Today(5/9/24)we have our AC service came to my house, and we were so blessed we have Julian looked at our AC. He is so respectful, well mannered and very honest worker .Julian so knowledgeable with his job, He checked step by step and explained everything what he did. My husband and I were so please to have Julian to looked at our AC. He is a wonderful person and a good worker from All Service company, Julian is a good asset of his company.. I would also like to thank Meghan and Liza for being so alert, and helpful. I am so happy to choose and to be member of All Service A/C & Heating. They’re all wonderful people and trustee company. A few weeks ago, one of our AC units went out and Luis did a great job helping us get it working again. He was courteous and professional, and tenacious working in our attic through a hot Texas summer afternoon. Luis was also wise enough to call for help when he figured two people were required to finish the job. Crystal showed promptly and together they got the cool air flowing. Thanks to both of these fine peopleAnother AC problem occurred last night. I was able to contact All Service late in the evening and they promptly scheduled a technician today. That technician (James) showed on time and texted me when on the way. He was also professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a simple fix to the issue in record time. Although it is no fun to have these issues with our AC, the experience with the All Service team was excellent!
We have been using All Service for almost 2 years now. They are always on time, easy to work with, and have friendly office and technicians. We usually just have them do regular checkups and cleaning but have had them also redo/fix a botched install by another company (AireTech).While all our technicians have been good, on our recent checkup we had a new technician, Crystal.Crystal was great. She confirmed everything she was here to do, asked us to get our thermostat set and got to work. She took the time to explain how everything was going, where she found concerns, and explained them clearly and how important or time sensitive they were. When my partner got home Crystal took the time to explain everything again to her. We were incredibly happy with her level of knowledge, work, the time she took in answering questions, and letting us know what things we just need to pay attention to.
I strongly believe that this company has gone out of service without warning their customers or debt collectors. I believe that is very bad business and poor stewardship over what was once a thriving and successful business. I know the former owner would be highly disappointed.
My experience with this company was very positive. The service provided by the technician Julian was excellent! Was very impressed with his knowledge and his thoroughness in explaining any kind of concerns that he had. Whenever I need service done I will definitely request Julian to come out to get the job done!
Loved this company so much, firstly they fit me in late afternoon yesterday, we have a new born and toddler so home was was very hot for them. Then technician comes which was Julian, he was very outstanding at his job. He wasn’t in it for buck but you can tell he truly cares and loves what he does. As you know ac or home issues is stressful, but he explained everything very throughly showed pictures explained it again and fixed the issue. He was very efficient and knowledgeable so grateful for him. This company is also very reasonable on pricing! Thank you once again!
All Service got a tech out the same day to fix my a/c. Luis was the tech and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He even cleaned my unit, sump pump and gave me some tips to have my unit run more efficiently. I definitely would recommend their services.
Ive been without air conditioning for a month and a half. Twice this company sent techs to fix the problem by replacing the compressor and twice it has failed to work. Based on the results, the techs seems to lack knowledge and/or experience in this field. Ive called every week for follow up and all I got was a I dont know response from every person Ive spoken to (Lee, Keith, Lauren). Dont get me wrong, each of these people were very courteous. Its a RESOLUTION that Im seeking. In the middle of 102 degree season, this type of service is absolutely unacceptable!
Dillon R. came out to fix my AC and noticed a freon leak. Since it was Sunday the warehouse was closed and he had to return the following day. He worked tirelessly to ensure all was well and told me exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. I am so thankful to him that he is GREAT at his job and has phenomenal work ethics. I also want to thank the owner who wants to do right by the consumer ( never failing at keeping the customer happy)…&For these reasons they will have a customer for life and I will continue to sing their praises! Last night we noticed our AC was out. It was late but we decided to call the on-call technician, Louis, and he came right out to our house and did a thorough check of our system. He found several issues, showed us pictures of the problems (frayed writing, corroded parts, refrigerant low), and fixed them on the spot. I cannot recommend Louis highly enough - he is fantastic and we are grateful for his expertise and help last night! We have been using All Service for many, many years for good reason - they are reliable, fair, honest, and fast. Thank you!!

Timely service, very hot today, Omar and Leo did a good job. However service had to be called twice after due to not cooling properly. Had to fix one issue, duct problem myself even though supposed to be replaced. Cristo was great on service.
Have been very impressed with this company so far. They replaced my entire A/C unit last year for a reasonable price and Luis just did my spring tune-up today. Everybody has been very polite, respectable of my house (booties), knowledgeable and great to work with. Would recommend.
Wow! What a great Spring Service check! I was lucky enough to run into these guys at the home and garden expo at the Alamo dome. They offered a free Spring Check so I signed up. Im new to the area and I wanted to make sure everything was running properly so I wouldnt be surprised later. The scheduling system sent a text with a picture of the technician which I thought was very nice. Johnny shows up, asks all the right questions and was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable, very thorough and a complete professional. He helped me understand my system and how to take care of it. Turns out everything was great, its been taken care of, its high quality and everything was installed correctly (great piece of mind after just moving in). I even have a report with pictures of everything they checked. Not like Im expecting it but theyve earned my future service. Ill call them right back if anything comes up!Most might roll their eyes at a free service from a trade show...but Ill be a customer for life if the level of service I received continues to be of such high quality. Johnny was fabulous! He answered all of my questions (I had lots!!) and explained everything he was doing for my spring tune-up. He was so good, I signed up for the membership. I really appreciate the care and patience he showed, especially as a first time homeowner. It was great to be able to really understand what maintenance was needed. He was super kind, and one of the few service professionals in the past year or so that didn’t talk down to me or belittle me for my lack of knowledge. As a female customer, that is sadly very rare, in this world, so it makes it even more appreciated when it happens. Huge thanks!

Crystal came right out same day! She accessed the AC, checked all the hoses, and helped clean out what she could to help the AC run smoothly. ** Update 02/07/2024 **I have had consistently excellent service from this company, and so naturally turned to them to quote for a new system. Our system had been in the house since we bought it and was on the way out. Crystal was our technician for our fall tune up and gave an honest and fair appraisal - suggesting it was time to replace our aging unit rather than pay for costly repairs. From the time we got our quote to the time our new system was installed was less than 48 hours and we couldnt be happier. The install was performed by Leo and Omar. They arrived early, were polite professional and the install was quick, clean, and looks great!** Original review **Incredible experience from start to finish. Our A/C unit started making some horrible noises right before the weather was about to heat up, and so I called All Service after reading their great reviews. They bent over backwards to schedule me an appointment on a busy Friday, and Johnny and TJ arrived promptly. I really appreciated how they send a text when theyre on their way letting you know who is going to be attending. They were polite, friendly and super fast, diagnosing the problem and making the repair while clearly explaining everything along the way. Had a 23 year old system that was on its last leg. These guys came out quickly to assess the current system and draw up an estimate for a new one. Craig was professional and explained every component of the new system.Once we pulled the trigger, they worked around my schedule and were punctual.Omar and Leo were my installers and answered every question I had. They went above and beyond to make sure my new system was explained to me and assisted with thermostat setup. Only took a few hours! Fast enough that the house warmed up only two degrees in this Texas summer heat.Looking forward to the future relationship with these guys as they will be servicing the new system moving forward.

Johnny came out last week and cleaned our blower motor for us. He did an exceptional job. Today he was out to do our seasonal tune up. Once again, he did an amazing job. He took the time to do an excellent job. Other companies don’t spend the time to do all the extras your company does to make sure our unit is in excellent working condition. They helped us out the time they came out then had asked us to sign up for a service. Sounded fine so we did. They scheduled to come out then no showed them their office person said they were closed until further notice. Still cant get someone on the phone to this day.
This company has been the worst. They first ordered a fan motor that took a week to arrive. The tech came out and while installing it broke my fan. They told me to wait another week and a half for the part. They sent me a text that the repair was scheduled for today. They call me from the office at 9 am to tell me that the part is not in and out hasnt shipped. It will be next week. All this time Im on portable ACs and a hot house. Im still waiting for someone at the office with authority to call me and they wont because they didnt want to hear it. Very sorry company, they didnt even deserve a one star.

Herman was the tech that came out late this afternoon to replace the motor. I am sure he had a busy and long day but approached this job like it was his first stop. He was professional and had a very positive attitude about him along with an easy going smile. He had everything up and running within the hour. Great customer service outlook.This is an update: I called All Service to come out and check some issues I was having and Luis came out, checked everything out and explained some things to me. The system was checked out within an hour and all systems were functioning. Luis is a very knowledgeable and professional tech that has come out before. I felt much more at ease and ready for the chilly days ahead. I’m glad I switched from a previous provider to All Service.
(5/25/24) A/C went out at the start of this Texas heat wave and the start of the 3 day weekend! I was recommended to call All Services A/C and plumbing and I was not disappointed! Our A/C Spring tune-up was just completed by Luis. Never had a more professional and dedicated technician like him before, absolutely awesome. After using 2 different companies glad we finally found an exceptional one like All Service.
Omar and Leo were very professional in getting the work done timely and efficiently and ahead of schedule. They arrived promptly and on time and immediately began working on a complete install. Ive used this company twice, first time was five star. Second time would have been five star if they hadnt overcharged me so badly for installing an attic tent, charged $375.00 to install a $50.00 item that took twenty minutes to install.I should have done my homework, but I trusted the technician and the company, so shame on me.

We recently did business for the 3rd or 4th time with All Service and we thought they were always fair and responsive but in this last case they went far over and above what was expected. There was an issue and how it was resolved showed class and a commitment to customer satisfaction that you don’t see very often anymore. I wont go into the issue but I will say that immediately following it All Service sent one of their best techs out, Luis Martinez, who identified the issue, conveyed the issue to the owner Michael Anton and within moments he was calling me. He went on to offer service/product wherein he likely took a 10K loss just to make a customer satisfied. The techs that showed up bright and early, Raul and another gentleman, were both professional, knowledgeable and mindful of our home and did a wonderful job.I will never use another AC/heating company again. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Also, highly recommend their “priority Membership” wherein they give you added services at an incredibly fair price.
Luis Martinez has provided semi-annual service at my home more than once. He is always thorough and does great work. My interactions with him have revealed he is a man of integrity and upholds the highest quality standards.

Excellent experience with All Service once again. Dylan and Crystal originally came out to diagnose the problem on Friday. Manny and Omar came on Monday to install our new unit. All were professional and polite and seemed to really care about doing a good job. From initial call to complete,5 hours! I am impressed. My AC wasnt working, I called and the service tech arrived within 3.5 hours, replaced the capacitor and 2 lb freon, and had the AC working and house cool within an hour.I didnt feel like he was just selling me on a service contract or new AC, which has happened with other providers. I did purchase the monthly service plan because less than $12 seems like a darn good deal to me!He did go over the existing AC with me, explained issues and showed me photos. Crystal arrived within the scheduled 2 hour time frame and immediately started the maintenance check of our HVAC system. She was professional, thorough, and detailed throughout her visit. Johnny from All Service came out today for our free spring system checkup. He checked everything inside and out, and was very thorough. Even cleaned out the leaves and debris that was in the outside compressor. Great service as always!

It was a short notice service inquiry. but the All Service dispatcher quickly found a technician who could quickly respond. After arriving, the service Associate, Luis, immediately got to work identifying the problem(s). He took his time checking the entire outside and inside system. He took pictures and videos of the areas of concern and with them did a great job explaining everything to me.. With all information available it was easy to accept his job proposal. All Service technicians are amazing. Crystal came out to do my pre winter checkup and was very, very thorough. Mark and Rafael came in as a team for my quarterly check on my system. Before arriving I received a text to remind me of their arrival. They were very respectful and professional. Mark explained what precautions be took to keep my outside and inside unit working more efficiently. More companies need workers like Mark and Raphael!
We had two dripping bathtubs, one sporadically running toilet and needed to change a couple of tub diverters. The job went smoothly until a more significant issue was discovered, Crystal and Duke adjusted on the fly and got all of the issues resolved. They were professional and cleaned up any messes before leaving. All Service has handled our HVAC work for about 20 years, they’ll be handling my plumbing now as well.

Our AC wouldnt turn on at 7pm tonight. I called the after hours line not expecting to hear back until morning. Luis called within 5 minutes and was at our house within 10. They installed my entire AC unit AND ductwork. Today, there was a ‘flash’ of an electrical power outage in my area. Electricity quickly came back except for the AC 🥵I called them to come out (for a 3rd visit) and DYLAN (Austin area tech) called within 10 min, walked me through a couple of steps and VOILA… came back on and works like a charm 🥰 I’m pretty sure if I had gotten anyone else on the phone they wouldn’t have made the progress that he made to get my AC running again!!! In fact, I know from last call in experience 2wks ago for yet another AC problem after their installation, they failed TWICE to return my call with an explanation of why my ductwork wasn’t complete and unit was losing air in the attic!!!Today’s call to them (aside from the last two calls after installing)… if it wasn’t for Dylan, I planned on writing a bad review based on their lack of followup!THANK YOU DYLAN… you are a definite asset to that company 😊 if it wasn’t for your help today they would’ve received ONEstar!

My mini-split unit is five years old; during the previous service inspection, it was noted that the blower wheel was in need of cleaning. At that time, I did not opt for the cleaning. Because Dillon ad Tyler read the history notes on my service inspections, they came prepared to clean the blower wheel, in addition to the usual service inspection. I am glad they were prepared because my unit now puts out a noticeable increase in air flow. Dillon and Tyler were courteous, personable and professional. Kevin came out on Monday and did a great job on the estimate for the replacement system and the additional work needed to get the job done. Within 24 hours we were able to have our complete system removed and the new one started for inside and outside the house. They even added additional 4 of blown insulation to the attic. Each day of the job we were notified when to expect them at the job site. All the workers were professional and courteous. Thank you for making this is fantastic experience.
We have used this company twice in a year of owning our house. This is a great company to work with. The same repairman came out both times. Ironically, he had repaired and did maintenance with previous owners. He was very knowledgeable and both times saved us a lot of money. Last year our home warranty company sent out a different company that I knew was trying to scam us. All Service came out and saved us thousands of dollars. If we weren’t moving I would sign up for their ac maintenance service. Keep up the excellent work and customer service!

My AC ran out at 7:30pm. I called several AC companies that are supposedly 24/7 and no one answered.By 8:45PM my AC was working again thanks to James! I definitely recommend All Service for your HVAC needs.
I had to call one of the on-call technicians after hours for a problem I was having on a Sunday evening. The technician Luis Martinez responded immediately and arrived within the hour. He was nice, funny, educated me, and allowed me to watch him repair the problem I was having. He fixed my problem less than 5 minutes of arriving, but still took the time to look through the whole system and make sure it looked good. I’ve had this company over more than once, and I’ve had the best experience each time. It’s a nightmare calling a new company over because most are only out to take your money, but I’d recommend this company to everyone.
Received an email this morning that they are raising their prices due to COVID. Seems it would be more practical to also reveal that they have transferred to new ownership and added plumbing to their services (or perhaps just more emphasis on plumbing, not entirely sure).Your business infrastructure has changed...thats why youre raising your prices. We have been in a post-pandemic era too long to blame pricing changes happening today on COVID. Folks with a wee bit of critical thinking skills can see this.
Omar & Leo arrived on time, finished on time, were extremely polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They seemed to work really well as a team.
Crystal did a lot of trouble shooting for us today on the upstairs heat pump, found that a board maybe bad. Very thorough in diagnosing and now we wait for parts be available to see how the heat improves!!!! Thanks for having great techs and stay safe out there!!! See y’all on the next visit!!!

Today I had my Semiannual preventitive maintenance done by Kevin Edwards. He was outstanding in his professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail. I highly recommend All Service.
Luis, Omar,& Leo were my special workers that did an EXCELLENT job getting my new a/c & heating unit in before the big freeze. All were very polite hard workers that explained everything I needed to know about my new unit.
I contacted this company to resume my twice annual AC/ heat checks. Previously when the checks were done technicians come to my home with a small hand held electronic device they used for the check and gave me the results in about 10 minutes. However, this year was different. Kevin arrived to my home and did a real check of my system. He took the cover off the unit and pointed out some potential problems and explained to me how they occurred. One of which was a dirty coil and the other rust and bacteria on the unit. What upsets me the most is I paid a contract for the unit to be checked to prevent these types of issues. My unit is only 7 years old and estimate to replace coil and another part was over 6,000. After my visit with Kevin the only reason why I decided to stay with this company is because of him and the outstanding service he provided. He has brought a positive change to the company because of his expertise, professionalism and doing his job well to prevent customers from what unfortunately happened to me. Great job Kevin!

You all have maintained our AC units for years and have usually had very good service. I want to commend your technician Cristo for his follow through on the recent fan motor and capacitor replacement on our unit that was giving us trouble. Seasonal maintenance of 5 and 3 1/2 ton AC units with cleaning, inspection, and filter replacement. Danny was extremely professional, personable, and did a fantastic job. Because of that, i signed on for the yearly plan and will request him for the next appointment. Great job!!!!Recently, this past week (July 29th, 2023), i had a complete failure on one of my compressors after only 2 years. I want to truly recognize Liz, Keith, Josh, Luis, and Crystal for going above and beyond to help me deal with the acquisition of a new Carrier unit and the overall install. I probably called Liz a dozen times to gauge status, and not once did she ever exhibit anything other than extraordinary customer service. I would say the very same for both Crystal and Luis who worked through the hot hours of the day to get this installed. All Service has earned my service because and only because, of their service. Thanks again for the effort and the dedication.

You really cant ask for a better service.I was pretty stressed out with installing a mini split because of all the constraints and hindrances. The technician James put my mind at ease and guided me to proper solutions without up charging me crazy amount of money.On the Installation day, James came with Dillon and Tyler to help with the install. All three of them were honest and courteous. Dillon and Tyler stayed after installation to make sure everything was working. They gave me valuable pointers and advice.I cant recommend these guys enough. Im very picky when it comes to stuff done around my house. I will continue using this company in the future.
Ordered 16 mini splits from them and installation went good, the problem is 6 months later one stops working before a booked and busy weekend and Im told it will be at least 5 days before they can come out and look at it, 4 stars for installation and 0 stars for follow up service.UPDATE: The owner called and got someone out to help us on Friday saving us from having to cancel a reservation. The service tech was able to bring out a portable unit so everything worked out. Very happy!!
I called cause my air conditioner stopped working. All Service came same day to see what was going on. Neil found what was wrong and fixed my issue. He was very polite and informative. He gave me a list of what he said was needed maintenance but did not push me to get the work done immediately just wanted to let me know so that my system would work better. I would recommend All Service to anyone who is asking for a good air conditioning company.
Excellent customer service. First run in with all servicing air condition is when I brought home my newborn and that night my ac went out. All service was there to rescue us at 9:30 pm and had us back up and running by 10:30 (our outdoor fan motor had completely burnt out). Next time we called upon Them was about two months later again our 12 yr old ac again shut off unexpectedly. We have home warranty so we called them first. They mentioned the coils would need to be cleaned at our own expense but we wanted to get a second opinion so we called upon All service again. They gave us the option to replace the coils or finance a new ac since ours was obviously on its last leg. We took the new AC and got a great discount due to the previous work they had just recently done. The price was very reasonable and the fact we were able to finance with no interest was great! Now our new ac is kicking strong and it now gets too cold upstairs which is exactly how I like to sleep! I have attached a picture of our corroded coils.
I called on Friday, after attempting to use another company and they canceled on me. All service AC was able to get me in the very next Tuesday. They also provided a 2 he window vs the other company was 4hrs. Luis, our technician was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. All Service is well-named. Everything I needed done on my HVAC was solved by Josh, James, and Tyler. They arrived on-time, worked through some difficulties with the site, pressure tested until it was perfect, took great care to run the lines with the most efficient run and professional look, and were very courteous. Their price was very competitive, too.

To make it simple our main AC was NOT working. We had a new mini split AC installed by All Service and I thought the two might be connected. LIz took my call (great lets get it done person who is great to talk with) and sent Rudy Gonzalez out to try and figure out what was going on. Rudy was professional and personable asking all the right questions prior to working on the unit. He got his tools and went to work finding out what was wrong and replaced the necessary equipment to get our AC up and running again in the Texas August summer.I have used All Service for all our AC/Heat Pumps needs and they continue to be the most reliable and cost effective company I have worked with.I have met many of the employees but Rudy sure stands above the rest.Thanks again!!!

We called All Service when our AC unit quit functioning. JR came out to our house and was great, explaining the diagnostic process along the way and showing me what was causing the unit to malfunction. He offered up both short and long-term fixes to our issue, and highlighted to pros and cons of each option. The All Service main office team even checked to see if our AC unit still had any remaining manufacturers warranty before they offered up repair/replacement options. Very impressed with all our interactions with the All Service Team, and will gladly continue to use them while were stationed here in the San Antonio area.
Kevin and Ismel were very professional, they not only repaired my one system they did a full inspection prior. After the inspection I was offered a few upgrades that would increase the systems reliability, I also asked them to complete and another inspection on my second air conditioner unit. I was also offered system upgrades that would increase its reliability too, I had both of my units upgraded, thanks for being honest and concerned that we were well taken care of.

Robert and Luis came were very responsive to my call. They were across town and was nearing the end of their day, but still came over to figure out what was wrong. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave great advise to a newly arrived Texan about how to keep my house cool while trying to preserve the a/c unit. At the end of the visit my compressor needed replacing and couldnt get one in for two days. In the meantime, Robert and Luis grabbed some portable A/C units to use within my home while we wait for the condenser to be replaced. I would definitely call these guys again. Very friendly and really helpful.
JR performed the home maintenance. He came by the same day the appointment was set up and during the designated time window. He worked efficiently and built great rapport. He was also respectful of my home - he did not bring his shoes onto our carpet and asked permission to go where he needed to work. 10/10.3/15/24 update. Johnny performed Spring maintenance. Crystal & Gary did a super job performance in accomplishing their PR V repair. Crystal did my A C spring check on both systems with 1 system was low, and she added refrigerant to work my system before it goes out.
All-Service A/C & Plumbing did the install of my new unit about two years ago. We an into a slight problem last year and Dillon came out twice to resolve un unrelated issue and provide some guidance on some minor self maintenance going forward.Fast forward to 4/1/2024, I decided to sign up for the annual maintenance of my system. A total of $143.40 for a Spring and Fall inspection service is well worth the money. To my surprise, Dillon came out for the Spring service, professional and conscientious as Id remembered. He completed the inspection, gave me a clean bill of health and even gave me some tips on filtering...seems like maybe I might be over-filtered.Thank you All-Service for employees such as Dillon. All Service A/C did a fall heater inspection. Very thorough and comprehensive review. Noted any issues and service tech Dillon was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Arrived same day I called even during busy season and on a Monday! Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options. I chose to replace my 25 year old system. Quote for new system was several thousand less than a quote from a competitor. They patched my system to get it through the next couple of days. The new system professionally installed in 3 hours on Thursday. The system looks good, cools well, is quieter than the old one and more energy efficient as well. Very happy customer!
I have used All Service Air Conditioning for more than 10 years and I have always been very happy with their service. Very professional and punctual. Luis Martinez and Herman were very professional and punctual. They both seem caring and concern about by needs and gave me options of what would be better for me and my family.
We had an after hours emergency and Luis from All Service was there to save the day. Our AC unit was clogged and leaking. It caused a massive hole through our ceiling. He was able to quickly discern the problem, with pictures as proof. Then promptly got to repairing! An absolute lifesaver. And very trustworthy. I could not recommend them enough!
This is the second time I have had All Service come out for A/C problems. The most important thing I can say about them is that they have been honest with me. I can think of multiple ways they could have tried to rip me off, but they did not do so either time. They thoroughly evaluated the system, and it turned out that my thermostat went bad. Replaced thermostat, and everything is back to normal. They were very professional and respectful. I will call them again, when necessary.
Very profesional and honest A/C work. Technician James Sprinkle did a great job on our system and explained everything to us. Replaced our capacitor quickly, while still doing an A1 job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C fix.

I had been smelling a odd smell blowing out of my heating registers so thought I better get my heating unit checked out! Had another company come over before I called All SERVICE. This other company convinced me that I needed a whole new heating and air system at the tune of 37000. Decided to get a second opinion so called ALL SERVICE. Technician Neil came out after hours and checked my heating system and found nothing wrong with it!! Neil was so knowledgeable and professional! Saved me a ton of money! My old R22 system gave up its ghost. I called around and got a few bids that were all over the spectrum in price. While All Service was not the cheapest bid they seemed to have great reviews and honest work ethic. I would rather have spent that money on other things but I could not be happier with the level of service I received and paid for. Not only did they come out exactly when they said they would but there was no extra or hidden fees even after the technician needed to upgrade my breaker based on new systems specifications. The price i received over the phone was exactly what I paid upon completion. New system is working fantastic.

In the brutal heat of San Antonio summers, going without air for an hour can be unbearable. Called and James showed up 2 hours later. Diagnosed the issue with the unit within three minutes and had the house cool again within 20 minutes. Leo and Danny came to the house after hours and completed the job quickly. They were a little bit past their estimated arrival by maybe 15 minutes? It was still within an hour of me talking with them so not a big deal to me at all. I was thankful that they were able to get the job done at an affordable price. Upon arrival Luis checked out our heating system, made sure everything is in proper working order and explained to us a couple of things that needed attention. Our family had the AC go out in the middle of summer last year only to be told by our home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) that they could send a tech out in TWO WEEKS. We ended up cancelling our warranty due to this and multiple issues with them fixing our fridge. We had our infant daughter overheating trying to get ahold of this awful warranty company and thank god for All Service and their staff. Within an hour of calling we had a tech out to our home and AC fixed. They offer military and membership discounts as well. Your company is fantastic!!!***EDIT: We have had our membership for a while now, the techs came out and recommended a full swap out of our HVAC system which we were hesitant about the $11k price but were offered a promo which dropped it down to $8500. Our system has been working flawlessly since and we are very thankful to the staff and techs who worked with us to set up a payment plan.
I’ve enjoyed working with All service AC they’re prompt efficient and they take care of their customer a lot better than most companies I’ve used. I will continue to use them as long as they are around. They’ve installed three complete units and have always addressed my needs quickly and correctly diagnosing any issues. They don’t try to nickel and dime you and sell you extra things you don’t need..
Air Service came today for a routine inspection and maintenance semi-annual check. We have a 6 year old 4 ton Trane and a Mitsubishi split. Luis efficiently went through both systems, explaining what he was doing and what the readings meant. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the equipment. We are very pleased with the service.
Well the number to this company is going to Air Texas and is no longer All Service. They are saying this place is permanently closed as of July.

Setting up an appointment was easy as they have an online scheduler and the confirmation email was highly appreciated as a phone call averse millennial. Lee was able to come out earlier than the 2 hour window, which I really appreciated. The company sends you a text when theyre on the way as well as when theyre there and afterwards to make sure everything is good! (I cant stress how much I really enjoyed only having to answer the phone once when Lee called to see if I was available early) He diagnosed the issue right away, fixed the problem quickly and then went ahead and did a regular maintenance check on the whole system. He easily explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and gave me some helpful tips on upkeep, all without any kind of condescension. He was very personable and friendly and made me feel comfortable having an unknown man in the home (ladies, you get it). The whole thing was so low pressure with no upselling, which Im always wary about. I was sold on the maintenance plan after he mentioned it but he said hed leave the flyer for me to look over if I wanted something like that but the benefits seem really good so I asked if I could sign up for it today. Highly recommend the company and definitely recommend Lee to help you out!

This company is AWESOME!!!! My ac went out, called AAA and they showed up within 30 minutes. Technician Emanuel was thorough, explained the problems, and treated me with respect and concern. Ill preface this review with the fact that I have used this local company for years, and have had positive experiences in the past. Today was a different story. My unit ceased to operate last night. I arranged for a tech and had a great response time this morning. After diagnosing the problem, we were told that the wires, located inside the outside unit, were not bundled properly and had rubbed/vibrated to the point of shorting out the electrical. Quick and easy fix and the technician properly bundled the wires to avoid this in the future. The tech was courteous, professional and helpful. Heres the issue....All Service performed the original repair (soldering in a new reversing valve on 9/12/19 (service call was made on 9/3/19, with the new part arriving and being installed 8 days later, on 9/12/19). Apparently, as we were told by their tech, the wires were improperly secured, which resulted in the short. All Service refused to waive the service charge and admit any fault. The manager (through the dispatcher), pointed to their policy of a 90 day warranty on labor. I guess failure to fully complete the original repair and properly secure the wires was on me to identify and I failed to do so. I spoke with the dispatcher who, in turn would speak to with the manger and rely the message that they were unwilling to waive the service charge. Upon further discussion, the dispatcher wanted to transfer me to his manager, but that individual refused the opportunity to discuss the situation with me, decided to hold firm on not waiving the service fee, and had the dispatcher relay the message. Obviously, the manager didnt believe my concerns warrant a personal explanation as to why they were refusing to waive the service charge.See my reference to this being my go-to company for years - they have installed the unit, serviced the unit, replaced duct work, and been my LOCAL A/C company, for years. When I needed work performed, this was my A/C company. Apparently they are willing to allow a long term relationship (not only with my primary residence, but also my rental property and a multitude of commercial properties under the scope of my property management company) to deteriorate over a nominal service charge. Disappointing.

Last night my air conditioner stopped cooling my home. Made a call the next morning to All Service Air Conditioner and Heating requesting same day service. The receptionist was friendly and said she could get a technician out the same day. The technician arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and repaired the air conditioner right away. Prompt friendly service, would highly recommend this company.

8 p.m on a Friday come home to an 80 degree house and hot air blowing out the vents. No one can come out right away but one of the more established companies can give me a Saturday afternoon appointment. Not willing to resign to overnight and more in a hot house, I take a chance and call All Service. Luis shows up, finds the problem and in no time we’re back in the chill zone. 12/16/2022-All Service was out to do our routine HVAC maintenance again today. Kevin and Ismael were the service technicians and they were very prompt, professional and helpful! I plan to continue using All Service and recommend them based on my experience.1/2022-I found All Service through recommendations I had read on Nextdoor. Their office staff was very friendly, helpful and professional when I called to get information and schedule my first appointment and in answering follow up questions. I found their pricing to be very competitive. I was in need of setting up yearly maintenance for our HVAC system. Lee, the service tech assigned to do our heating/furnace maintenance to include changing the air filter, was very professional, friendly and helpful! He did not rush and was willing to answer any questions and concerns regarding our HVAC system. I plan on requesting Lee again when All Service comes out to do our AC maintenance this spring/summer.
Dylan did a great job servicing our AC system. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again for future maintenance.

The technician arrived exactly when he said he would, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He showed me the problems my unit was having on both the outside unit and the air handler, and gave me options rather than trying to upsell me on products/services I didnt need. In the end, I opted for a new unit instead of a repair because my current unit is 24 years old. The price for the service call/diagnosis and the quote for the new HVAC install were excellent compared to the other quotes I got. I will definitely use All Service AC & Heating again. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again.

Our tenant in Texas had a problem with the AC.They have 2 small children and in 100+ degree weather no AC is a serious situation.I called All Service and their scheduler/receptionist was very helpful. She was able to get someone out within 30 minutes and he was able to solve the problem.I will definitely use them again.

Since being with All Service, Ive had the Reme HALO Led installed and a follow-up appointment to make sure it was secure. All appointments with All Service were on time, quick, and professional. The latest visit was by Kevin to install surge protectors and hard-start for added resiliency. Wish I had gone with them from the start and will def give them my first call for a new syst if I ever move.

Service technician Emmanuel Quijano was very knowledgeable and very professional when he came over to look at and troubleshoot my air conditioner, he explained everything that needed to be done and predicted what could happen if the problems were not taken care of, he answered every question I could think of and then some, I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the profession. We have used All Service to replace 2 central air conditioning units on 2 different residential units and perform ally maintenance. They have provided great service and have stood behind their products. Every encounter from receptionist to field service technicians have been wonderful.
My ac went out and I called All Service to have someone come out. They had Luis out here in less than an hour and it took him less than 20 min to fix my AC and get it back running after having to sleep in a house that was 91 degrees! Highly recommend! If any more issues arise, they definitely have my business!

This is a very large purchase I will need to make real soon and I have to say if the competitor is close in price I will chose this company simply because of these 2 young men. After recently moving to Texas from New York I was not familiar with having central air. Upon moving into my new home the air conditioning was not working. Not only was Danny able to come first thing the day after I moved in he was very helpful and friendly. Danny was very courteous with being sure his shoes were covered while inside as well as being very informative to me about the unit. Danny was able to get the unit running as well as even cleaned out the inside of the unit and the vent below it as well as making sure the unit outside was in working order as well. Danny noticed after he had the unit running that the fan outside had stopped and instead of leaving he stayed an additional couple of hours to be sure we had ac for the weekend going into 100 degree temps. I will certainly be looking to request Danny for any additional needs!

What can I say All Service Air Conditioning and Heating in Schertz Texas, top to bottom, office staff, HVAC Techs, everyone involved are outstanding. Had an air conditioning fail, they came over same day, gave me an honest upfront price on the spot, stood by that price and it was thousands less then their competitors. They removed and replaced our 10+ year old unit. They replaced it with a high-quality national brand replacement. They even brought temporary units into the house for 24 hours to keep everyone cool prior to install. Don’t take your business anywhere else if you have HVAC needs go to all service air-conditioning and heating you will not regret it
Danny and Lee were great to work with at All Service Repair! They took the time to explain some of the details of the LG mini split system to us when they were doing maintenance. Definitely believe this is a good Company to partner with for ongoing support of our system!

I can not express enough how amazingly professional and curious every single person I interacted with was. They were responsive, on time, and extremely patient with me (I admit I can be a difficult customer). Emmanuel Quijano was my service tech and he was thorough in his work and explanation of services. If I could rate this company higher than 5 stars I would!
These guys were awesome, I screwed up my own system, trying to upgrade my thermostat. They came out, within an hour and had it fixed for less than $100! They didnt try to offer services or fixes I didnt need, they did point out a potential future issue but didnt force me to make unnecessary repairs. Fast, friendly, cost effective and knowledgeable, you really couldnt ask for more.
Luis was very respectful and knowledgeable on his craft. He diagnosed our issue promptly and took immediate actions to correct the problems. He was also very thorough explaining basic trouble shooting steps along with preventative maintenance measures to ensure our investment in our new unit was protected. Always asking for Luis!
Luis and Chris were very detailed in troubleshooting both inside and outside units to identify the issues. My outside unit was not responding to electrical current to turn on the unit, once they replaced the part it’s performance is running at full capacity. ALL SERVICE AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING came out on time, inspected the A/C system and showed me where the coil was leaking. The system is less than 3 years old and was installed by a different company. As such, the part was under warranty, but the labor was not. This was confirmed on the manufacturer’s website. The part was ordered, picked up and installed by two different gentlemen and the entire job was completed by roughly 14:00 hours (That’s 2 PM for you civilian types) during a crazy heat wave that kept all the HVAC companies extremely busy. We were, by the way, the first appointment of the day. Both teams Luis and Albert and Daniel and ??? were professional, efficient, neat and careful. The house is cooling down nicely and it is roughly 14:35 hours.I plan on using them for our semi-annual checkups based on this experience.
My boyfriend and I just bought our first home and upon request of our inspector, this company came out to inspect the homes air conditioning unit and submitted a clean bill of health receipt for our unit after their servicing of the unit. Immediately upon moving into our new home, we noticed that our air conditioning was not working properly. After contacting this company and very politely requesting that someone come out and assess the unit once again [as any company would do, having issues that soon after their service of the product] I was treated horribly by their supposed supervisor who informed me that this has nothing to do with her and that after they inspected the and gave it a clean bill of health it was not their fault if anything wasnt working after that. Luckily my home warranty company sent out a company to fix our air conditioning unit [which we paid a service fee for] only to find out that the reason for our broken air conditioning unit was because of the ALL SERVICE companys incompetence and overcharging of the system causing an internal overload. Once again I contacted ALL SERVICE to explain the situation and was once again greeted by the same horrible customer service supervisor. She responded by telling me that she did remember my calling last week and told me that I expected them to come out for free to fix a system which they had already given the okay to. To which I responded that I expected them to take pride in their work upon finding out that our broken unit was due to their companys mistake. The ALL SERVICE supervisor hung up on me. So not only are they incompetent at their ability to assess and service air conditioning units, but they do not take pride in or warranty their work, and their customer service Superior is the worst customer service representative that I have ever come in contact with which is horrible considering I am in the business of customer service. Our realtor is red flagging this company and we highly advise against ALL SERVICE Air Conditioning & Heating Inc.
Danny helped us today with our A/C. He was phenomenal. He was on time, honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile for us with all my questions and concerns. He deserves more that 5 stars! :)
