HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

It’s hit or miss with this supplier. Items you ordered will either arrive quickly (half the time haphazardly thrown in a box) or not at all. Every time I’ve called about a missing item on an invoice I’m told that “it should have arrived with the other items” when it clearly didn’t. Inquiring about the missing items renders them as “lost” and they issue me a credit while charging me for the same item, adding more paperwork to the mess. This is the THIRD missing item that I’ve had to call TWICE about that should have arrived weeks ago. Please get your fulfillment centers in order.

Great place, nice people! Had appt at 0800, got there at 0730, they put me right in a dock and was unloaded by 0810! Thank you HD Supply!
