice, the system started operating properly. The complaint was about the noise only since the current temp was not extreme cold. The loud outside noises consisting of piercing high pitches and what sounds like aircraft taking off are still there.
The Beyer Boys were efficient and thorough and on time.They told me every detail what they were doing and informed me of problems and cost involved. They knew what they were doing. They showed respect and courtesy. I will call on them for sure in the future.

Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the summer. I called Beyer Boys at 2pm & a technician was here by 5pm. He was here for about 2 hours taking care of the issues & explaining in detail what needed to be replaced. We are very happy with the timeliness of our repair.
Original technician did not show /call or texted about appointment status. Appointment range time lapsed. 2nd technician that showed up, provided an outstanding service.

Our AC unit went out on the hottest day, I tried contacting another company that I had purchased a priority member package from, guaranteed 1 day service needless to say they were nowhere to be found. I found Beyer Boys on line and scheduled an appointment between 1and 5 same day. To my delight they showed up at 1:03 and quickly accessed the problem and fixed it. The tech explained everything in a manner that we could understand. We were so impressed that we have decided to stick with Beyer Boys and buy a new unit from them. Called at 8am Saturday morning and they were here by 9am. Exceptional work, fast service and very professional. My unit is not old at all, pretty standard repair but I certainly cannot do it myself, glad Beyer was available during this hot Texas weather. The cost might not be the cheapest but what you save in time and convenience is all I really care about.

We called to report our AC issue and they were able to send a technician out on same day. He diagnosed the problem and we are planning further action with Beyer soon.
I called in late afternoon with a non-working AC unit and the technican was at my door in about an hour -- really excellent response time! He had the unit up and running in a matter of minutes. On the down side -- I asked him to sign me up for the lowest priced service plan (Basic) and he instead signed me up for the Silver plan, which was undoubtedly an honest mistake on his part. Two suggestions: Why not show the annual membership fees for the service plans online? I just receivedthe price list for the membership services and the fees are outdated from what I was quoted by one of your phone reps. Also, why not itemize the invoices, showing the break-downs between parts and labor?

Very unprofessional and they lied. Had another company come out and looked at my AC. Beyer wanted to replace my entire unit for $2000.00. A simple part was replaced for $300 and runs fine. Don’t trust the fake reviews.

Read before getting Beyers Boys Air Conditioning.Military Veteran with 22 years of service and wont steer you wrong and telling the truth. Had a Beyer Boys technician come out due to AC went out. Tech came in, looked at the inside panel, took him to attic, and this is where it got strange. I didnt go up but waited for him to come down. I saw flashes like he took pictures. When tech came down, he told me if we have allergies cause i have bacteria growing on coils and showed me pictures. Couldnt believe it. My unit coil had bacteria. Ok, noted. We went outside to look at AC unit and found out Compessor went out. Done!! Had to get a new compesser got it. Ok told me the cost to fix and bacteria options to get. Before he left, I told him if he could send me the pictures that he had taken. Never sent me..Got another tech to come out the next day to get another quote, but this time, I went up with tech in the attic because i wanted to physically see the bacteria on the coil. New Tech physically showed the unit was never open because it was sealed with some plaster to open. The unit coil looked completely different from what Beyers Boy Tech showed me. WOW!! Beyer Boy Tech had the nerve to show me pictures of another client bacteria from their unit to tell me it was my AC unit..So, veterans and others thinking about this company. If they show you pictures, make sure to physically see and watch the Techinican.

I called 5 different places (mind u it was a Saturday 😬 so I figured Id be out of luck) however, I called Beyer boys & they said theyd get a tech out by 630 pm (I called @ 430pm) sure enough ZACHARY pulled up on time, answered all my questions & filled me in on what he was doing. The first time I contacted Beyer Boys was last summer on a HOT Friday afternoon. I had contacted my normal AC company because the outside unit was not running. They told me they could get someone here on Monday. Nope thats too long to wait so I called Beyer Boys and they had someone here in 45 minutes. The problem got taken care of quickly and I was comfortable again. The next time I decided I wanted my duct work cleaned since Ive be in the house since 1997 and never had it dont. The guys showed up right on time and checked my duct work and told me they didnt need to be cleaned. That save me $800. Why have something done that doesnt need to be done and save money in the process? They installed a home ac filtration system. They got the job done is good time. They were able to answer any and all my questions. GREAT JOB! Next time I did AC work done Ill be calling them!
He came in and examined the AC then he told me he had to replace the capacitor and how .much thar would cost. He then said he would check the rest and if he found anything else wrong, of course it would be more. He then came back and said all was fine, nothing else was wrong, and it was the same price he quoted me $323 including service call of $25.00I would recommend him to anyone needing air conditioning work. Honest man.

We have been using Beyer Boys for over a decade. They are very, very expensive and they do not return calls. They are very good with texting ( i e what technician is coming and when) but impossible to get an explanation from the Service Manager who NEVER returns calls. He has automated texts for everything, but forget it if you have a question. I spoke with another company they explained exactly what I needed to know in minutes. After all these years with special warranty programs, etc after this repair we’re hunting for a new company. I should mention the $4400 quote for labor and freon - a 1/2 day job! I asked how much the freon costs because surely labor doesn’t cost that much for 4 hours. The tech that gave me the quote had NO IDEA?????

Alan was my comfort consultant, very professional and showed me options prior to leaving. Called him the next day and within 48 hours Lisandro and his skilled team of technicians had removed an old unit in the attic and installed a new one. Those boys worked hard but it didn’t stop them from being courteous at the end of a long day, explaining to me how to operate the system. I’m so grateful I chose them for the job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Jose was absolutely amazing. This was an extremely difficult diagnosis requiring all the wiring to be taken out to find which wire was shorted out. Hot does not describe the conditions they had to work in but he stuck with it and was able to find the issue. Thank you so much!!!

Better was reliable and detailed every step of the way. They called me as soon as I booked an appt. Lorenzo called me early and was able to get me in two hours earlier than my appointment time. He was super detailed, and even offered me additional products which I signed up with him because I felt like they took care of my issue efficiently.
Our ac went out on a Saturday evening and they got to us within an hour and a half of calling. They were able to get it fixed quickly and were very informative about everything. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Overall terrible experience with beyer boys. Over a 8 month period after having a new ac installed it has broken down many times. Both the inside and outside units have had problems with boards, fans, and motors.Most recently, I have been without AC for 5 days. It started Sunday after coming home from work the temperature in the house was at 76 degrees and the thermostat said that there was a fan error and to call a number. After letting my parents know, they contacted beyer boys and didn’t get a response until Monday, where they said they would send a technician out the next day between 1-5pm. The next day the technician never showed up during the time that dispatch said they would, and when contacted they said he was still at the last house and would be there after 5pm. The technician did not show up until 5:30, where he proceeded to not ring the door bell, knock, or contact anyone for the house and left a “ sorry we missed you” pamphlet in the door. We called dispatch again and they said that he came at 5:25pm. We asked for the managers number multiple times and it was never given. A technician finally came out around 8pm that day and went and had a look. He reported that it was a problem with the fan/motor and that he would put the order in and get back and replace the part as soon as possible. The next day a different technician showed up with the part and proceeded to replace the motor. After a hour and a half, he reported that the problem in fact was not the motor but the board. He said that he would put the order in and would be able to replace it as soon as tomorrow. My parents spoke with him on the phone and we finally got the managers number after numerous attempts and been given the run around by the call center.I have had to sleep in a 80-89 degree house for 5 days straight due to a faulty indoor unit and it still has not gotten replaced. The technicians were very respectful but we never had the chance to speak to the people in charge. It seems like they did not want us to and tried their best to keep us at bay. Great techs but unreliable product and unprofessional behavior.
Victor was very informative and task oriented. He kept at the job until it was done, and I appreciate his diligence. Would definitely want him as my service man next time. He found a few items that need changing, and he let me know the costs and reasons for the needed repairs.

I always trust these professionals. I have been using them the last ten years in construction, and only hire them to work on my HVAC system at the house.
Called for an estimate, admin staff said I had to pay $120 service fee. Asked if that was negotiable, she said no. Received a call next day from a Robert who stated via voicemail message, he listened to the previous days call and would like to arrange a time to explore my issue. When I called him back, he acted as if he did not know who I was and what I was calling for, proceeded to state that the service manager could waive the service fee. When I shared what day my availability was with him, he said good luck and hung up on me. As if because the service manager would possibly waive the service fee, I HAD to bow down to his availability since they were doing me a favor. I guess I was not grateful enough. I am high on customer respect and satisfaction. I am a veteran and deserve to be treated fairly. Robert should not be working in direct customer relations based on my interaction with him.I will go with a different vendor, who is coming to my residence on Saturday when I am available with $0 service fee.

We have been burned by other “HVAC” companies like ADT and Will Fix It. At one point Will Fix it wanted to sell us a whole new system to replace a 4 year old system. All of those times a technician was sent out and were either new or unqualified to work on our house. This time we went with Beyer Boys and had the very opposite experience. Ernan was hands down the very best we have ever had. He took time to explain everything educate us on what he was diagnosing. Very very professional and as a plus he’s very animal friendly! He didnt try to oversell anything and took his time. We will forever use Beyer Boys and ALWAYS request Ernan. Very very thankful for him!!!

We had always great service with this a/c company for about ten years.The only thing we didn’t like at all is that they set up the maintenance appointments randomly without asking if we are available first. Every time we receive the appointment reminder we need to call to reschedule it so one of us has enough time to take a day off work to be in the house. They have a “window” of many hours for their appointments, so you are stuck in the house waiting all day for a tech to arrive.Now we need to replace our AC system, unfortunately their estimates are way too high, so we need to switch to another company.
The technician arrived earlier than I thought he would,in view of the 4 hour window.He worked diligently and explained any questions I had about the work done. He was polite and kept his shoes covered in the house,due to the recent rain that fell at the time of the service call.In 25 years of using Beyer,I have always been happy with their approach to customer service.this is a review of the May 1 visit to do my annual inspection.The review should be of my experience of the May 26 visit of Jacob,in his visit because of my thermostat shutting down.Jacob came promptly,and i view of the time and holiday,I thought I might not see anyone from Beyer until Monday.But Jacob fixed it promptly,monitored the restart of the a/c system,and explained whatever question I had.I am very glad I have used Beyer since 1998.Correction.On Monday May 27,the thermostat stopped functioning again at 8:00 p.m.I decided to wait to call Beyer until Tuesday morning.I called them,after having to leave the house at 7:00 a.m.,at noon,and was told no one could come until Wed.!I asked how I called Beyer on a Sunday afternoon and a technician came in an hour and allegedly fixed it.But on a Tuesday no one is available.So luckily I might see a repairman between 5 and 10 p.m.Today,Tuesday..

We always appreciate the technicians that come from Beyer. Lizandro R., Dennise M., and Jose P. went above and beyond when they came to fix one problem and found others and fixed those too all in a hot attic. Thankful for these guys hard work and the company they represent!
Zac did an excellent job repairing my HVAC system. He is very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Zac does a great job describing the problem. I was extremely impressed with the results of his efforts. My only regret is that I can only rate him with five stars...I need several more!

Had to have refrigerant added again. No matter how new my equipment is (all installed by Beyer Boys) I need to have refrigerant added nearly every year. I’m on my third condenser in a little over 4 years at $1200 a pop. Because of my experiences with Beyer Boys over the last 5 years or so, I will not recommend Beyer Boys to anyone.Jacob is awesome and a great asset to your company.

How do you like this Kodiak Brown Bear? He tipped the scales at nearly 1100 pounds. On the other hand, Beyer Boys A/C did a super job of getting mine up and running even though it was a bear of a job!
Mike was great. He was actually early for the appointment, but I was out picking up the kids. He came in and got straight to work. Showed me everything he found and explained my options in detail on how to get the most out of my system and how to keep it running longer and more efficiently. I hope I dont need them, but if I do, I know Ill be calling Beyer to work on my ac.
We’ve used Beyer for years, had a maintenance contract with them. They show up in a timely manner, always have the most professional technicians, and let us know when we may be heading towards problems. They also let us know that the system is in good working order. I recommend them whenever asked who I use. Thank you, Beyer Boys.Our most recent maintenance appointment was on November 22, 2024. The tech, Emil S was especially thorough. He went through the usual maintenance items, then removed the fan motor and casing from the air handler to clean it. Our system is almost 10 years old and Emil has been the only tech to remove and clean the fan motor. I wish I could give him 15 stars! He’s been the best that we’ve ever had. Thanks, Emil!

We had a great experience with Omar and Mark today working on our duct work. They called ahead, came on time, explained everything and cleaned up well. We are also very pleased with our system we had Beyer put in a couple of years ago.
Brody W. was very polite and also very careful of my pets. He made sure my AC was running smoothly and he also made sure all doors and gates were closed when he was done so my pets wouldn’t get lost.

Beyer has been great to deal with for installation and subsequent maintenance/repairs. Took some persistence to get through the phone tree at some points, but overall flawless experience. We worked with a number of great technicians but Jose G in particular was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Mr. Barrientes is an amazing HVAC tech for the buyer mechanical team. You arrived in a timely manner quickly diagnosed the The problem, very efficiently made the repair, and also gave some Helpful pointers to help avoid the problem in the future. I would gladly have him specifically do any future service calls that may be needed on my HVAC unit.
My AC went out Saturday evening and I was able to schedule a Sunday morning Repair online and within a few hours Jose came to get our AC up and working again. Jose was very competent and professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. While we were grateful to have it fixed on a Sunday, to be charged over $1,000.00 to replace a capacitor, a hard start kit and a contractor that took an hour for 1 man to replace, seems extremely high.
Beyer Boys always takes good care of me. It is easy to schedule appointments online. They contact me 30min before arrival which I like because I can secure my pets. They send a photo of the technician so I know who is coming. Jose G was polite, professional & knowledgeable. Beyer Boys are not always trying to sell me something like some of the other HVAC companies, & I appreciate that!

Made an appointment on Monday for service on Wednesday between 1 and 5 for a water drip coming from the attic. Zach called ahead and arrived about 1:30. The drain hose was clogged with slime as suspected. Zach explained my cost options of which I chose a service package so I don’t have to bother with maintenance twice a year. Zach was very professional and quick.
Peter the technician was awesome, very professional yet very friendly. He found the problem in a relatively short time and explained all the possibilities to me letting me decide what to do. Overall a good experience in a somewhat stressful situation.

These people are scam artists. I called them for a problem I already knew was wrong on a unit they installed, only called because the parts were still under warranty and manufacturer said it would be easier to go through them, and they wanted to charge a service fee for a diagnostic . Also when I moved in the previous owner showed me service records that they had serviced the unit every 6 months and I found a stack of wrong size filters next to the unit in the attic and the original filter from installation still inside. I recommend calling a more honest company
Air conditioners only go out on weekend nights… I called Beyer HVAC and they sent a rep within 1 hour! He was great. Polite, friendly and professional! Small problem and small cost! I’m now only using this company.
My central AC unit went out and technician Mr. Jose Gonzales came out and went above and beyond by digging and locating the drain line, finally I know where it is. Had two indoor systems with Remy Halo UV disinfecting systems installed less than 3 years later, one failed. I called as it was still under warranty. I was told it was a $129 diagnostic fee. Fine. I asked that the part be on the truck so this wouldn’t be an all day affair. I was told it would be. I also was told that if it was the Remy Halo, all I’d be paying is the $129 plus a minimal labor charge. Technician arrives, spends 5 mins poking at the problem I already told him was the problem, then hands me a $700 bill. Part of which he said was to cover him driving to get the part, Beyer processing the warranty with Remy (they’re pushing that cost back to me), the diagnostic fee, AND the useless diagnostic for $129. When I called to complain the first person I spoke to LAUGHED at me then dumped me into her managers voicemail. I called back and the second person sent me to VM again. Never heard backfrom the manager. Unprofessional, misleading, and poor service. Even the survey they sent me after their ‘service call’ didn’t work properly. All reasons to avoid Beyer in the future. Just another overpriced, low value vendor. Pretty much what I’ve learned with all vendors that whip out a fancy tablet when they arrive. Be prepared to be charged 50% more for this type of service. Beyer unfortunately is no exception and now I have to look forward to them charging me $129 to come look at systems they installed and charge me back for ‘warranty work’. No thanks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Lorenzo was amazing. He came by to do our Bi-Annual Heating/AC inspection. He called prior to our scheduled appointment time to let us know his ETA. He explained everything he was doing and reviewed all things with us. We use Beyers service plan; it is well worth the money knowing you have a great company to help you if needed.
Jason Grubbs showed up from Beyer Boys on a Sunday morning within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within 1 hour. He also made some compressor longevity recommendations for our 7 year unit which had stopped. BB and their technician were a lifesaver and will definitely call for all our AC needs.
